Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for electric arc welding, mainly a three-phase arc in manual or automatic welding.
It is known to use a high-performance method of welding with a three-phase arc in automatic mode using three-phase transformers (Technology and equipment for fusion welding. / Under the editorship of GD Nikiforov. - M .: Mashinostroenie, 1978, p.270-271). Welding is carried out by two electrodes isolated from each other. Two phases of the power source are connected to the electrodes, the third to the product. The sequence and duration of arc burning depend on the alternation of phases and circuit parameters. If conditions are identical, no more than two arcs will burn at any given time.
The disadvantages of electric arc welding with a three-phase arc with two electrodes is the inconsistent burning of arcs associated with the alternation of phases and circuit parameters.
The task of the invention is to ensure constant arc burning when using direct current, as well as reducing heat and improving the quality of welding.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the method of electric arc welding involves ignition of the arc between the product and two isolated from each other layer of coating parallel electrodes, which are connected to the DC welding generator through parallel connected ballast rheostats, using electrodes whose ends are located at an angle of about 45 ° to the product.
3.The invention is illustrated in figure 1, figure 2, figure 3.
Figure 1 shows a device for carrying out the invention, which contains a
The method is implemented as follows.
The claimed invention allows the use of a constant welding current of an electric arc welding with two electrodes isolated from each other, with a constant burning of one arc between the two electrodes and the product.
