Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the supply and distribution of electrical energy through wires and cables and overhead lines, and in particular to devices for cleaning wires and cables from snow and ice.
A known method of cleaning the icy wires of the contact network by applying alternating current or current pulses with a frequency close to mechanical resonance and an amplitude sufficient to overcome the friction forces (US Pat. RF 2166826, MPK7 H02G 7/16, A.V. Efimov, A . G. Galkin. Method of removing ice from the wires of the contact network and power lines. - Publish. May 27, 2001). In the named method, the wires hit each other and ice cleaves from the wires.
The disadvantage of this method is that near the fixation points of the position of the contact wires, oscillations do not occur and the ice does not collapse. In addition, it is necessary to relieve the operating voltage from the contact network during the removal of ice.
The closest in technical essence to the proposed device is the inductive heating of a metal strip using an inductor (US Pat. RF 2187214, MPK7 Н05В 6/36, C21D 9/60. VVVologdin, V.E. Zlotin. Method of induction heating of flat metal products, in particular tape. - Publish. 08/10/2002), including induction heating of an extended movable tape billet using an inductor having a direct and return wire, which is made of round tubes located on both sides of the tape edges with the possibility of moving them relative to you.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of removing ice from the wires of the contact network without stopping the movement of trains and without significant energy consumption.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the heating of the wires of the contact network is carried out by induction currents.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the inductor is located directly under the wires of the contact network parallel to the last, connected by a flexible high-frequency cable to the high-frequency generator, while the inductor and the high-frequency generator are placed on a moving transport unit moving along the rails, in addition, the inductor is located on the carriage moving in the transverse and vertical directions under the action of the corresponding servo drives supporting the inductor so that the wires of the contact network are in ONET the magnetic field of the inductor.
2.Figure 1 shows the location of the wires of the contact network 3 and the inductor 1, consisting of direct and return wires located under the wires of the contact network 3. The inductor 1 is covered by open magnetic circuits 2, connected by a flexible high-frequency cable to a high-frequency generator (not shown in the diagram), wherein the inductor 1 and the high-frequency generator are placed on a movable transport unit 6 moving along the rails. In addition, the inductor 1 is located on a movable carriage 4, moving in the transverse and vertical directions under the action of the corresponding servo drives (not shown in the diagram) supporting the inductor 1 so that the wires of the contact network 3 are located in the magnetic field 5 of the inductor 1. So as a high-frequency current flows along the surface of the wires of the inductor 1, then they are made of a tubular section. For the concentration of the magnetic field 5 created by the inductor 1, in the area of the wires of the contact network 3, the inductor 1 is covered by ferromagnetic magnetic circuits 2.
The proposed device operates as follows.
The high-frequency current flowing through the inductor 1, under the influence of a high-frequency generator of sufficient power, induces high-frequency currents in the section of the wires of the contact network 3, located above the inductor 1 under the influence of magnetic fluxes 5. The inductor 1 is held at a predetermined position using the carriage 4 with the corresponding tracking drives. High-frequency currents flow along the surface of the wires of the contact network 3 and intensively heat the surface layer of the wires of the contact network 3, bringing the boundary layer of ice to melting or even to boil. The resulting steam blows up a layer of ice and discards it from the wires of the contact network 3. In this case, the entire thickness of the wires of the contact network 3 and the entire layer of ice does not warm up and, therefore, energy savings are achieved.
Thus, rapid intensive heating of the surface of the wires of the contact network allows you to increase the efficiency of the process of removing ice, and the absence of heating the entire thickness of the wires of the contact network and heating the entire layer of ice allows you to save energy. In addition, the proposed method and device do not require removal of operating voltage from the contact network while removing ice and stopping the movement of trains.
