SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The subject of the invention is a multi-seat washbasin that can be used simultaneously by several people, which can be installed easily and quickly, which can be foldable and stackable and can be installed in a row with other multi-seat washbasins according to the invention and, moreover, has a good appearance. which does not worsen over time.

Owing to the above-mentioned features, a time gain is achieved during installation / dismantling of washbasins and a reduction in the space for their storage and transportation, as well as the possibility of serving a large number of users, which is as large as necessary, since their number will depend on the number of installed a number of units.

BACKGROUND

As a rule, in places allocated for events with mass participation of people, such as military maneuvers, summer camps, open concerts, city days and patronage holidays in the capital's suburbs, there are not enough sanitary facilities to provide services to the gathered audience. The fundamental part of the mentioned services is all that relates to personal hygiene, washing dishes and / or kitchen equipment, and for this in the venues it is necessary to ensure the installation of appropriate equipment, as well as water supply and collection of residual water. The task of creating a multi-seat washbasin, which could be installed in items like the above, has been stated in various patents. In Spanish patent application No. UO262513 (Avelino Martinez) for an invention called the "Attached multi-seat freestanding washbasin," a stand-alone multi-seat washbasin comprising a water tank located on a tripod fixed by a structure is claimed. which at the same time is the support of stationary sinks. Water flows from the specified tank through flexible hoses and taps, due to which installation / dismantling is carried out by mechanical assembly / disassembly using bolts, screws, eyes, cones, magnets and corners.

US patent US No. 3069694 M.E. McCormack (M.E. Washbasins are installed integrated in these areas, and a pipeline located along the longitudinal axis of the frame is connected to taps that are installed in each washbasin. The device also contains several legs on which the frame is mounted.

The inventions according to the aforementioned patents have the inherent problem of a slow installation procedure, which requires certain technological instructions for both proper installation and dismantling and storage. Since some of the parts are stackable, such as a cistern and pyramidal washbasins in the Spanish patent application, or hemispherical washbasins in a US patent, all of this is not integral equipment. Therefore, it is desirable to have equipment that provides for easier assembly and disassembly and more efficient storage and transportation.

The aim of the invention, therefore, is to install, which eliminates the above problems, combining all the necessary devices in a single unit to reduce the complexity of installation / disassembly and to ensure quick installation, disassembly, stacking and transportation together of all the devices from which it is composed.

The main idea of the invention involves obtaining equipment that is laid out so elementarily that there is no need for technological instructions. Unfolding the equipment takes only a few seconds, since there is no need to unscrew / tighten the screws or nuts / bolts, because there is no part that would not be combined in the equipment, which, in addition, provides the advantage that that there is no danger of losing parts or items of equipment.

All that needs to be done in order to ensure the functioning of the multi-seat basin according to the invention is to connect water supply and drainage to it. Depending on where the event is held, water supply can be provided directly from the local water supply or from a water tank, and drainage can be as simple as gutters or hoses that divert water to the drain, and even better to the tank by suction residual water to leave the environment uncontaminated.

Mass events for which the invention is claimed have a limited duration, as a result of which the washbasins according to the invention can be used repeatedly, therefore, the very important purpose of the invention is the speed and ease of maneuver when mounting / dismounting the said washbasins. On the other hand, said washbasins must be stored until they are used, or transported from the place of their storage to the place of their use, and in connection with this, another important objective of the invention is that the washbasins occupy as little space as possible during the storage phases and transport.

The aforementioned advantages in speed and ease of maneuvering during installation / dismantling of the washbasin, as well as the reduced space used in the storage and transportation phases, are provided by the collapsible stackable multi-wash basin according to the invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

According to the invention, a folding stackable washbasin consists of basic elements such as a sink or a trough, a water source, four folding legs for supporting the sink and four folding legs for supporting the water source.

The sink is equipped with the necessary means to connect the specified sink with four folding legs to support the sink, which are fixed in position when they are fully deployed. In addition, the sink is provided in its upper surface with four brackets with guides along which each of the lower ends of each of the folding legs of the support of the water tank can slide, which, in addition to attaching the specified tank to the specified sink, ensure that the specified water tank is in the working position or in the laying position . Near the lateral ends of the shell there are two openings provided with vertical cylindrical bushings and located in the central, lowest zone of the shell, which serve as drainage. Finally, the sink is also provided with a central hole, which serves to connect a hose that supplies water and is connected to a water source.

The water tank is equipped on its sides with the necessary means for connecting the specified water tank with the upper ends of the four folding legs of the support of the water tank, as well as a sleeve with a pipe conical thread, which serves to connect with a water supply hose, through which water enters a series of pipes, where it communicates with several side openings in which cranes operated by users are installed.

If several washbasins described above are needed, they could be added by sequentially joining each other with the end surfaces of the sinks, thus forming a continuous longitudinal installation of the required length.

Figures 1-3 show a preferred embodiment of a folding stackable washbasin that consists of a sink or trough (1), a water tank (2), four folding legs (3) for supporting the sink (1) and four folding legs (4) for supporting water tank (2).

The sink (1), as shown in Figures 4-5, is formed of two longitudinal profiles (11), two transverse profiles (12) and a plate (13) connected by welding in the form of the bottom of the boat. The longitudinal profiles (11) are equipped with several primary hinged means of connection (14, 14 ') with the legs (3) of the sink support (1), and on the upper surface of the plate (13) (see Figure 5) hinged means are provided for connection with water a tank (2), said means consisting of a bracket (17), a guide (15) and a beam (16). The sink (1) is provided with a drainage (18) through which the residual water leaves, and a hole (19) for the hose through which the hose passes, which supplies water to the water tank (2).

The water tank (2) has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, at the base of which there is provided a water inlet (21) in the form of a threaded socket. From this water supply (21), through a conventional water supply system located in the inner space of the parallelepiped, water is supplied to each of the eight taps (22), which are distributed in four on both longitudinal walls of the said tank (2). Also in the longitudinal walls of the tank secondary means of connection (23) are provided, connected with the legs (4) of supporting the water tank (2).

Folding legs (3) supporting the sink (1) consist of a support column (31) and struts (32). The rack (31) is made rotatable around the connection (14) of the first connection means and includes a second beam (33) and a second bracket (34). The spacer (32) is rotatable in the connection (14 ') of the first connection means and includes a pin (35) at the opposite end of the connection, which can slide along the slots (36) formed between the second bracket (33) and the second beam (34) . Unfolding the folding legs (3) of the sink support (1) is carried out by simply lowering them down: on the contrary, two successive movements are necessary to fold the said legs, which must be performed in the following order: first, slightly raise the side of the shell formed by the transverse profile (12), thus disengaging the finger (35), which will begin to slide along the slots (36), allowing the support column (31) and the spacer (32) to return to the horizontal position. Such a folding method is provided to avoid unwanted folding, for example, due to shocks or impacts.

The legs (4) of the support of the water tank (2) are made rotatable around the second connecting means (23) located in the water tank (2), and are equipped with fingers (41) mounted at the ends opposite to the indicated connecting means, which can slide along the slit, formed between the first bracket (17) and the first beam (16) along the guide (15) made of plastic, which prevents grazing between the metal parts.

As can be seen in Fig. 8, in a stack of washbasins stacked one on top of the other, with the exception of the washbasin located above, the height of the space occupied by each washbasin is the same for each of them and less than that of a separately folded washbasin. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, this height is approximately 95 mm for each unit, therefore, connecting two European pallets (50) so as to form a rectangle on which the washbasins are placed, and installing the washbasin located below with a few bars (51) You can get a stack of up to 25 washbasins, with 200 taps in total, approximately 2.5 m high when transported or stored.

The material used in all components, excluding water pipes and hoses, is a high-quality stainless steel that gives the equipment a good appearance that does not deteriorate over time.

Additionally, through a simple installation, the washbasin can be equipped with other useful devices such as mirrors, towel racks, soap dishes, etc. To do this, two support devices (60) are mounted on the water tank (2), on which a longitudinal platform (61) for mirrors is mounted, preferably made of plastic and having the shape of the letter “A” in cross section on each of its lateral sides four mirrors are placed (62).

Each supporting device (60) has the shape of a polygon open in its lower part, on which there are grips (63) for installation on a water tank (2), and equipped with a latch (64), which has a rotation axis (65) and is locked by means of a lock (66). As soon as both support devices (60) are mounted on the tank, the mirror platform (61) is mounted on both supporting devices (60).

In alternative implementations of the present invention, both dimensions and shapes, as well as processes and, of course, the materials used can be changed. So, in these alternative implementations, the folding stackable washbasin may be wholly or partially made from materials that are strong enough to be able to provide all the advantages of the aforementioned preferred embodiment of the invention. Taking into account the economic tasks of cost reduction, it is clear that such materials could be: medium-quality stainless steel, mixtures of plastics and resins, high-density HDPE or low-density LDPE polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamides, ABS plastics, acrylics or PMMA, PCE polycarbonates , high impact HIPS styrenes and polyesters. Mentioned non-metallic materials can be respectively obtained using methods based on thermoforming, rotational molding, multilayer molding and injection.

It is obvious that the invention described here and accompanied by examples of preferred implementation, may become the object of obvious changes for specialists with respect to shapes, sizes and materials, which should not be construed as a change in the scope of the invention and the claims that are presented below.
