Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of mining and can be used in the leaching of metals from ores to intensify the leaching and sorption of metals on ion-exchange resins.
с. №1616158 от 25.10.1988, МПК C22B 3/00, C22B 11/00).A known method of extraction (leaching) of precious metals from ores (and.with. No. 1616158 from 10.25.1988, IPC C22B 3/00, C22B 11/00).
Недостатком известного решения является невозможность использования способа в промышленном масштабе, так как создание искрового электрического разряда возможно при малой удаленности электродов друг от друга и высоком напряжении на электродах (тысячи вольт).A disadvantage of the known solution is the impossibility of using the method on an industrial scale, since the creation of a spark electric discharge is possible with a small distance of the electrodes from each other and high voltage on the electrodes (thousands of volts).
С. - 43 с.).The closest technical solution is the method of sorption leaching of gold, in which the gold-bearing ore is grinded and repulped in a leach solution, an electric current field is applied to the leaching and sorption process, gold is leached with cyanides, and sorption on AM-2B nano-exchange resin (Re-mining of gold from waste ore beneficiation / B.S. Luzin. - abstract of thesis for the degree of academician of the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences - Almaty, 2004 - 43 pp.).
The essence of the prototype method is that when pulverizing the crushed ore pulp is saturated with clay mud. In the process of electrosorption leaching together with gold various impurities pass into the pulp, including those depressing and poisoning the resin. Under these conditions, when an electric current is applied to the process, a technical contradiction arises between the acceleration of leaching and sorption of gold. In this technical solution, the capacity of the resin in gold is reduced. Filtration of the pulp in the prototype method is not provided and is not possible during its implementation. In accordance with the specified technical solution, its efficiency is low.
EFFECT: increased intensity and completeness of metal extraction from pulp ore.
The technical solution of the claimed object is that the leaching is carried out in the mode of ultrasonic cavitation and sorption of the metal by applying an electric current field to the process in the mode of alternating changes in the polarity of the electrodes, the leaching and sorption being carried out in the same apparatus in a closed circular circulation of the solution.
1).The method is illustrated in the drawing (figure 1).
The technical solution consists in a ring apparatus (Fig. 1), closed through a transfer pump 1. The apparatus is divided into two working sections by a filter device 2. Section AB is used to leach metal from the solid phase of the pulp with the application of ultrasound in the cavitation mode from magnetostrictive transducers 3 of the PMS type . The BC section is used for sorption of metal on an ion exchange resin 4 with the application of an electric current from electrodes 5 with variable polarity. The method is as follows.
Ultrasound is applied to the pulp 6 in the cavitation mode, under the action of shock waves arising from the collapse of cavitation cavities, cavitation erosion of the surface of the ore part of the pulp occurs, and due to the occurrence of a sound-capillary effect, an abnormally deep penetration of the metal solvent into the ore capillaries occurs and the metal extraction into the solution increases sharply . Then the pulp is filtered off from sludge and parasitic impurities, the filtered solution is passed into the sorption section, the metal is deposited on an ion exchange resin, the deposition is carried out in an electric current field with current parameters that activate the sorption of the extracted metal and suppress the sorption of impurities, while increasing the capacity of the sorbent (ion exchange resins) use the polarization effect due to the appearance of the chemotren effect in an alternating electric field. The field strength is created through removable mesh electrodes, the polarity of which is constantly changing, thereby eliminating the deposition of metal adsorbed by the resin onto the cathode. Leaching and sorption are carried out in the circular circulation of the solution to the specified values of the extraction of metal into the solution and from the solution to the resin.
Comparative laboratory studies of the claimed method and prototype were performed on gold ore containing: Au - 7.0 g / t, Aq - 2.8 g / t, Zn - 0.03%, Cu - 0.012%, Al - 12.3 g / t, SiO 2 - 69% and other impurity elements. Leaching is carried out using alkaline cyanides with an initial NaCN content of 5 g / l, a voltage on the electrodes of 15 to 35 V at a current strength of 0.2 to 0.6 A and a frequency of 50 to 440 Hz ± 5%. Sorption of gold on the resin AM-2B with a full capacity (POE) by Cl-ion of 3.1 mEq / g of sorbent. Ultrasonic treatment of the pulp with a frequency of 5 to 20 kHz, an intensity of 1.5 to 2.5 W / cm 2 for 10 minutes with a 5 min break.
A comparison of the experimental results showed that when the inventive method compared with the method of the prototype, the rate of extraction of gold from ore pulp increased by 47.3%, and the saturation of the resin increased from 8.1 mg / g to 15.6 mg / g
