Object of the invention is to provide the most rapid and user-comfortable adjustment of the tension of a flexible ring. The tattoo machine with adjustable needle pressure comprises a base with a clip holder and a drive, as well as the above flexible ring, a needle, a handle and a tip. The needle is reciprocating and kinematically coupled with the drive. The flexible ring holds the needle in engagement with the drive. The tattoo machine also comprises a grooved tension roll positioned on an outer surface of the base, and the flexible ring winds about the tension roll.
EFFECT: provided the most rapid and user-comfortable adjustment of the tension of a flexible ring.

Description

Tattoo machine with adjustable needle pressure can be used for applying art tattoos, identification marks on pets, as well as for intradermal administration of drugs. The present invention relates to A61M 37/00 IPC. Known technical solutions similar to those proposed, such as, for example, a "universal rotary device for marking and ink drawing," the description of which is given in US patent No. 7207242 of 04.24.2007. This device in its technical solution is closest to the proposed invention and contains, in particular, a base with a clamp and a drive. In addition, the device also contains an elastic ring, a needle, a handle, a tip, a frame, a spring-loaded needle support and other elements, while the needle is mounted with the possibility of reciprocating motion and kinematically connected with the drive, and the elastic ring is installed with the ability to hold the needle in engagement with drive. The advantage of this device is a well-thought-out stabilization system for the reciprocating motion of the needle, and the disadvantage is the lack of tools that allow the tension of the elastic ring to be changed during operation, which may be required, for example, due to undesired needle vibration during operation.

Also known is the "electric tattoo device", the description of which is given in US patent 1724812 from 08.13.1929. This device is a later classic design of an induction tattoo machine and contains a frame, inductors with cores, an anchor, an anchor spring, a stand, a contact screw, and fixing screws. Assembled tattoo machine also contains a handle, a tube, a tip, a needle and an elastic ring, while the elastic ring is installed with the ability to hold the needle in engagement with the anchor and stabilize its reciprocating motion.

The advantage of this design is high performance, ease of use and repair, and the disadvantage is the inconvenience of adjusting the tension of the elastic ring during use of the device, so for such an operation it is necessary to at least disconnect the power cable from the machine, which can be difficult to do if a plastic barrier is put on the machine .

Thus, during the development of this design of the tattoo machine, the task was to ensure the maximum fast and user-friendly adjustment of the tension of the elastic ring. The purpose of the invention is to increase the consumer properties of a tattoo machine. To achieve the goals in the known design of a tattoo machine containing a base with a clamp and a drive, as well as an elastic ring, a needle, a handle and a tip, the needle is mounted with the possibility of reciprocating motion and kinematically connected with the drive, and the elastic ring is installed with the possibility holding the needle in engagement with the drive, a tension drum was made, made with a groove and located on the outer surface of the base, and the elastic ring was installed with the possibility of winding on atyazhnoy drum.

In addition, the tension drum is made in the form of a protrusion of the base.

In addition, the tension drum has a hexagonal outer profile, the base is made with a hole and a hexagonal cutout, and the tension drum is installed in the hole of the base with the possibility of engagement with the hexagonal cutout of the base.

In addition, the tattoo machine contains a coil spring, a fixing screw, and a sleeve with a hole and at least one locking protrusion, the tension drum is made with at least four cutouts, the base is made with a threaded hole, the coil spring is installed in the sleeve with the possibility of holding the notch of the tension drum in engagement with the retaining protrusion of the sleeve, while the sleeve is installed in the threaded hole of the base, and the tension drum is installed in the sleeve using a fixing screw.

Thanks to the introduced structural changes, the usability of the tattoo machine is increased, and its preparation for work is accelerated.

The tattoo machine according to claim 2 contains a base (1) with a clamp (2), a drive (3), a handle (4), a tip (5), a needle (6), an elastic ring (7), while the handle is mounted on the base ( 1) using the clamp (2), the tip (5) is installed in the handle (4), and the needle (6) is installed in the tip (5) and, passing through the handle (4), is fixed on the drive (3) with an elastic ring (7). In addition, the tattoo machine contains a tension drum (8) with a groove (9), made in the form of a protrusion of the base (1) and intended for winding an elastic ring (7) on it.

The tattoo machine according to claim 3 differs from the construction described above in that it comprises a tension drum (8) made in the form of a stand (10) mounted on the base (1) for the same purpose as the protrusion.

The tattoo machine according to claim 5 is characterized in that it contains two locking pins (11) and a leaf spring (12). In this case, the tension drum (8) is made with a groove (13), a pin (14), a slot (15) and eight cutouts (16), the leaf spring is made with a groove (17), and the base is made with holes (18). In this case, the groove (17) is engaged with the groove (13) of the tension drum (10), the leaf spring (12) is installed on the base (1), the pin (14) of the tension drum (8) and the locking pins (11) are installed in the holes (18) the base (1), and the locking pins (11) are installed with the possibility of engagement with the cutouts (16) of the tension drum (8).

The tattoo machine according to claim 6 is characterized in that the base is made with a hexagonal cutout (19), the tension drum (8) has a hexagonal profile of the outer surface, made with the possibility of engagement with a hexagonal cutout (19).

The tattoo machine according to claim 8 is characterized in that it contains a sleeve (20) made with a hole (21) and two locking tabs (22), and a coiled spring (23), and the base is made with a threaded hole (24). In this case, the tension drum (8) and the coil spring (23) are installed in the sleeve (20) and fixed with the fixing screw (25), and the sleeve (20) is installed in the threaded hole (24) of the base (1).

Tattoo machine, according to Clause 2, works as follows. When preparing the device for operation, the machine is equipped with a needle (6), a tip (5), and a handle (4). The handle (4) is attached to the base (1) using the clamp (2), and the needle (6) passes through the handle (4) and the tip (5) and is attached to the drive (3) using an elastic ring (7), which turns around the base (1) and wound around a protrusion, acting as a tension drum (8), one or two turns. When the device is turned on, discrete adjustment of the elastic ring tension (7) is possible by increasing or decreasing the number of revolutions of its winding on the tension drum (8). The advantage of this embodiment of the invention is the maximum structural simplicity and reliability, since the means for adjusting the elastic ring (7) do not have movable elements.

The operation of the tattoo machine according to claim 3 is completely similar to the operation of the machine described above, except that the stand (10) plays the role of the protrusion (8).

The tattoo machine according to claim 5 works in the same way as the design described above, except that when installing the elastic ring (7), it is passed through the slot (15) of the tension drum (8). Further, to obtain the required amount of elastic ring tension (7), the tension drum is pulled from the base (1). In this case, the leaf spring (12) is compressed, and the cut-outs (16) of the tension drum (8) are disengaged from the locking pins (11). After that, the tension drum (10) is rotated by the required angle, while the elastic ring is wound on the groove (9) of the tension drum (8) connected to the slot (15), creating the required tension. When releasing the tension drum (8), it is locked due to the engagement of the cutouts (16) and the locking pins (11) provided by the leaf spring (12).

The operation of the variant of this design according to Clause 6 is characterized in that the tension drum (8) is stopped when released by entering the base (1) in the hexagonal cut-out (19).

The tattoo machine according to claim 7 works in the same way as the design described above, except that the locking of the tension drum (8) occurs due to the engagement of the locking protrusions (22) of the sleeve (20) and cutouts (16), controlled by the twisted force springs (23).

The main advantage of the last three design options over the options described above, equipped with fixed protrusions and racks, is that the adjustment of the tension of the elastic ring (7) during operation occurs with one touch and can be done even if the plastic film barrier is installed on the assembled machine necessary for greater medical safety procedures.

1. Tattoo machine with adjustable needle pressure, containing a base with a clamp and a drive, as well as an elastic ring, a needle, a handle and a tip, while the needle is mounted with the possibility of reciprocating motion and kinematically connected with the drive, and the elastic ring is installed with the possibility of holding needles engaged with the drive, characterized in that it contains a tension drum made with a groove and located on the outer surface of the base, and the elastic ring is installed with the possibility of winding on the tension a drum.
2. Tattoo machine with needle clamp adjustment according to claim 1, characterized in that the tension drum is made in the form of a protrusion of the base.
3. Tattoo machine with adjustable needle clamp according to claim 1, characterized in that the tension drum is made in the form of a rack, fixedly mounted on the base.

Tattoo machine with adjustable needle pressure according to claim 1, characterized in that the tension drum is made with at least one slot and mounted on the base with the possibility of rotation, longitudinal movement and fixing in the selected position, while the slot of the drum is made communicating with a groove.

Tattoo machine with needle clamp adjustment according to claim 4, characterized in that it contains a leaf spring and at least one locking pin, a tension drum is made with at least four cutouts and a groove, the base is made with holes, of which the tension drum and the locking pin are installed, the leaf spring is made with a groove and mounted on the base in engagement with the groove of the tension drum, and the locking pin is mounted with the possibility of engagement with cutouts of the tension drum.

Tattoo machine with needle clamp adjustment according to claim 5, characterized in that the tension drum has a hexagonal outer profile, the base is made with a hole and a hexagonal cut, and the tension drum is installed in the hole of the base with the possibility of engagement with the hexagonal cut of the base.
