The invention relates to the field of packaging elements for sealing containers with food products (non-alcoholic drinks, drinks containing alcohol and other liquids, as well as oil-containing compounds), non-food products (substances that do not react with polyethylene) and the medical industry ( for packaging two or more different medications that must be stored separately before use in a mixture), with the possibility of adding to the contents of bottles or other containers to that are in this traffic jam. Basically, this device is used for products where you need to add an additional component, immediately before use.

A capsule for beverages is known from the prior art, containing a plastic threaded cap having an internal thread for screwing onto the external thread of the bottle neck, an input component container installed in the inner part of the cap, the upper part of the container is open, and a section with a weakened section is made in the lower part of the container forming a valve, a button is installed on the lid that seals the container and interacts with the valve, while additionally on the valve next to the section with a weakened cross section the emphasis is on, the working element is made on the bottom of the button with the possibility of interaction with the emphasis, the connection element is also made on the valve, interacting with the container after the destruction of the section with a weakened cross-section, the button has a backstop that interacts with the container, and the stopper is made on the valve interacting with the container (Patent RU No. 104160 U1, CL B65D 81/32, 05/10/11).

A disadvantage of the described capsule for drinks is the design complexity.

Closest to the proposed invention is a closure device for containers (cork), comprising a housing, a lid that is part of the housing and has an internal thread for screwing on the neck of the container, a button, a tear-off tape with a tail for tearing and perforation, protecting the button from premature pressing, and a sealed capsule with the additive (Patent RU No. 2401784, CL B65D 81/32, 20.10.10).

The disadvantage of the described design for drinks is the lack of tightness of the structure.

The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase the reliability of the closure device by eliminating communication with the external environment of the cavities of the container and capsule with the addition, as well as the ease of activation of the closure device.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the claimed closure device for containers containing a lid having an internal thread for screwing onto the external thread of the container neck, a button, a detachable retaining ring with perforation associated with the button with the possibility of preventing unauthorized pressing on it, and a sealed capsule with an additive . In the housing of the lid there is a hollow sleeve containing, on the outer side, along the entire circumference, a bulge that ensures the tightness of the container after screwing on the neck due to interaction with the neck, while the hollow sleeve on the open side in its upper part contains a lock for connection with a button, and in the lower part there is an opening for fixing on its bottom a capsule made with peripheral shoulders, while the capsule is formed by at least two interconnected walls, one of which is on the side of the button in It is made deformable and indestructible, and the other wall is destructible due to the action of the convex element of the button on the capsule, while in the gap between the hollow sleeve and the button there are sealing elements that ensure the tightness of the connection.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the structural elements of the closure device can be made as follows:

- one wall of the capsule on the button side is made of a thin-walled elastic film based on polyethylene, and the second wall is made of foil;

- the capsule with the addition is made with the possibility of fastening to the outer side of the bottom of the hollow sleeve;

- the capsule with the addition is made with the possibility of fastening to the inner side of the bottom of the hollow sleeve;

- sealing elements are made ring and elastic;

- a sealed capsule can be soldered to the bottom of the hollow sleeve using ultrasound, soldering occurs due to the melting of polyethylene and pressure, which leads to a tight fit of the capsule to the sleeve around the circumference;

- the additive contained in the sealed capsule may be in liquid and / or solid and / or gaseous states.

These signs are essential and interconnected causally with the formation of a combination of essential signs sufficient to achieve the specified technical result, which consists in eliminating the communication of the internal space of the closure device with the space of the container when opening the capsule, in increasing the reliability of the closure by eliminating the message from the external environment of the cavities of the container and the capsule with the additive, as well as the ease of activation of the closure device va.

The present invention is illustrated by a specific example of implementation, which, however, is not the only possible, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving this set of features of a given technical result.

According to the invention (FIGS. 1 and 2), the container closure device comprises a cover in the form of a body with an internal thread 12 for screwing onto the external thread of the container neck, a button 1, a ring 3 with perforation 2, connected to the button 1 with the possibility of preventing unauthorized pressing it , and a sealed capsule 8 with the addition.

An element in the form of a hollow sleeve 10, connected to it in one piece and containing on the outer side, along the entire circumference, a protrusion 9, ensuring the tightness of the container after screwing on the neck of the cover, the hollow sleeve 10 with its open side in its the upper part contains a lock 5 for connection with the button 1, and in the lower part - an opening 11 for fixing on its bottom capsule 8.

The capsule 8 is made on the periphery with shoulders 16 and is formed by at least two walls, of which the upper wall 17 is located on the side of the button 1 and is made deformable and indestructible, for example, from a thin-walled polymer-based film, and the second wall 18 is the lower destructible made, for example, of foil. The destruction of the wall 18 occurs due to the action of the convex element 7 of the button 1 on the capsule 8.

In order to increase the sealing between the cavity of the container and the cavity of the closure device, in the gap between the hollow sleeve 10 and the cylindrical surface of the button 1, sealing elements 6 are made, made of ring and elastic, for example, in the form of rubber rings of circular cross section.

To further solve the aforementioned task of increasing the sealing of the connection of the plug with the capacity of the capsule 8, it is soldered to the bottom of the hollow sleeve 10 using ultrasound, the soldering occurs due to the melting of polyethylene and pressure, which leads to a tight connection of the capsule 8 to the bottom of the hollow sleeve 10. It is possible to mount the capsule 8 both from the outside of the bottom of the hollow sleeve 10, and from the inside of its bottom.

The closure device for the container operates as follows.

Preliminarily, a capsule 8 is placed in the capping device with an additive inside, which is a combination of substances or separately a substance in a liquid and / or solid and / or gaseous state. The capsule 8 is fixed at the bottom of the hollow sleeve 10 with the possibility of excluding the communication cavity of the closure device with the cavity of the tank. After twisting the device on the neck of the tank, the presence of the protrusion 9 on the hollow sleeve 10 provides a further increase in the sealing of the connection.

In this state, the container with the capping device is ready for operation, while the design of the device is such that the presence of a large number of connectors does not affect the tightness of the internal space of the container.

If necessary, the user, having unlocked button 1 by removing the tear-off retaining ring 3, presses on its cap and depresses button 1 into the hollow sleeve 10, while the convex element 7 of button 1 interacts with the capsule 8 so that the upper wall 17 due to the elastic properties are deformed, but not torn (figure 2) and compresses the substance inside (additive), and then acts on the bottom wall 18, and destroys it due to its properties. After that, the substance inside the capsule 8 enters the container and interacts with the medium there, while maintaining the integrity of the internal space of the closure device and, most importantly, the tightness of the container.

To use the resulting substance inside the container, it is enough to unscrew the capping device from the neck and use the contents as intended.

Thus, providing the ability to add additional components immediately before use in the contents of the container directly depends on the reliability of the capping device of the container, the effectiveness of mixing the components, the tightness of the capping of the container and the ease of activation of the cork.
