Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of oil industry and can be used to control the development of hydrogen sulfide-containing oil fields.
Известен способ определения дебитов двух совместно эксплуатируемых нефтяных пластов путем предварительного отбора проб нефти из каждого продуктивного пласта, последующего отбора пробы добываемой нефти на поверхности, измерения коэффициента светопоглощения в этих пробах и расчета дебитов исходя из положения о линейном изменении измеренного параметра в результате смешения нефтей различных пластов /1/.A known method for determining the flow rates of two jointly operated oil reservoirs by pre-sampling oil from each reservoir, subsequent sampling of produced oil on the surface, measuring the light absorption coefficient in these samples and calculating flow rates based on the provision on the linear change of the measured parameter as a result of mixing oils from different reservoirs /one/.
The method provides low accuracy in estimating flow rates due to the fact that the light absorption coefficient can vary significantly during storage and preparation of samples for analysis.
A known method according to the invention / 2 /, in which the chemical element of vanadium is selected as the reference component of the oil of each formation. The determination of its concentration in oils is carried out in laboratory conditions using an electronic paramagnetic analyzer or similar expensive equipment.
According to the invention / 3 /, oil production in the reservoirs is recorded using measurements of the incoherently scattered radiation of an X-ray tube and other parameters in oils that require specific and stationary equipment.
Currently, in fields with a long service life, the volume of geological and technical measures aimed at additional recovery of residual oil is constantly expanding. For a development object with two productive formations, such work is usually carried out selectively for one of the formations. Therefore, it is always relevant in the short term for many wells of a standard oil producing enterprise to evaluate, based on surface samples, the change in the contribution to the total oil production of the reservoir that has been affected.
In the exploration and development of wells in new oil fields, the task of assessing the flow rates of two layers of different horizons during their joint operation with one column of elevator pipes is also acute. In conditions of remoteness of exploratory wells from laboratories with good instrumentation, such a task should be solved with the lowest cost in a short period of time.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the known method for determining the flow rates of two jointly exploited oil reservoirs by pre-sampling oil from each reservoir with determining a stable reference component in the samples, subsequent sampling of a surface oil sample extracted from two reservoirs, and calculating the desired values from the material the balance of the reference component, as the reference component in the samples, the concentration of hydrogen sulfide is measured directly at the well using a portable analyzer.
The choice of hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S) as the reference component of oil is justified by many factors. Firstly, this gas in the composition of dissolved associated petroleum gas (the most mobile fluid) is distributed fairly evenly throughout the volume of oil-saturated formation. Secondly, H 2 S is in closed samples of oil and water with a constant concentration of up to 3 days or more. In open oil samples, the content of hydrogen sulfide is not reduced within 60 minutes. Thirdly, in contrast to the analogues of the claimed invention, two jointly developed formations of the same oil field, as a rule, can differ in the content of H 2 S by tens of times, that is, by thousands of%. Having so much differentiation in terms of the studied parameter, we get a reliable estimate of the contribution of each layer to the total oil production.
Oil production from each reservoir during their joint operation is determined based on the material balance of reference hydrogen sulfide according to the following scheme:
1. Preliminarily, a surface oil sample is taken from each formation upon exclusion from the production of the second formation using a packer.
2. From the samples taken directly at the well, the H 2 S content is determined from the productive formations.
3. The well is put into operation in the normal mode of joint operation of both layers. At the right time, an estuarine oil sample is taken and the hydrogen sulfide content is determined in it.
4. For the extracted oil make up the balance of production of the reference components:
Q·C=Q1·C1+Q2·C2 Q · C = Q 1 · C 1 + Q 2 · C 2
где: Q - совместная добыча нефти из 2-х пластов;where: Q - joint oil production from 2 layers;
Q1 - искомая добыча нефти по первому пласту;Q 1 - the desired oil production in the first reservoir;
Q2 - искомая добыча нефти по второму пласту;Q 2 - the desired oil production in the second reservoir;
С - концентрация сероводорода в нефти при совместной эксплуатации пластов;C is the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in oil during the joint operation of formations;
C1 - концентрация сероводорода в нефти первого пласта;C 1 - the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the oil of the first reservoir;
С2 - концентрация сероводорода в нефти второго пласта;C 2 is the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the oil of the second layer;
Oil production by layers is estimated by the formulas:
Q1=Q·(C-C2)/(C1-C2) (1)Q 1 = Q (CC 2 ) / (C 1 -C 2 ) (1)
Q2=Q-Q1 (2)Q 2 = QQ 1 (2)

Two productive formations with a total flow rate of Q = 40 m 3 / cit are jointly operated by a well. The oil in the upper layer contains H 2 S with a concentration of C 1 = 20 mg / L, and the lower layer contains H 2 S with a concentration of C 2 = 400 mg / L.
A surface oil sample during the joint operation of two layers contains hydrogen sulfide in a concentration of C = 320 mg / l. By formulas (1) and (2) we find

As a portable analyzer of hydrogen sulfide in a liquid (oil) in many oil-producing regions of the Russian Federation, a device for determining the concentration of gas in a liquid according to the RF patent No. 2181882 (Bull. No. 12 publ. 04/27/2002) is successfully used. Each year, with this analyzer, the concentration of H 2 S in the production of hundreds and thousands of production wells under field conditions is measured, i.e. directly at the wells. These measurements showed that hydrogen sulfide-containing deposits occupy a significant share of the total number of development objects. For example, in the Ural-Volga region, every second well contains hydrogen sulfide to one degree or another, and in the Orenburg and Astrakhan regions, oil deposits with H 2 S occupy a larger niche in the total production volume than objects without hydrogen sulfide in production.
Long-term observations of the production of fields with one main productive horizon showed that the content of hydrogen sulfide in oil remains unchanged for many years in the absence of H 2 S bio-reduction by microorganisms. Thus, the choice of hydrogen sulfide dissolved in oil as a stable and high-quality diagnosed parameter is possible and in demand for solving the current problems of oil-producing enterprises for the extraction of residual oil.
In our opinion, keeping oil into layers based on consideration of the removal of the reference H 2 S from each layer meets the criterion "significant difference", as this parameter is best characterizes the time taken separately from 2-productive formations and its measurement directly on the well gives operational time for making the right decisions, and therefore additionally extracted oil. It is also important that these measurements are an order of magnitude lower than the diagnosis of other properties and oil components. Note that the cost of determining the H 2 S content in oil by a portable analyzer is determined by the number of H 2 S indicator tubes - 0.0066 and ranges from 15-60 rubles.
