Description

Technical field

The present invention relates to a cabinet-shaped home appliance with a cabinet and a door attached to the cabinet, which together define an interior space, and at least one built-in part placed in the interior with a gap in the depth direction. A household appliance may be a household appliance with a door rotatable about a horizontal axis, in particular, such a household appliance may be a dishwasher or an oven. Also, such a household appliance may be a household appliance with a door rotatable about a vertical axis, such a household appliance may be, for example, a refrigerator or a freezer.

State of the art

At present, components such as, for example, shelves for refrigerated products in the refrigerator have been adopted; before transportation, fix them in the interior of the refrigerator with adhesive tape to ensure that they cannot move at all during transportation. Otherwise, their movement may cause damage to themselves or the internal space in which they are placed. Fastening with adhesive tape requires manual work and therefore is associated with costs for the manufacturer that cannot be neglected. This is also burdensome for the user, since the adhesive tape is prone to breakage when it is removed and can easily leave the remains of its adhesive layer on the internal cavity or on the shelves, which can be eliminated only at high cost. Similar problems arise if, for example, it is necessary to fix the baking trays or baking racks inside the oven for transportation or to fix the basket for dishes in the dishwasher.

Disclosure of invention

Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cabinet-shaped appliance in which, during normal use of the appliance, movable built-in parts can be fixed in a simple manner, using means that are quick and easy to use and can be removed again without a trace.

The problem is solved by the fact that in the cabinet-shaped household appliance with a housing and with a door attached to the housing, which together define the interior space, and with at least one built-in part placed in the interior space with a gap in the depth direction, the gap is filled a safety body that is held between the body and the door.

If the household appliance is a refrigerating appliance, then the built-in part, in particular, may be a shelf, a drawer or a telescopic bus, in particular for supporting a shelf or a drawer.

If the household appliance is a dishwasher, then as the built-in part is primarily meant a basket for dishes.

In the case of an oven, the built-in part is preferably a baking sheet, a baking rack or telescopic rail for supporting the baking sheet or baking rack.

In order to fix the safety body on the fixed built-in part, the safety body preferably has at least one recess for fitting onto the front edge of the built-in part.

A plurality of recesses can also be provided at a small distance from each other, in particular at a distance equal to a maximum of five times the height of the recess, so that several built-in parts can be fixed with one safety body of small dimensions. The distance between the recesses preferably corresponds to the smallest distance between the supports for the built-in parts made on the wall of the inner chamber. This distance can be significantly less than the distance between the built-in parts, required later for the normal operation of the device, since for the purposes of the invention it is only important that with the help of a small number of small safety bodies and, therefore, with the lowest possible labor costs, costs time and material costs to fix the built-in parts of the household appliance.

If the door carries a rib protruding into the inner chamber, the safety body may be sandwiched between the rib and the side wall of the housing.

The safety body can be simply and economically made of foamed plastic, for example polystyrene.

The implementation of the invention

Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the upper right corner of the inner compartment of the refrigerator with a side wall 1, a door 2 and with a front frame 3, which are made entirely of plastic by deep drawing. On the side wall 1, protrusions 4 are made, which serve as a support for the shelves 5. The protrusions 4, which support the shelves 5 shown in the figure, are closed by the shelves 5 themselves.

The inner compartment is closed by a door 6, which is shown in FIG. The door 6 has two vertical beams 7 on the lateral edges of its inner side, of which only one is visible in FIG. The beams 7 serve in a manner known per se to support door shelves that use an intermediate space between the leading edges of the shelves 5 and the inside of the door.

To prevent the situation when during transportation of the refrigerator the shelves 5 adjacent to the protrusions 4 can slide into the inner space and rest against the door beams 7, a safety body 8 is introduced between the shelves 5 and door 6. The safety body 8 is made of expanded polystyrene foam and essentially has the shape of a wedge with the upper part 9 facing the shelves 5, and with the tail part 10, which, tapering sharply, enters the intermediate space between the beam 7 and the side wall 1. On the upper part 9 are made two slots 11 in order to take in the friction closure the front edge of one of the shelves 5. By clamping the tail portion 10 of the safety body between the side wall 1 and the beam 7, the safety body 8 is fixed in the vertical direction. Thereby, the leading edges of the shelves 5 are fixedly held both in the depth direction and in the height direction of the inner compartment.

The distance between the two slots 11 of the safety body 8 is only a few centimeters, and thus, the intermediate space between the shelves 5 included in the slots 11 cannot be used as a storage compartment. The configuration of shelves 5 shown in the figure is provided only for the duration of transportation of the device from the manufacturer to the user. If the user opens the door 6, then he can simply remove the safety body 8 from the shelves 5 and re-arrange the shelves 5 at a convenient distance.

By clamping the tail portion 10, the safety body 8 simultaneously facilitates the support of the door 6 during transport.

Figure 2 shows a full view of the safety body 8. In the wider tabs 12 of the tail 9 surrounding the slots 11, recesses 13 are made to save material. As can be seen especially in Fig. 3, which shows the safety body 8 cut in the middle, a large recess 14 is located on the rear side of the safety body 8, turned to the side wall 1.

It can easily be seen that the principle of the invention can also be transferred to other built-in parts to be fixed, for example, to a drawer or telescopic rail, which can be used to easily remove the drawer or shelf 5. To fix the telescopic rail, it will be sufficient if safety body 8 has on its upper part a slot made fitted to a telescopic tire. Thus, the slot is configured to fit onto the end of the telescopic tire located on the side of the door. In order to fix the drawer, the safety body may have a simple flat upper part 9 which is adjacent to the front side of the drawer in order to fix it.

4 shows a schematic sectional view of an oven according to a second embodiment of the invention. On the side walls of the oven mounted telescopic telescopic mechanisms 15, which carry a baking sheet 16. The pan 16, easily movable on telescopic telescopic mechanisms 15, is fixed by safety bodies 18, one of which is shown in FIG. 5 in axonometric projection. The safety body 18 has a main section 19 of foamed polystyrene, essentially rectangular in shape, with a slot 21 buried on the side of the rectangle, which serves to receive the tip of the telescopic telescopic mechanism 15 and the angle of the pan 16. A plate 20 is fixed to the side of the main section 19 opposite the slot. for example, made of plastic, which in the configuration shown in FIG. 4 is sandwiched between the front frame of the oven body 22 and its door 23. Thus, the safety body 18 is protected from slipping and blocks each door voltage telescoping sliding mechanism 15 and the pan 16 until after the installation of the oven at its regular place of the user opens the door 23 and does not remove the safety body 18.

A household appliance according to claim 1, characterized in that it is a refrigerating appliance and that at least one built-in part is a shelf (5) or a drawer or telescopic tire. 3. The household appliance according to claim 1, characterized in that it is a dishwasher, and that the built-in part is a basket for dishes. 4. A household appliance according to claim 1, characterized in that it is an oven and that the built-in part is a baking sheet (16), a baking grill or a telescopic tire. 5. A household appliance according to claim 1, characterized in that the safety body (8; 18) has at least one recess for mounting on the front edge of the built-in part (5; 16). 6. A household appliance according to claim 5, characterized in that the safety body (8) has at least two recesses (11), the distance between which is at most five times their height. 7. A household appliance according to claim 1, characterized in that the door (6) is made in the form of a door made with the possibility of rotation around a vertical axis or with the possibility of transverse movement. 8. The household appliance according to claim 7, characterized in that the door, made with the possibility of rotation around a vertical axis, has on its inner side facing the interior space, beams located with a protrusion on the side edges of the door, and the beams serve as ribs (7). 9. A household appliance according to claim 1, characterized in that the safety body (8) is made of foamed plastic.
