Abstract
Description
д.The invention relates to the field of identification of material resources and can be used for marking electrically conductive parts, for example, rolled products, vehicle parts, engineering products, aircraft manufacturing, etc.
[1].There is a method of installing an identification nanometer by creating a permanent connection with the product and forming an individual matrix by pouring ultrafine powder into it, followed by heating and sintering it under pressure and applying an information grid to it [1].
However, this method requires the use of a significant amount of ultrafine powder to fill the conical ledge, requires the use of high pressures and significant energy consumption for heating the entire identification tag.
[2].As a prototype, a method for identifying electrically conductive material resources, for example, vehicle parts, was selected by assigning them an identification number, applying an information grid and an individual matrix created using physical impact [2].
However, such a physical effect as an electric discharge cannot provide a wide variety of obtained irreproducible matrices, in particular, cannot provide a random spread of boiling of individual sections of identification marks.
The proposed method for identifying electrically conductive material resources, for example, vehicle parts, is based on setting an identification tag, assigning it an identification number, applying an information grid and an individual matrix created by physical action.
2.A feature of the proposed method is that the surface of an individual matrix is stochastically (unique) scanned by continuous-wave laser radiation with a radiation flux density of 10 4 to 10 7 W / cm 2 .
Other features include the fact that the surface of the individual matrix is polished and the structure of the layer formed by the action of laser radiation is added to the database, that a non-continuous powder monolayer of different sizes is applied to the individual matrix, and the matrix is irradiated with laser radiation through an optically transparent pressure element, and to the base an unpredictable set of particle arrangement is introduced that the individual matrix is scanned unevenly, bringing individual sections to the boiling mode, and the coordinate is entered into the database Nata frozen after boiling sites.
5.Fig. 1 shows a
9.Fig. 2 schematically shows a device that provides identification of electrically conductive material resources. It contains a
Figure 3 shows separately the
10.Figure 4 conditionally shows the mode in which the
9.The proposed method works as follows. An individual
5.Several technological options for the formation of
3.Option one - the information grid is processed by a radiation flux density of 10 4 to 5 · 10 5 W / cm 2 . After that, the
Option two -
д.)The third option is implemented at a radiation flux density of 5 · 10 5 to 10 7 W / cm 2 .
1.Variants are also possible when part of the matrix is processed in one mode, and the other part in another of the above. The more diverse the
After the formation of
Given the fact that
