Technical field

The present invention relates to a labeling device.

The present invention relates to a manually controlled labeling device for applying labels bearing one or more labels, for example, indications of products on which said labels are applied, or product prices.

Specifically, the present invention is suitable for use in storages and / or in any trading activity, for example in department stores, supermarkets, stores and / or the like, in which there is a need to attach various types of trade and / or information symbols.

State of the art

As is well known, there are manual-controlled labeling devices that include a supporting structure within which a device for supplying a label-holder tape is provided. The label holder tape is appropriately guided within the supporting structure to the labeling area, where each label carried by the tape is detached from it for attachment to the corresponding surface of the package or product.

In order to enable the label holder tape to advance inside the supporting structure, known labeling devices are provided with an appropriate actuator that pulls the tape to a position beyond the application area, forcing it to advance toward the tape output area without labels.

Said labeling devices are also provided with a device for stopping and / or braking the tape to ensure that each label is applied without unwanted stretching of the tape. Specifically, known labeling devices comprise, between the tape supply device and the labeling area, a number of mechanisms that continuously press the label-holder tape to an adjacent surface inside the supporting structure. Thus, when the label, which has been partially detached from the label-holder tape, is positioned on the intended surface by the combined action of pressure towards the indicated surface and the labeling device is translationally moved on it, the label-holder tape is kept in a fixed position, allowing complete detachment labels to be applied. Known labeling devices further comprise a control device, usually represented by a movable element, which has a corresponding gripping device operatively connected to the driving device to deliver labels transferred by the tape to the application area in a sequential order to each other. Specifically, when the control device is manually driven, the interaction between the last and the actuator actively drives the label-holder tape, which, overcoming the blocking forces exerted by the locking device, advances as described above.

A printing element is also provided inside the structure, capable of placing on each label, in front of the application area, a predetermined amount of ink in accordance with predetermined patterns, whereby the above-mentioned trade and / or information symbols are obtained.

Despite the fact that the known labeling devices provide the ability to print and satisfactorily label the packaging and / or surface of the products, the applicant noted that they have some drawbacks, mainly in relation to the operation and wear of the locking device, the replacement and / or maintenance of one or more constituent elements of the printing device, as well as wear labels and / or tape-holder labels.

Specifically, it was noticed that the constant and continuous pressing of the label-holder tape by the locking device to the corresponding adjacent surface causes, in the end, significant problems with the calibration of the components of this device, as well as excessive wear of the mechanical parts associated with friction or rotation, requiring constant interventions to service and / or replace one or more components of the locking device.

This problem also affects the general conditions of the label-holder tape and the labels themselves, the structure of which may be impaired, presenting an aesthetically unpresentable appearance and / or, even worse, an inadequate print surface on which the used ink is placed inaccurately, leading to the occurrence of unwanted defects.

It should also be noted that both the difficulty in accessing the internal areas of the supporting structure of the known labeling devices, and the difficulty in replacing some commonly provided constituent elements of the printing device, such as a paint roller, etc., entail intensive maintenance, requiring at the same time, a substantial qualification of the service operator, who must, with special tools and devices, gain access to the colorful roller in order to remove it from the structure and replace Wear it with another colorful roller.

Disclosure of invention

Therefore, the main objective of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art.

Specifically, an object of the present invention is to provide a labeling device provided with a self-regulating braking system, i.e. able to control the clamping of the tape to the corresponding adjacent surface in accordance with the advancement or stop of the tape.

An additional objective of the present invention is to provide a labeling device, which is easy and simple to carry out the replacement of the constituent elements of the printing device.

Finally, the aim of the invention is to ensure the structural integrity of the labels and the tape-holder labels, while ensuring the quality of printing by the printing device.

The technical problem outlined above, and these objectives are essentially achieved by means of a labeling device containing

- construction;

at least one element for feeding a tape provided with a plurality of labels associated with said structure;

- guide means associated with said structure to guide said tape at least between said feed member and an area bounded by said structure for applying at least one label, said guide means determining a path of advancement of said tape;

- at least one device for driving the specified tape, located in the specified design, and the specified driving device can move between an idle state in which the specified tape remains in a predetermined position, and an operating state in which the specified driving device drives said tape along a specified path of advancement to deliver at least one label of said tape to a specified application area;

at least one device for stopping said tape functionally located in said structure, said locking device being able to move between a locking position in which it prevents the movement of said tape by pressing it against an adjacent surface associated with said structure and released a state in which the pressing of the specified tape to the specified surface is reduced, and the specified tape is released to move along the specified path;

at least one printing device operably associated with said structure in order to apply at least one label carried by said tape a predetermined amount of ink in accordance with a predetermined pattern, said printing device comprising at least one support element, functionally associated with the specified design, a colorful roller removably mounted in the specified supporting element, and at least one installation device, functionally and as a single part connected to the pointer annym ink roller, to ensure its removable installation on said support member;

at least one control device operably connected to said structure and functionally attached to said locking element and driving a device to deliver at least one label located on said tape to said application area, said control device being also functionally connected to the specified printing device to print the specified pattern on the label and apply the specified label in the specified area of application, and specified the control device may be moved between a first position in which said driving device is inoperative, said printing device is in a locked state, and said locking link is in a stopped state, and a second position in which said driving device is in working condition, the specified printing device is in the printing state, and the specified locking device is in the released state;

wherein said locking device comprises

- the first element pivotally connected to the specified structure with the possibility of rotation around the axis of rotation, and the specified first element is functionally connected to the specified control device in such a way that the movement of the specified control device between the first and second state causes the locking device to be moved between the lock state and the released condition; and

- a second element pivotally connected to the specified structure with the possibility of rotation around the specified axis of rotation, and the specified second element interacts with the specified tape to lock the specified tape on the specified adjacent surface when the specified locking device is in a stopped state, and to enable the specified tapes along a specified path of advancement when said locking device is in an released state;

wherein said locking device also comprises at least one elastic connecting element interposed between said first and second elements for connecting said first and second elements, while at the same time allowing relative rotation around said rotation axis, said elastic connecting element pressing said the second element to the specified adjacent surface when the specified locking device is in the locking state.

Said locking device preferably comprises two resilient elements, preferably tension springs, functionally placed between the respective attachment section of said first element and the corresponding attachment section of said second element, located close to each other.

Also, said locking device further comprises an auxiliary elastic element, preferably a torsion spring, operatively placed between an adjacent portion of said first element and an adjacent surface of said second element oriented against an opposing surface, said auxiliary elastic element interacting with said at least one elastic element, so that reinforce the pressing action of the specified second element to the specified opposing surface when said locking device is in a locking state.

Preferably, said mounting device comprises a substantially U-shaped roller holding structure comprising two side sections, each of which is provided with a corresponding socket for articulating a corresponding longitudinal hinge of said paint roller, and a central connecting section placed between said side sections.

Description of Illustrative Embodiment

With reference to the attached figures, reference numeral 1 denotes a labeling device as a whole, in accordance with the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the labeling device 1 comprises a substantially enclosed structure 2 representing the handle 3, preferably obtained by two-component molding with a rubber sheath 2b, located at the back for manually capturing the labeling device.

Inside the structure 2, essentially in the central region, there is provided an element 4 for supplying a tape 5 provided with a plurality of labels 6 (one of which is shown schematically in FIG. 1), intended for printing on them and fixing on the outer surface of the respective packages, labels and / or products.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the feed member 4 preferably comprises a feed coil 7 pivotally coupled to the structure 2, rotatably about a corresponding rotation axis “X”.

Advantageously, the feed coil 7 is removably mounted in the structure 2 so that it can be removed from it when the feed coil 7 is completely used up.

As shown in FIG. 2, the feed spool 7 can advantageously be inserted or removed through the corresponding access hole 8, located in the lower part of the structure, and properly maintained closed by additional components of the labeling device, which will be described later.

In order to guide the tape 5 between at least the supply element 4 and the application area 9 of the at least one label 6, the structure 2 is provided with a corresponding guide means which restricts, in accordance with a predetermined route, the path of advancement of said tape 5.

As shown in FIG. 1, the guide means leads the tape 5 from the feed member 5 to the application area 9, which is preferably located lower with respect to the structure 2 of the labeling device 1, close to its front portion 10. The labeling device further comprises at least a device 11 for driving the tape 5, functionally located inside the structure 2. The driving device 11 has the ability to move between an idle state in which the tape 5 does not move, remaining at a predetermined position, and the operating state in which the driving device 11 causes the tape 5 to move along a path limited by the guiding means to deliver at least one label 6 of the tape 5 to the application area 9.

As also shown in figures 1 and 2, the labeling device further comprises an element 12 for stopping the tape 5, functionally located inside the structure 2. The locking element 12 has the ability to move between the stop state in which it prevents the tape 5 from being driven, pressing the latter against an adjacent surface 13 associated with the structure itself and a release state in which the pressing of the tape 5 against the adjacent surface 13 is reduced in accordance with a value such that the tape 5 is released so that move in advance the way mentioned above.

In order to control both the driving device 11 and the locking element 12, the labeling device comprises at least one control device 14 operatively associated with the structure 2, preferably lower with respect to the handle 3. The control device 14 is functionally attached to the locking element 12 and to the driving device 11, in order to deliver at least one label 6 located on the ribbon 5 to the application area 9.

More specifically, the control device 14 comprises a control handle 15 pivotally attached to the structure 2 of the labeling device 1 in its rear region to move it back and forth around the corresponding rotation axis “Y”. The control handle 15 has, with respect to the handle 3, a grip portion 16 having an ergonomic shape to facilitate and facilitate its grip by hand. The control handle 15 is constructed in a conventional manner inside the structure 2, representing the first control unit 17 located close to the locking element 17, and the second control unit 18 located close to the driving device 11.

Advantageously, at least one opposing resilient member 19, preferably a coil spring 19a, is operatively inserted between the grip portion of the control device 14 and the handle 3 of the structure 2 to maintain the latter in a predetermined position.

Advantageously, the control device 14 can be moved between the first position in which the locking element 12 is in the locking state and the driving device 11 is in the idle state (FIG. 1) and the second position in which the locking element 12 is in the released state , and the driving device 11 is in working condition, i.e. in a state of application of a pulling force to the tape 5, which allows you to unwind the corresponding feed coil 7.

In more detail, the movement of the control device 14 from the first to the second position occurs by hand squeezing the grip portion 16 of the control handle 15, which, therefore, rotates counterclockwise around the rotation axis “Y”. The capture portion 16 approaches the handle 3, compressing the coil spring 19a, and the corresponding control units 17, 19 are moved, determining a state change with respect to the locking element 12, which reduces its load on the tape 5 and the driving device 11, which drives tape 5 along the way.

And vice versa, if the action is interrupted manually as the capture section 16 approaches the handle 3, the control device 14 tends to return to its original position, i.e. completely move away from the handle 3, turning clockwise around the axis of rotation "Y".

As shown in FIGS. 1-5, and specifically in FIGS. 3-5, the above-mentioned locking device 12 comprises, in detail, a first element 20, preferably made of plastic material, pivotally connected to the structure 2 by a pivot rod 21, which defines the corresponding axis of rotation "Z", essentially parallel to the axis of rotation of "X" and "Y", respectively, of the feed coil 7 and the handle 15 of the control. On the opposite side from the hinge rod 21, the first element 20 has a small interacting part 22, preferably a metal one, installed mainly by two-component molding in the corresponding socket 23. The interacting disk 22 is functionally connected to the first control unit 17 of the control device 14 so that it moves between the first and the second state causes the locking device 12 to be moved between the locking state and the released state.

As also shown in FIGS. 3-5, the locking element 12 comprises a second element 24, preferably a metal element, articulated to the structure 2 by means of the articulated rod 21 rotatably about the axis of rotation "Z". Advantageously, the second element 24 has an inclined portion 25 that interacts with the tape 5 to block it against the abutting surface 13 when the locking device 12 is in the locking state, and to allow the tape to advance along the advancement path when the locking device 12 is in released state.

The locking element 12 contains at least one elastic connecting element 26, placed between the first and second elements 20, 24, to connect the latter and at the same time to allow relative rotation around the axis of rotation "Z". The interaction between the elastic connecting element 26, the first and second elements 20, 24, the control device 14 and the tape 5 on the adjacent surface 13 determines, in a stopped state, the traction force of the elastic connecting link 26 on the second element 24 with respect to the adjacent surface 13. In other words when the control device 14 is in the first position, the first block 17 of the control handle 15 pushes the interacting disk 22 of the first element 20 of the locking link 12 up under the action of the counter spring 19a. In practice, the first control unit 17 of the control handle 15 has a shaped screw 17a, the shaped head 17b of which is in direct contact with the interacting disk 22 located at the end of the first element 20 of the locking link 12 opposite to the second element 24.

Being fixed on the hinge 21, the first element 20 tends to rotate counterclockwise (FIGS. 1-3 and 5), stretching the elastic element 26, which causes the second element 24 to rotate around the "Z" axis and counterclockwise. The rotation of the second element 24, however, is prevented by the opposing surface 13, transforming it into a traction force equal to the force exerted by the elastic element 26 on the second element 24 and on the opposing surface 13. Naturally, pressing the tape 5 against the opposing surface 13 causes it to block.

Conversely, if the control device 14 moves from the first position to the second, the first control unit 17 of the control handle 15 no longer presses on the metal disk 22, allowing the elastic element 26 to remove the load, releasing the tape 5, which can thus smoothly move.

As also shown in FIGS. 3-5, the locking device 12 comprises two elastic members 26, preferably tension springs 26a, functionally interposed between the respective attachment portion 20a of the first member 20 and the corresponding engaging portion 24a of the second member 24 adjacent to each other.

The locking device 12 further comprises an auxiliary resilient element 27, preferably a torsion spring 27a, functionally placed between the adjacent portion 20b (FIG. 4) of the first element 20 and the adjacent surface 24b (FIG. 5) of the second element 24, oriented essentially opposite to the adjacent surface 13. The auxiliary elastic element 27 interacts with the elastic elements 26 to enhance the pulling action of the second element 24 relative to the opposing surface 13 when the locking device GUT 12 is in the locking state and ensure the tension belt 5, when the controller 14 is in the second position, so as to achieve the correct labels detaching from the tape 9 in application.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and, in particular, in FIGS. 7 and 8, the driving device 11 comprises at least one drive roller 28 pivotally mounted in the structure 2 along the path of advancement of said tape 5 and behind labeling area 9 6. The drive roller 28 partially limits the advancement path of the tape 5 and can be rotated in accordance with a predetermined rotation angle to advance the tape 5 in accordance with the corresponding predetermined advancement rate.

The drive roller 28 is advantageously connected to the control device 14 so that it is rotated about the corresponding axis of rotation "W", essentially parallel to the axis of rotation "X", "Y" and "Z" when the locking element 12 is in the released state.

According to a more detailed description of the design of the driving device 11, the drive roller 28 has a plurality of drive protruding parts 29 located on its both flat side surfaces 28a, which are functionally engaged by the driving element 30 inserted between the drive roller 28 and the second control unit 18 of the handle 15 the control of the control device 14. The driving element 30, under the action of the control device 14, acts in a sequential order on each driven protruding part 29 to rotate the drive roller 28 with a constant pitch around the corresponding axis of rotation "W" clockwise and in accordance with a given angle of rotation.

In more detail, the driving element 30 is preferably formed by a latch 31 pivotally attached at its ends to the structure 2 between the drive roller 28 and the grip portion 16 of the control device 14.

When the control device 14 moves from the second to the first position under the action of the spring 19a, the latch 31 engages the protruding protruding parts 29 of the drive roller 28, obtaining its stepwise rotation around the axis "W".

In order to prevent any reverse rotation of the drive roller 28 during the movement of the control device 14 from the first to the second position, the drive roller 28 is provided with a plurality of locking protruding portions 32 (Fig. 8), functionally engaged by means of corresponding locking elements 33. Specifically, the locking the protruding parts 32 are located around the circumference inside the drive roller 28, and they are accessible through two annular recesses 34. The locking elements 33 comprise a single-sided snap fur edited, provided with two resilient tongues, which act on the profile 32 of the locking protrusions.

On a cylindrical surface on the sides of the central annular recess 35, the drive roller 28 has a series of recesses 36 capable of engaging within respective sections (not shown) present on the belt 5.

Toward the periphery of the cylindrical surface of the drive roller 28, an arcuate elastic guide device 37 is provided that is removably attached at its ends to the structure 2 and is capable of holding the tape 5 pressed on the drive roller 28.

Specifically, the resilient tape guiding device 37 has a first end 37a pivotally attached to the structure 2 by two pins 37b, and a second end 37c pivotally attached to the structure 2 by a rod 37d that engages inside the corresponding hinge holes 37e available on the structure itself tape guiding device. The tape guiding device 37 is advantageously made elastic by means of two plate sections 37f, which can rotate, since they are pivotally mounted on the shaft 37d through the hole 37e, thereby ensuring a fixed and phased movement of the tape 5.

As shown in FIG. 2, both the abutting surface 13 and the driving device 11 are supported by a section 2a of the structure 2 that can rotate around the pivot axis "K" coinciding with the axis of the pivot mounting of the driving element 30. The offset of section 2a of the structure 2 as shown in FIG. 2, restricts the aforementioned access hole 8 for inserting and / or removing the reel 7 for feeding the tape 5.

As, in addition, shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and in particular in FIG. 6, the labeling device 1 comprises a printing device 38 operably connected to the structure 2 in order to apply a predetermined amount of ink to at least one label 6 according to the given pattern. The printing device 38 has the ability to move under the influence of the control device 14 between the stop state (FIG. 1), coinciding with the first position of the control device 14, in which the printing element 38 is withdrawn from the tape 5, and the printing state, coinciding with the second position of the control device 14, in which the printing element 38 acts on the corresponding label of the tape 5.

Advantageously, the printing element 38 comprises at least one supporting element or a supporting arm 39 operably connected to the structure 2 and having a free end 40, preferably provided with two supporting projecting parts 41. The printing element 38 further comprises at least one colorful roller 42, removably attached to the support element 39 between the supporting protruding parts 41.

As can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2, the printing element 38 is also provided with means for supplying ink 43 to be supplied to the ink roller 42, which is only mentioned here because it does not represent the subject of the present invention.

Advantageously, the printing element 38 comprises at least one mounting device 44 (FIG. 6), which can be functionally placed between the supporting element 39 and the colorful roller 42 to enable its removable connection, together with the colorful roller 42, to the supporting element 39 In other words, the mounting device 44 provides the ability to install or remove the ink roller 42 from the support member 39 without contacting the cylindrical surface of the ink roller 42.

Preferably, the mounting device 44 has snap-in connecting means 45 for connecting the ink roller 42 to the support member 39.

As also shown in FIG. 6, the engaging device 44 comprises a substantially U-shaped roller holding structure 46 having two side portions 46a, each of which is provided with a corresponding socket 47 for articulating the corresponding longitudinal joint 48 of the ink roller 42, and a central connecting portion 46b placed between the side portions 46a.

The engaging device 44 further comprises two elastic coupling elements 49, each of which is operatively connected externally to a corresponding side portion 46a of the roller holding structure 46. Each elastic coupling element 49 is able to move between a first position in which it is separated from the corresponding side section 46a of the roller holding structure 46, and a second position in which it is close to the corresponding side portion 46a of the roller holding structure 46. Each elastic joint The support member 49 has, on the side opposite to the corresponding side portion 46a of the roller holding structure 46, at least one fastening protruding portion 50 adapted to engage with at least one corresponding fastening socket 51, which is provided on the inside with a corresponding support the protruding portion 41 of the support member 39, and at least one pulling edge 52 whereby the fastening protruding portion 50 is moved from the first to the second position, engaging with a corresponding mounting slot 51, when the roller holding structure 46 is engaged between the supporting projecting portions 41 of the supporting member 39.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 6, the labeling device advantageously comprises at least one door 53 having a first end 53a pivotally attached to the structure 2 and a second end 53b opposite the first end 53a provided with at least one an element 54 for locking the door 53 on the structure. The door 53 is able to rotate around the hinge axis "Q" defined at the first end 53a between the closed position (figure 1), in which the structure 2 is closed by the door 53, and the open position (figure 2), in which the door 53 is at least partially removed from structure 2.

Advantageously, the support member 39 of the colorful roller 42 is pivotally attached, on the opposite side from its free end 40, to the second end 53b of the door 53. According to this connection, the support member 39 is located inside the structure 2 when the door 53 is in the closed position, and it is located at least partially, preferably completely (FIG. 2), outside of structure 2 when the door 53 is in the open position to facilitate access to the paint roller 42.

As shown in FIG. 6, the application roller 55 is also rotatably mounted on the pivot axis “Q”, by which it becomes possible to press the label extending from the corresponding application area to the underlying surface.

The present invention solves the problems observed in the prior art, and achieves its goals.

First of all, the subject of the present invention provides the ability to structurally preserve the constituent elements of the locking link, as well as labels carried by the feed tape.

Specifically, the locking system, whose braking or locking action is automatically adjusted in relation to the positions taken by the control device, does not allow the locking link to be subjected to excessive sliding friction, which leads to accelerated structural wear.

It is also necessary to recognize that the implementation of the device for installing the ink roller as described above, together with a system for opening and removing said ink roller, like the system represented by a door hinged to the support element of the printing device, facilitates any operation for maintenance, cleaning and / or replacing the paint roller without coming into contact with their dirty parts, i.e. without touching surfaces that are coated with ink for printing labels.

Claims (15)

1. Labeling device (1), containing:
- construction (2);
- at least one element (4) for feeding a tape (5) provided with a plurality of labels (6) associated with said structure (2);
- guiding means associated with said structure (2) to guide said tape (5) at least between said feeding element (4) and the region (9) bounded in said structure (2) for applying at least one label (6), wherein said guide means determines a path of advancement of said tape (5);
at least one device (11) for driving said tape (5) located in said structure (2), said said driving device (11) being able to move between an idle state in which said tape (5) remains in a predetermined position, and in an operating state in which said driving device (11) drives said tape (6) along a specified advancement path to deliver at least one label (6) of said tape to said application area (9) ;
- at least one device (12) for stopping said belt (5), functionally located in said structure (2), wherein said locking device (12) can move between the locking position in which it prevents the said belt from being set in motion (5) ), pressing it against an adjacent surface (13) associated with said structure (2) and a released state in which the pressing of said tape (5) to said surface (13) decreases and said tape (5) is released to move along the specified path advancement;
- at least one printing device (38), functionally associated with the specified design (2), to apply on at least one label (6) carried by the specified tape (5), a predetermined amount of ink, in accordance with a given pattern, and the specified printing device (38) contains at least one support element (39), functionally associated with the specified structure (2), a colorful roller (42), removably mounted in the specified support element (39) and at least one installation device (44 ), functionally and as a single a part connected to the specified colorful roller (42) to ensure its removable installation on the specified supporting element (39);
- at least one control device (14), functionally associated with the specified structure (2) and functionally connected to the specified locking element (12) and driving the device (11), to deliver at least the specified application area (9) one label (6) located on the specified tape (5), and the specified control device (14) is also functionally connected to the specified printing device (38) to print the specified pattern on the label (6) and apply the specified label in the specified area (9) application, said control device (14) being able to move between a first position in which said driving device (11) is inoperative, said printing device (38) is in a locked state, and said locking link (12) ) is in a stopped state, and in a second position in which said driving device (11) is in an operational state, said printing device (38) is in a printing state, and said locking device (12) is in choked in the released state;
wherein said locking device (12) comprises:
- the first element (20), pivotally connected to the specified structure (2) with the possibility of rotation around the axis of rotation ("Z"), and the specified first element (20) is functionally connected to the specified control device (14) so that the movement of the specified control the device (14) between the first and second state causes the locking device (12) to be set in motion between the locking state and the released state; and
- the second element (24), pivotally connected to the specified structure (2) with the possibility of rotation around the specified axis of rotation ("Z"), and the specified second element (24) interacts with the specified tape (5) to lock the specified tape (5) on said abutment surface (13) when said retainer (12) is in a stopped state, and to enable said belt (5) to advance along said advance path when said retainer (12) is in a released state;
characterized in that said locking device (12) also comprises at least one elastic connecting element (26) placed between said first and second elements (20, 24) for connecting said first and second elements (20, 24), while allowing relative rotation around said rotation axis (“Z”), said elastic connecting element (26) pressing said second element (24) against said abutment surface (13) when said locking device (12) is in a locking state Ian.
2. The labeling device according to claim 1, wherein said locking device (12) comprises two elastic elements (26), preferably tension springs (26a), functionally placed between the respective attachment section (20a) of said first element (20) and the corresponding section (24A) of the attachment of the specified second element (24) located close to each other.

The labeling device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said locking device (12) further comprises an auxiliary elastic element (27), preferably a torsion spring (27a), functionally placed between the abutting portion (20b) of said first element (20) and an adjacent surface (24b) of said second element (24) oriented against the opposing surface (13), wherein said auxiliary elastic element (27) interacts with said at least one elastic element (26) to reinforce the compressive action of said second element (24) to said opposing surface (13) when said locking device (12) is in a locking state.

The labeling device according to claim 1, wherein said control device (14) comprises at least a pressure portion directly connected to one end of said first element (20) of said stop element (12) opposite said second element (24), wherein the specified clamping section supports the specified locking element (12) in the locking state when the specified control device (14) is in the first state and provides the opportunity to reduce the pressure against the adjacent surface (13) when the read only the control device (14) is in the second state.

7. Labeling device according to claim 6, in which the specified drive roller (28) contains:
- a plurality of drive protruding parts (28) functionally engaged by the driving element (30), placed between the specified drive roller (28) and the specified control device (14), and the specified driving element (30) acts under the action of the specified control devices (14), in sequential order, to each drive protruding portion (29), to rotate the specified drive roller (28) around the corresponding axis of rotation ("W") and in accordance with a predetermined angle of rotation;
- a plurality of locking protruding parts (32) functionally engaged with the corresponding locking element (33) to prevent rotation in the opposite direction with respect to the rotation applied by the driving element (30) to the specified drive roller (28).
8. The labeling device according to claim 1, in which the printing device (28) is separated from the specified tape (5) in the stopped state, and acts on the corresponding label (6) of the specified tape (5) in the printing state.
9. The labeling device according to claim 1, wherein said installation device (44) has snap-in connecting means (45) for connecting said paint roller (42) with said support element (39).

The labeling device according to claim 1 or 9, wherein said mounting device (44) comprises a substantially “U” shaped roller holding structure (46) comprising two side portions (46a), each of which is provided with a corresponding socket (47) for articulating the corresponding longitudinal hinge (48) of said ink roller (42), and a central connecting portion (46b) placed between said side sections (46a).

The labeling device according to claim 10, in which the specified installation device (44) further comprises two elastic connecting elements (49), each of which is functionally connected from the outside with a corresponding side portion (46a) of the specified holding structure of the roller (46), moreover, each elastic connecting element (49) can be moved between the first position in which it is separated from the corresponding side portion (46a) of the roller holding structure (46) and the second position in which it is close to Resp lateral portion (46a) of said roller retaining structure (46).

The labeling device according to claim 11, in which each elastic connecting element (49) has on the opposite side from the corresponding side portion (46a) of said roller holding structure (46) at least one fastening protruding part (50) adapted to be connected to at least one corresponding mounting socket (51), available on the inside in the corresponding supporting protruding part (41) of the specified supporting element (39), and at least one clamping edge (52), whereby the corresponding unit the carbon connecting element (49) is moved from the first to the second position, said fastening protruding part (50) being connected to a corresponding hinge socket (52) when said roller holding structure (46) is installed between two supporting protruding parts (41) of said supporting element (39).
