Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к области энергетических установок, а именно к устройствам для перемешивания и распыливания компонентов топлива, и может быть использовано при разработке форсунок и смесительных головок жидкостных ракетных двигателей (ЖРД).The invention relates to the field of power plants, and in particular to devices for mixing and atomizing fuel components, and can be used in the development of nozzles and mixing heads of liquid rocket engines (LRE).
At the present stage of the development of space vehicles, a situation has arisen when the opportunities for improving traditional-type chemical rocket engines (based on stationary or slowly running work processes) are almost completely exhausted and limited by a slight improvement in energy-mass characteristics, achieved, as a rule, to the detriment of reliability, safety and environmental friendliness.
To develop further the most effective single-stage excretion systems, it is necessary to create a new generation liquid-propellant rocket engine that works when using two fuels with liquid oxygen - hydrogen and hydrocarbon fuel (UVH), most often, kerosene. The main advantage of a three-component liquid-propellant rocket engine compared to two-component oxygen-hydrogen engines is a reduction in the required hydrogen reserves by 1.5 ... 2 times, which will reduce the cost of removing the payload. This will also provide a reduction in the “dry” mass of the carrier structure. Studies have shown the competitiveness and significant efficiency of liquid propellant rocket engines operating on three-component fuel (liquid oxygen - hydrocarbon fuel / kerosene - liquid hydrogen).
One of the main problems in creating devices for mixing and atomizing fuel components is to ensure the maximum possible completeness of combustion of the components, which is achieved by increasing the contact surface area of the components and reducing the characteristic transverse jet size of one of the components. In known nozzles, the fulfillment of these conditions leads to a significant complication of the design.
Known coaxial coaxial-jet nozzle containing a nozzle in the form of a hollow cylinder, connecting the cavity of the liquid oxidizer with the combustion zone (cavity of the combustion chamber), a sleeve with a cylindrical inner surface, covering the tip with a gap and connecting the cavity of the gaseous fuel with the combustion zone (B.E. Alemasov et al. “Theory of rocket engines”: Textbook for students of engineering specialties of universities, M., Mechanical Engineering, 1980-, Fig. 18.2, pp. 225-226). In this nozzle, the oxidizing agent is fed into the combustion zone along the axial channel inside the tip, and the fuel through the annular gap between the sleeve and the tip. At the outlet of the nozzle, the oxidizer stream has the shape of a continuous cone, with its tip facing the nozzle tip, and the fuel stream has the shape of a hollow cone. The contact of fuel and oxidizer occurs on the surface of a continuous cone. Such a supply scheme does not provide a high-quality atomization of fuel components, which leads to a decrease in the coefficient of completeness of fuel combustion, and, accordingly, loss of specific impulse of thrust.
Известна соосно-струйная форсунка, содержащая полый наконечник, соединяющий полость одного компонента топлива с зоной горения, втулку, охватывающую с зазором наконечник и соединяющую полость другого компонента топлива с зоной горения, при этом в выходной части наконечника выполнены радиально расположенные пазы, а внутренняя поверхность втулки выполнена эквидистантно профилированной наружной поверхности пазов наконечника (патент РФ №2161719 от 23.02.99 МПК: F02K 9/53, 9/60).Known coaxial-jet nozzle containing a hollow tip connecting the cavity of one fuel component with the combustion zone, a sleeve covering the tip with a gap and connecting the cavity of the other fuel component with the combustion zone, while radially located grooves are made in the output part of the tip, and the inner surface of the sleeve made equidistant profiled outer surface of the grooves of the tip (RF patent No. 2161719 from 02.23.99 IPC: F02K 9/53, 9/60).
An increase in the completeness of mixture formation when using these nozzles occurs due to the profiling of the outlet part of the jet, an increase in the perimeter of the contact of the components, and a decrease in the length of the non-decayed part of the jet.
The main disadvantages of this nozzle is that its design does not allow the nozzle to be used as a three-component, for a three-component engine operating in the first-stage mode on oxygen-kerosene-hydrogen fuel components with subsequent transition to the components in the second and subsequent stages fuel "oxygen-hydrogen".
Известна топливная форсунка камеры сгорания жидкостного ракетного двигателя, содержащая имеющий осевой вход и выход трубчатый корпус с основным осевым каналом, а также не менее чем на одном пилоне закрепленную коаксиально корпусу внутри него глухую трубку, выполненную зацело с пилоном и трубчатым корпусом, причем в пилоне выполнено не менее чем одно входное сквозное отверстие, простирающееся вдоль пилона от наружной поверхности форсунки до осевого канала в глухой трубке со стороны ее глухого конца, при этом канал глухой трубки образован со стороны выхода ее глухим осевым каналом, а со стороны входа - входным сквозным отверстием в пилоне, при этом основной осевой канал трубчатого корпуса со стороны выхода выполнен со ступенчатым расширением, в которое направлены выполненные тангенциально относительно оси форсунки сквозные отверстия, простирающиеся со стороны наружной поверхности форсунки до пересечения с основным осевым каналом (патент РФ №2232916, МПК: F02K 9/53, 9/60).Known fuel nozzle of a combustion chamber of a liquid propellant rocket engine containing an axial inlet and outlet tubular body with a main axial channel, and also at least on one pylon a blind tube fixed coaxially to the body inside it, made integrally with the pylon and the tubular body, moreover, the pylon is made at least one inlet through hole extending along the pylon from the outer surface of the nozzle to the axial channel in the blind pipe from the side of its blind end, while the channel of the blind pipe forms n from the exit side by a blind axial channel, and from the input side by an input through hole in the pylon, while the main axial channel of the tubular body from the output side is made with stepwise expansion, into which through holes extending tangentially with respect to the nozzle axis are directed, extending from the outer side the nozzle surface to the intersection with the main axial channel (RF patent No. 2232916, IPC: F02K 9/53, 9/60).
The main disadvantage of this nozzle is the significant design complexity and reduced completeness of the working process, due to the fact that the expansion of the hydrogen stream occurs in the kerosene cavity, which leads to off-design operating conditions and loss of specific thrust impulse.
A known mixing head of a combustion chamber of a liquid propellant rocket engine, comprising a fuel component supply unit with coaxial jet nozzles, a firing base cooling unit including a baffle located between the firing base and the fuel component supply unit, and bushings mounted around the nozzle exit nozzles fastened to the baffle and the firing bottom, while between the fuel component supply and cooling bottoms of the firing base there is a mixing leveling cavity connected to the cavities of the oh block of the deposition of the generator gas unit and the combustion chamber, and on the peripheral part of the firing base, opposite to the peripheral coaxial-jet nozzles, on a section the width of which does not exceed the diameter of the passage section of the oxidizer nozzle, channels are made connecting the cavity of the combustion chamber with the cavity of the cooling unit (RF patent No. 2127820, IPC: F02K 9/52, 9/60 - prototype).
The specified head works as follows.
The oxidizing agent from the cavity of the oxidizer supply unit through the channels inside the nozzles enters the combustion chamber for further use.
One part of the fuel from the cavity of the firing base cooling unit through the channels made in the bottom of the body enters the mixing leveling cavity bounded by the bottom of the body and the bottom of the body, where it is redistributed along the nozzles of the head, mixed with the supplied generator gas and fed to the combustion chamber through the nozzles. Another part of the fuel through the channels enters the combustion chamber between the bushings and the fire wall of the combustion chamber, which provides a reduced ratio of components in this zone and improves the cooling conditions of the wall.
The generator gas from the cavity of the generator gas block through the channels inside the nozzles enters the mixing leveling cavity, where it is mixed with fuel that enters the mixing leveling cavity from the cavity of the fire bottom cooling unit through the channels made in the bottom and redistributed along the nozzle bushings of the head and enters the combustion chamber.
The main disadvantages of this mixing head is the insufficiently high value of the completeness of the working process, due to the imperfection of the adopted mixture formation system, and the fact that it cannot be used for three-component fuel.
The objective of the invention is to remedy these drawbacks and create a mixing head, the design of which will allow it to be used as a three-component to ensure increased completeness of mixture formation.
The task is achieved in that the proposed mixing head of the LRE chamber, according to the invention, comprises a housing, an oxidizing agent, mainly oxygen supply unit, a main fuel supply unit, an additional fuel supply unit, a fire bottom unit, and coaxial coaxial jet nozzles forming a central and peripheral zone, said coaxial coaxial jet nozzles including a hollow tip connecting the cavity of the oxide block Itelite with a combustion zone, a sleeve covering the tip with a gap and connecting the main fuel cavity with the combustion zone, while at the tips of at least the nozzles of the central zone in the output part there are radially spaced grooves made in the form of alternating protrusions and depressions, and in the sleeve , between the protrusions of the tip, channels are made, the outlet of which opens into the combustion zone, the inlet is connected to the additional fuel cavity, while the outer profile of these channels is equidistant to the tip profile Nika.

The proposed mixing head operates as follows.
From the cavity of the
30-45%.Changing the shape of the oxidizer jet from round to four-beam star-shaped with a constant output section improves the conditions for the destruction of the jet, reduces the characteristic transverse size of the jet and the length of the non-decaying part of the jet. In addition, the contact of the oxidizer jet with the fuel jet occurs on the surface of the formed ribs, which leads to its increase in comparison with a round jet by 30-45%.
Consequently, at the exit from the tip, the oxidizer jet is more prone to loss of its integrity and decomposes faster, which improves the mixing conditions of the components in all modes.

In the first stage mode, through
The implementation of the external profile of these channels equidistant profile of the tip allows you to increase the perimeter of the contact components and reduce the transverse size of the jet, which leads to an improvement in the conditions of mixture formation.

In the second and subsequent stages, the supply of kerosene through
The use of the proposed mixing head in oxygen-hydrogen / kerosene liquid propellant rocket engines will significantly simplify the design of the mixing head and increase the efficiency of the engine using three-component fuel.
