Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics, in particular to neurology, psychiatry, and can be used to correct motivational, cognitive and emotional disorders with autistic disorders in children.
[1].Known methods of treating neuropsychiatric diseases with the use of metabolic, neuroprotective, nootropic drugs (various groups of pharmacotherapeutic drugs), similar in essence to the effects and improvement of neurotransmission through specific receptors [1].
The disadvantages of these methods is the complexity of the diagnosis of NMDA receptor insufficiency and the selection of the pharmaceutical composition.
[2].Known methods of treatment using L-DOPA and its derivatives (madopar) in Parkinson's disease, deforming muscular dystrophy, stuporous conditions [2].
The use of madopar in medicine for the correction of cognitive, motivational, emotional disorders in children with autistic disorders is unknown.
The objective of the invention is to expand the correction of motivational, cognitive and emotional disorders with autistic disorders in children through the use of madopar.
This task is achieved by using Madopar as a drug for the correction of motivational, cognitive and emotional disorders in children with autistic disorders against the background of standard treatment regimens.
[3].As a medicine, a synthetic levorotatory isomer of dioxiphenylalanine - L-DOPA with dopa-decarboxylase inhibitors - Madopar is used. Dioxyphenylalanine (dopa, dopa) is a nutrient that is formed in the body from tyrosine and is a precursor of dopamine, catecholamines. Madopar helps to increase the level of L-dopa and catecholamines in the brain tissues, which affect the functional state of the synaptic apparatus, participate in the processes of nervous excitation, play the role of a hormonal substance that affects metabolic processes, are in close causal relationship with behavioral acts and intellectually -mnestic activity [3].
Madopar is used in the form of tablets of 125 and 250 mg, is prescribed in a dose of 15-30 mg once a day or every other day, during or after meals, more often in the morning.
The effectiveness of the drug Madopar is shown in the following examples.
