Abstract

FIELD: personal use articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: cartridge pouch is designed for compact arrangement, carrying (transportation) of various objects, convenient for a user, and their quick withdrawal. The invention objective is to develop a cartridge pouch of an "envelope" structural type, with the option of quick placement/withdrawal of content in any direction, and also its reliable placement into a cartridge pouch. The cartridge pouch of the "envelope" structural type comprises four lapels/flaps with "contact" elements arranged on them in a certain manner. At the same time the cartridge pouch also comprises a fixture on its back side for arrangement/fixation at various types of equipment. The user may both place content into the cartridge pouch and also release/remove content, which is reliably placed into the cartridge pouch until its withdrawal. Description

The pouch of the “envelope” type is designed for compact placement, carrying (transportation) of various items convenient for the user and their quick extraction.

The pouch of the “envelope” design type is a package that is structurally reminiscent of the “envelope” with “contact” elements located in a certain way on its parts, and on the back side it has a fastening system for placing the pouch on various types of equipment (belts, unloading and combat vests, etc.) .P.). It should be emphasized that an important design feature of the envelope pouch is the ability to extract attachments in all directions of the hemisphere from the plane of its attachment.

Intended use of the envelope pouch type: unloading vests and bags (packs) for visiting (operational) teams (crews) operating in emergency situations, medical authorities, construction, installation, manufacturing specialties, individual and collective needs for extreme types sports, tourism, outdoor activities, to perform professional duties in law enforcement agencies, especially in combat situations.

Known device - a bag for shops to the machine and a structurally similar device - a bag for grenades / 1 /. When using these bags, items (cartridge magazines, hand grenades) are inserted into them after opening one valve. The disadvantages of the known devices are: limited choice of direction of investment / withdrawal of stores (grenades) in the bag; the use of these bags only for shops and grenades of certain sizes; insufficient fixation of nested objects in terms of their displacements inside the bag and the lack of a required guarantee of falling out if the valve is accidentally opened, even from a slight external impact on it.

A device is known - a vest with pockets, cells, opened with a single zipper type on several pockets, cells / 2 /. The disadvantages of the known devices are: one fixed position of a whole group of pockets-cells on the user's body; insertion / withdrawal of objects into cell pockets can be made in only one direction, which significantly limits the user's actions, especially when a group of cell pockets can be placed on the back and sides of the user; items embedded in cell pockets are completely not fixed in the cells, which creates a physiological inconvenience when carrying them and reduces the user's safety.

A device for combat placement of a serviceman / 3 /. In it, objects are put into pockets (removed from them) by first opening one valve of each of the pockets in the upward direction. The disadvantages of the known device are: restriction in the direction of insertion / withdrawal of objects in the pockets of this equipment, especially on the belt at the back, and relative to the back pocket when equipment is worn, these operations are completely impossible from the side of the equipped user.

The closest analogue to the proposed invention is a device - a multifunctional vest with developed removable pockets, combined for AK74 magazines, hand grenades, VOG-25 rounds of a grenade launcher, control panel / 4 /. The insertion of objects into these removable pockets and their removal from them is done by opening / closing one valve on each pocket. The disadvantages of the known devices are: limited in the direction of investment and withdrawal of the item, which simultaneously affects the speed of withdrawal; incomplete fixation of an embedded object in a removable pocket to exclude displacements when carrying; it should be especially noted that a similar design of a removable pocket is present in most of the currently used unloading equipment.

The task was set before the invention: to ensure the versatility of the pouch packaging for compact placement, carrying (transporting) various items; increase the convenience and speed of their extraction from the pouch; to ensure the impossibility of spontaneous loss of attachment with large unauthorized external influences on the pouch (shaking, jumping, sudden stops, etc.); give the opportunity to extract the attachment in all directions of the hemisphere from the plane of attachment of the pouch.

The problem is solved by the fact that the proposed device is a cartridge pouch of the “envelope” type with four flaps / valves and “contact” elements located on them in a certain way, and on the back side it has a mount for placement / fixing on various types of equipment.

New in the proposed device is that the pouch is structurally designed so that the user is able to quickly place the attachment in the pouch and release / remove the attachment securely placed in the pouch until its removal (the reliability of the packaging can be brought by the user using the lapels / valves with “contact” elements until the investment displacements are almost completely eliminated); the user can remove the attachment in any direction from his body (the attachment point on his equipment).

If it is necessary to alternately (simultaneously) withdraw an attachment consisting of several items (parts), the design of the pouch allows for additional refinements (improvements) for the use of various fixators for the position of objects (parts) inside it.

In Fig.1, 2 shows the pouch of the constructive type "envelope", where:

The design of an envelope pouch of the constructive type includes: a pouch plane with lapels / flaps 1, 2, 3, 4 with Velcro contacts (parts with hooks) or others for this purpose 5; mate "contact" type "Velcro" or others of this purpose 6; pouch mount system (e.g. MOLLE, ALICE, etc.) 7.

The device is used as follows: the user places (fixes) the cartridge pouch of the "envelope" type on his equipment in a position convenient for him to transport (store) and remove the attachment, opens the cartridge pouch of the "envelope" type by leading them to the corresponding lapels / valves, puts them there objects of attachment and closes the valves in a certain order, if necessary, pulling together them embedded objects to exclude the displacement of the latter; to remove items from the envelope pouch of a constructive type, the user takes the corresponding valves to the side, opening the pouch in such a way that a high speed of withdrawal of the nested items is achieved and at the same time the optimal direction of withdrawal from the point of view of convenience, safety and quick further use of the seized items.

The design of an envelope pouch of the constructive type allows achieving versatility both in terms of application for attachments of various sizes, materials for manufacturing attachments and consisting of several items (parts), and in terms of the creation by the user of this pouch of various options for opening it, which is especially important in extreme conditions.

So, when applying the five combinations of the lapel / flap closure sequence of the envelope design type pouch described below, the user gets the choice of eighteen options for opening the pouch based on the need that has arisen, and from here various options for the direction of withdrawal of embedded items (their parts).

A pouch of the “envelope” type for an additional increase in convenience can, in particular, be mounted on equipment elements located on different parts of the user's body: belt, chest, back, body sides, legs, arms.

An example of the application of a pouch of the constructive type "envelope" for an individual combat equipment shooter:

One to ten pouches of the constructive type “envelope” are fixed in the combat vest (one - four - vertically on the chest of the vest, two - four - horizontally on the waist, two - vertically one at the edges of the back). It is important to note that attachments from pouches attached to the back of the vest can, in particular, be quickly and conveniently removed from the bottom of the pouch. If necessary, this method of removal allows the use of two more pouches on the back. Additionally, it is possible to apply the fastening of two pouches on the upper parts of the hands and two pouches on the hips.

In chest and dorsal pouches, for example, magazines with cartridges can be placed, in the dorsal, waist and leg pouches - hand grenades, grenades for an under-barrel grenade launcher, cartridges (magazines) for small arms, the same applies to pouches on the upper arms.

Additional design features of a pouch of the constructive type "envelope" for individual equipment: mating parts of the "contact" 6 can be used to attach emblems, etc. (in particular, it is convenient when using "contacts" such as "Velcro"); incomplete use of “contacts” (areas of “contacts”) allows you to leave gaps in the corners of the pouch, thereby fulfilling the role of eyelets for ventilating and draining water; lapels / valves can have “tails” or something similar for the convenience of capturing them by hand, while unnecessary ones are packaged inward when the user selects a combination of the sequence of closing the lapels / valves.

Due to the simplicity of design and operation, the simplicity of mass production, the possibility of using it in various weather conditions, seasons and days, the cartridge pouch of the constructive type “envelope” can have a wide scope for individual equipment and equipment of power structures, units of the Ministry of Emergencies, medical units, in the interests of extreme types sports, tourism and outdoor activities, and also serve as a constructive basis for the creation of various types and sizes of industrial and economic packaging appointments.

Claims (1)

A pouch of a constructive type “envelope” with four lapels / flaps and “contact” elements located on them in a certain way, and on the back side it has a mount for placement / fixation on various types of equipment, characterized in that the user has the ability to quickly insert an attachment into the pouch , and release / withdraw the attachment securely placed in the pouch until the moment of its withdrawal; the user can remove the attachment in any direction from his body (the attachment point on his equipment).
