Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of the oil industry, and more particularly to methods for improving the ecological condition and returning to the economic turnover of lands contaminated with oil products, in particular oil sludge and contaminated soils.
В09В 3/00, 12.02.2004 г.).Currently, the problem of processing oil sludge and cleaning contaminated soils is very important. Known, for example, is a method for processing oil sludge, including mixing with a diluent followed by layer-by-layer freezing and thawing in natural conditions, removing the released water, in which oil sludge is mixed with lime material in a ratio of 1: 1-2, respectively, then into a mixture dehydrated after freezing and thawing partially dehydrated clay or drill cuttings are added in an amount of 1: 0.5, respectively. As the calcareous material, nedopal, chemical water treatment slurry or calcined ground commercial lime is used (patent RU No. 2274502, class B09B 3/00, 12.02.2004).
The disadvantage of this method is that it can be used to obtain an insulating material used in the disposal of municipal solid waste and toxic industrial waste, however, this method does not provide complete processing of oil sludge into soil.
В09С 1/10, 19.01.2004 г.).Closest to the proposed invention (prototype) is a method of processing oil sludge and cleaning contaminated soils, consisting of the operation of exposure to oil sludge and / or oiled soil with oil-oxidizing microorganisms, manure and adsorbents, in which the composition of the oil sludge with a water content of from 0.01 to 99, 9%, the components of manure are introduced into the oil sludge, by which they block the bulk mass of oil sludge in portions of 120, 150 and 500% sub-decadently and evenly over the resulting volumetric composition of the processed ma sy oil sludge and contaminated soil gradually and proportionally said ratio of volume mass of compost composition administered gypsum (CaSO 4) in a ratio of 10 to 100%, result in the treated mass of sludge and / or contaminated soil in a state of biochemical interactions microorganisms under the influence imposed microorganisms components form a the porosity of the multicomponent material being processed, create conditions for penetration into the formed porous compost oxygen composition, use the conditions of catalysis heating process and composted mass from 10 to 60 ° C, reduce the volume of evaporated water, complete multicomponent relationship oxidizing microorganisms with variable structure compost composition, said composition is converted to sludge and contaminated soil in the soil vysokogumusirovanny (patent RU №2250146, Cl. B09C 1/10, 01/19/2004).
The disadvantage of this method is the need to use large quantities of manure, which is not rational, since manure can also be used as organic fertilizer, and the fact that the use of this method requires the presence of closely located livestock farms.
The objective of the invention is to reduce the cost of the method of cleaning oiled soils and oil sludge processing and reducing the consumption of manure and other components for cleaning.
The problem is solved by the proposed method of processing oil sludge and cleaning contaminated soils, containing operations of selecting the composition of oil sludge with a water content of from 0.01 to 99.9%, introducing organic components into the oil sludge, forming porosity of the processed material, creating conditions for the penetration of oxygen into the material, completing multicomponent the relationship of oil-oxidizing microorganisms with a varying structure of the compost composition, the conversion of the aforementioned composition of oil sludge and contaminated soil into high humus soil, moreover, plant residues are introduced into the oil sludge as organic components, which can be ground ground part of weeds and cultivated plants, straw, straw manure, peat, spent champignon compost, activated sludge from industrial treatment plants, etc. to which chicken manure or multicomponent mineral fertilizer in the amount of 0.5-1.5 kg per 1 ton of plant residues is added to oil sludge or contaminated soil to be added to the oil sludge or oil-contaminated soil to enhance nutrition and accelerated active propagation of soil microflora, primarily hydrocarbon-decomposing microorganisms, block the bulk of the processed oil sludge or oil contaminated soil by adding these plant residues in a portion of 75-125%, add lime or gypsum to the resulting material until a pH of 5.5-8.0 is reached they put the resulting mass into heights up to 4 m high and a base width up to 7 m; every 5-10 days for 1-3 months, aerate the compost by shifting the bead to remove carbon dioxide, elyaemogo at biodegradation of hydrocarbons.
The proposed method for the processing of oil sludge and cleaning contaminated soils is implemented as follows. Oil sludge or contaminated soil with a moisture content of from 0.01 to 99.9% is mixed in a ratio of about 1: 1 (0.75-1.25) with plant residues, to which chicken manure or multicomponent mineral fertilizer is added in an amount of 0.5 -1.5 kg per 1 ton of plant residues. As plant residues, crushed aboveground parts of weeds and cultivated plants, straw, straw manure, peat, spent compost from mushrooms, biologically active sludge from sewage treatment plants of industrial enterprises, etc. are used. As a multicomponent mineral fertilizer, nitroammophos or urea is used (when cereal straw is used as plant residues). Chicken droppings or multicomponent mineral fertilizers serve to enhance nutrition and accelerate the active reproduction of soil microflora, primarily hydrocarbon-decomposing microorganisms (actinomycetes). This leads the treated mass to a state of biochemical interaction of microorganisms. Then oil sludge or oil contaminated soil is mixed, lime or gypsum is added to the resulting composition in an amount of up to 1% of the weight of oil sludge to bring the pH to 5.5-8.0, and then the resulting mass is laid in a pile up to 4 meters high and a base width of up to 7 meters. The indicated maximum collar sizes and the amount of lime or gypsum applied are optimal and have been established experimentally (a larger amount of gypsum or lime worsens the soil structure and slows the biological activity of microorganisms). Then every 5-10 days for 1-3 months (depending on weather conditions and temperature), the resulting mass is aerated to remove the products of biodegradation of hydrocarbons (carbon dioxide). Maintaining a pH of 5.5-8.0 is necessary to reduce the aggressive properties of the soil in relation to microflora and create conditions for acidity for its active reproduction. Water generated during biodegradation, in the proposed method, in contrast to the prototype, is used by microflora to maintain vital activity. Thus, a decrease in the volume of water generated during biodegradation occurs due to its uptake by microorganisms themselves and it is not necessary to artificially increase evaporation. Using aeration, porosity and conditions for the penetration of oxygen into the formed structure are created, completing the multicomponent relationship of oil-oxidizing microorganisms with a compost composition that varies in structure. At the end of the specified period (1-3 months), oil sludge or oil contaminated soil turns into a highly humus soil.
The invention allows to clean oil sludge and contaminated soils without the use of a large volume of scarce manure, replacing it with other plant organic residues, reduce the consumption of materials for cleaning and reduce the cost and speed it up.
