Для достижения указанного технического результата предложено использовать одноразовые трусы, содержащие переднюю и заднюю панели, соединенные вставкой в единую деталь, а также средство фиксации трусов на теле, причем вставка выполнена в виде гигиенической впитывающей прокладки. Предпочтительно, но не обязательно, панели выполнены из сетчатого материала, а в качестве средства фиксации использованы две застежки - «липучки.
