Abstract

FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: packing box has elements for its fixation to something on back side and comprises packing units, window for their disassembly and cover with elements of its opening, which closes this window and is fixed in closed position. Besides box additionally comprises control window on front and/or on lateral sides. At the same time window for disassembly of packing units may be arranged as: a) profiled according to shape of letter "T", horizontal component of which creates horizontal aperture on front side of box, and letter leg on bottom part of box creates an aperture, which forms shelves along and approximately to half of bottom part of box, besides box with this window has bottom that is inclined forward, as well as internal transverse springy protrusion above this window, or b) profiled according shape of letter "T", horizontal component of which at front edge of bottom part of box creates aperture, and leg of letter in continuation along edge aperture creates aperture, which forms shelves along and approximately to half of side edges of bottom part of box, or c) profiled in the form of square, rectangle and is located within the borders of box bottom part, which adjoins front side of box, or d) profiled in the form of contour shape of packing unit or its front half, shape that creates shelves along edges of bottom part of box, or e) profiled in the form of narrow horizontal aperture arranged on front side of box above front edge of box bottom part, and in the ends of which in angles of box on lateral sides there are small recesses in the form of box material absence.

EFFECT: production of packing box, which is intended for convenient storage and disassembly of its content.

В качестве аналога к заявляемой упаковочной коробке с единицами мною выбрана упаковочная коробка, предназначенная для хранения и разбора из нее дражированных и мелкотаблетированных упаковочных единиц. Такого предназначения коробку для фасовки своего продукта используют многие фирмы-производители, например, такие как «Перфетти Ван Меле» в Италии и «Вригли» в Польше /названия фирм приведены в русской транскрипции/. Упаковочная коробка и упаковочные единицы для нее состоит собственно из коробки и упаковочных единиц для нее. Сама коробка 1 /см. фиг.1а/ изготовлена из картона, комбинированного или иного материала. На лицевой стороне коробки /или и на боковых/ имеется контрольное градуированное прорезное или прикрытое прозрачной пленкой /фигурное, сужающееся к низу, к верху, прямоугольное, вальное/ окно 2. Снизу к коробке на отгибочном, фиксирующем /закрытое положение/ шарнире-линии 3 /или на шарнире-линии, на присоединенном фиксирующем шарнире как, например, на пробках шампуней кетчупов/ прикреплена крышка 4. Крышка, кроме своего отгибочного фиксирующего шарнира-линии, в закрытом положении удерживается или может удерживаться привнесенными распорно-фиксирующими шарниром или скобками, а также магнитными клипсами, застежками-липучками, ответными бугорками и впадинами и др. На лицевой кромке крышки имеется отгибаемый /возможно склеиваемый в упорный треугольник/ язычок, либо на лицевой стороне выдавлен наружно-выгнутый бугорок или приклеен такой же /не/ прозрачный бугорок 5. Снизу на коробке закрываемое крышкой имеется окно 6 для разбора ее содержимого, ее упаковочных единиц и форма окна зависит от того, какие упаковочные единицы будут заряжены в коробку. Сами упаковочные единицы - это отдельные составные части комплекта, которым заряжается упаковочная коробка. И П-образная бирка на нижней стороне /для рабочего положения коробки/ имеет продольно-прорезной среднерасположенный отгибаемый /ющийся/ от себя, к себе язычок 12 или углубление, отверстие под палец, если размеры бирки позволяют его на ней выполнить. Также для разбора из упаковочных коробок с вышеобозначенным окном для разбора предназначены упаковочные единицы в прямоугольно-образной мягкой и жесткой упаковке 13 или в виде прямоугольно-образно-таблетированного /или в виде блистера/, которые имеют снизу /для рабочего положения коробки/ в средне-передней части отгибаемую /ющуюся/от себя, к себе бирку-язычок 14 или углубление, отверстие под палец, если размеры прямоугольно-образной упаковки или чего-либо также таблетированного позволяют их на них выполнить.The packing box and packing units for it consists of the box itself and packing units for it. И для разбора из упаковочных коробок с вышеобозначенным окном предназначены упаковочные единицы /см. фиг.3г/в любой упаковке 3 или без нее, которые имеют какой-либо элемент, удобный для захвата его пальцами через окно коробки, как, например, сварочный шов 4 упаковки, концевую часть обертки конфеты, кончик ампулы и др. Также для разбора из упаковочных коробок с вышеобозначенным окном для разбора предназначены упаковочные единицы, не имеющие элемент для захвата их пальцами и одновременно имеющие любой формат, размеры и упаковку или безупаковочный вид, а для разбора упаковочных единиц с данными параметрами окно для разбора дополняется выборками под пальцы руки на боковых сторонах коробки для ухвата сжиманием пальцами упаковочной единицы перед ее вытягиванием. Кроме прочего, коробка с данным видом окна без дополнительных выборок на боковых сторонах коробки может иметь горизонтально, вертикально-выполненное и встроенное в (вместо) под дно устройство, выдвигающее упаковочные единицы из окна коробки для их ухвата рукой. profiled in the form of the letter "T", the horizontal component of which an opening is formed at the front edge of the bottom of the box, and the opening is formed by the letter leg along the edge opening, forming shelves along and to about half the side edges of the bottom of the box, or
profiled in the form of a square, rectangle and located within the boundaries of the bottom part of the box, which is adjacent to the front side of the box, or
profiled in the form of a contoured shape of the packaging unit or its front half reduced in area — a shape forming along the edges of the bottom of the shelf box, or
shaped in the form of a narrow horizontal opening located on the front side of the box above the front edge of the bottom of the box and at the ends of which there are small samples in the corners of the box on the sides in the form of a lack of box material.
