Abstract
FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: nucleic acids and proteins are used in methods for production of transgenic plants and modulation of seed reserve substances levels. Preferably, reserve substances of seeds are lipids, fatty acids, starches or reserve proteins of seeds. Nucleic acids and proteins are also used in methods for modulation of seed size, seed number, weight, length of roots and size of plant leaves.
EFFECT: provides for released nucleic acids, which code proteins of lipid metabolism.

Claims (6)
а) полинуклеотидной последовательности, представленной в SEQ ID NO:16 или SEQ ID NO:17;
б) полинуклеотидной последовательности, кодирующей полипептид, представленный в SEQ ID NO:18;
в) полинуклеотидной последовательности, имеющей, по меньшей мере, 70%-ную идентичность последовательности с нуклеиновой кислотой LMP полной длины из упомянутых в а) или б);
г) полинуклеотидной последовательности, которая комплементарна нуклеиновой кислоте LMP полной длины из упомянутых в а) или б); и
д) полинуклеотидной последовательности, которая гибридизуется при строгих условиях с нуклеиновой кислотой LMP полной длины из упомянутых в а) или б),
причем кодируемый LMP белок функционирует как модулятор запасного вещества семян в растении.1. An isolated nucleic acid of a lipid metabolism protein (LMP), comprising a polynucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of:
a) the polynucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 16 or SEQ ID NO: 17;
b) a polynucleotide sequence encoding a polypeptide shown in SEQ ID NO: 18;
c) a polynucleotide sequence having at least 70% sequence identity with the full length LMP nucleic acid of those mentioned in a) or b);
d) a polynucleotide sequence that is complementary to the full length LMP nucleic acid of those mentioned in a) or b); and
d) a polynucleotide sequence that hybridizes under stringent conditions with a full length LMP nucleic acid from those mentioned in a) or b),
moreover, the encoded LMP protein functions as a modulator of the reserve material of seeds in the plant.
