Description

The invention relates primarily to transport equipment, namely to body equipment, and is intended for laying and maintaining inside personal vehicles of small personal belongings of passengers, for example, items and things for traveling, household items, luggage.

Known devices for stacking and maintaining inside the vehicles of small personal belongings of passengers, including bags and bags with purchases, tools and other items. They are used in the trunk of a car partitions, special nets for reliable cargo fixation, "caches" under the floor. Floor nets are known (see, for example, EP 1816033, published 08.08.2007), a vertical net, a so-called net pocket, a metal grill separating the passenger compartment from the trunk, plastic hooks in the luggage compartment, designed for fastening light loads. In particular, it was proposed to install a box divided into sections with flexible walls in which luggage is placed, such as bags and shopping bags (application GB 2438687, publ. 2007-12-05). Such a box may have the ability to change the configuration of the sections (see application US 2007241154, publ. 18.10.2007). Typically, such devices are included in the package of a particular car model and their configuration is determined by the trunk structure of this car model, in particular the presence of rails (see application DE 102006023028, publ. 2007-12-27) or guides for fastening belts (see application US 2007207000 (A1), publ. September 6, 2007). In most manufactured and operated cars, such devices are not included in the package, which makes it necessary to create devices capable of meeting the requirements of supporting small items in the trunk with the least possible change in the design of the trunk.

In particular, it was proposed to equip the trunk with a panel covering and securing the cargo (application EP 1892152 A1, publ. February 27, 2008). The disadvantage of the proposed solution is the binding of the panel (having the functions of the mat) to the specific geometry of the trunk, i.e. to a specific car model, as well as the difficulty of access to items of luggage after fixation and the relatively high cost of time for the assembly-disassembly process.

In particular, it is also proposed a device for securing objects on a supporting structure, in particular luggage in a car trunk, including a mounting ring for introducing an element in the form of a cable for locking objects, means for fastening the ring to a holding device provided on the supporting structure, characterized in that the mounting device is made in one piece with the ring (1), in that the device for holding the ring contains a recess (7) and a pin located above the recess (7) and secured with one and the other side of this recess to the supporting structure, and the fact that the ring (1) is mounted on the pin (3) in the area located above the recess (7), is a prototype (RF application for invention No. 20031312 10/11, publication date 2005.04. twenty). The disadvantage of this solution is the insufficiently reliable fixation of objects in connection with their possible arbitrary placement in the trunk.

The purpose of the invention is the creation of a device for securing objects in the trunk of a car, which eliminated the above disadvantages.

The problem is solved in that:

- in the device for securing objects in the trunk of the car, including a mounting ring designed to insert an element in the form of a cable to lock objects, means for attaching the ring to a holding device provided on the supporting structure, the holding device is located on the outer part of the wheel arch;

- the holding device has at least one reciprocal holding device of a similar design located on the opposite wheel arch;

- the location of the holding device and the reciprocal holding device is selected at the minimum possible distance between them;

- the holding device is located in the interface zone of the wheel arch with the boot floor;

- means for attaching the ring to the holding device is configured to move the axis of the ring at least 90 degrees relative to the point of contact of the inner surface of the ring to the means for attaching the ring;

- at least one additional restraining device located not higher than the main restraint relative to the trunk floor is placed on the supporting structure.

The advantages as well as the features of the present invention will become apparent during a subsequent review of the following best embodiments of the invention.

The main technical result is achieved due to the fact that the holding device is located on the outer part of the wheel arch.

This solution allows, depending on the composition of the items fixed in the trunk, to ensure high reliability of their installation and maintenance inside the trunk, because when the car is moving, vibrations caused by roughness of the roadway are transmitted to the holding device without additional cantilever components.

The main thing that we managed to solve by placing a holding device on the outer part of the wheel arch was the combination of three functional advantages in the proposed system:

- the main effect of holding objects is based on the application of elastic forces near the geometric center of the trunk;

- lack of biasing forces in the transverse and longitudinal directions;

- reducing the required load on the shock absorbing elements of the cable attached to the ring, and reducing the size of the cable.

This combination is achieved in that the outer part of the wheel arch is the most protruding part of the body inside the trunk and thereby serves as a supporting structure that forms the necessary geometry of the locking system.

Given the general purpose of the holding device and the supporting structure, aimed at performing one function - fixing the components of the trunk, it is advisable to perform both devices as a whole with a common car body.

In general, the implementation of the technical solutions outlined in their interconnection provides an effective solution to the problem of creating a device for securing objects in the trunk of a car, which eliminates the above disadvantages. It should also be noted that the described technical solution can be implemented as a means of fixing objects and objects of various types, using cables, ribbons, spirals, grids with different ratios of geometric and strength characteristics as elastic elements.

A device for securing objects in the trunk of a car, located on the outer part of the wheel arch and including a mounting ring, designed to introduce an element in the form of a cable to lock objects, means for attaching the ring to a holding device provided on a support structure, characterized in that it is holding the device has at least one retention device similar in design to a holding device located on the opposite wheel arch. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the location of the holding device and the reciprocal holding device is selected at the minimum possible distance between them. 3.
