Abstract
Description
The invention relates to physical education and sports and can be used in the training process of volleyball players in learning the technique of shock movement in the innings and strikes.
[1].There is a method of learning the technique of percussion in the innings and attacking strokes in volleyball, in which the student takes strikes on the ball thrown by him, standing 4-6 meters from the wall, either opposite the partner, or through the net [1].
The disadvantage of this method is that the student focuses on getting on the ball thrown (which in itself is a difficult task for beginner volleyball players), but does not pay attention to the technique of shock movement. In addition, the instability of the trajectory of the thrown ball entails a distortion of the biomechanical structure of the shock movement and the assimilation of those who practice the wrong technique.
[1].The closest to the invention in essence and the achieved result is a method of learning the technique of shock movement during feeds and attacking blows using various devices: the student simulates the serve or attacking strike by striking the ball fixed in a special holder, or on rubber shock absorbers [1].
The disadvantage of this method is that after each stroke the device must be restored to its original state: fix the ball in the holder or stop the ball oscillating on rubber shock absorbers. This leads to additional time costs and, as a result, to a low motor density of the training session. In addition, constant pauses do not allow students to fully concentrate on the exercise, contribute to the dispersion of their attention. It should also be added that the coach-teacher does not always have ball holders or devices with rubber shock absorbers.
The objective of the invention is to increase the motor density of the training session and the concentration of attention due to the exclusion of special devices from the exercise.
The result of the application of the proposed method of teaching the shock motion technique is the exclusion of special devices from the exercise.
This result is achieved by the fact that in the method of teaching the technique of striking movement during innings and attacking strikes in volleyball, which includes simulating a serve or striking strike, strikes are made in the open palm of a trainer-teacher.
To mitigate the blow, the teacher can put on his hand a boxing paw (see drawing), or use any other improvised means, such as a thick mitten.
The advantage of the proposed method is not only that it allows you to increase the motor density of the training session and the concentration of attention of students, to exclude special devices from the exercise, but also that in the process of performing a strike, the trainer-teacher can change the position of his hand (back and forth) , up and down) and initiate the practitioner the correct technique of shock movement.
The proposed method can be used to teach the technique of shock movement of all kinds of innings and attack strikes both from a place and in a jump. In the latter case, the teacher during the exercise must be on a raised platform, for example, on a pedestal or table.
