SUBSTANCE: claimed is medication with local action for prevention and treatment of herpes appearance on human lips and skin in form of formaldehyde alcohol-water solution, 100 g of composition containing 8-10 g of formaldehyde and 50 g of ethanol. In unassisted treatment of herpes appearance on human lips and skin, appearance of new inflammations and small vesicles stops, vesicles that appeared dry, with crust, which later falls off, appearing on place of inflammation.

EFFECT: medication is used in liquid form, possesses local activity, hygienic, has unlimited storage term.

Description

The technical field to which the invention relates.

The invention relates to medicine and pharmacology, in particular to the expansion of the arsenal of tools for the prevention and treatment of human diseases.

The prior art.

It is known [1] that nine out of ten people carry the herpes simplex virus in their nerve cells. The disease can occur on the lips, on the skin of the face and body, genitals or on the mucous membranes of the mouth and nose. Usually, several stages can be distinguished in the development of herpes. First, tingling, a feeling of numbness, then small bubbles appear at the site of inflammation, quickly bursting and releasing a lot of viruses transmitted to other people into the environment. There are many ways to transmit viruses: from airborne droplets to sexually transmitted infections - it all depends on where the herpes manifests itself.

Doctors cannot yet kill the herpes virus dormant in nerve cells, however, the antiviral drug acyclovir was created, which is embedded in the nucleic acid, the holy of holies of the virus, and prevents its reproduction. In 1984, the creators of acyclovir were awarded the Nobel Prize.

Acyclovir (Aciclovir) [2, p.53] is available in the form of tablets, intravenous solution, ophthalmic ointment and skin cream. Only the last dosage form is intended for self-treatment, the rest should be prescribed by a doctor. In Russia, there are several acyclovir for self-medication. Under the name acyclovir, it is produced by the world's largest pharmaceutical company, Glaxo Wellcome. In addition to this drug, Slovenian Virolex, made in the image and likeness of Zovirax, is often found in pharmacies [2, p.197]. Herperax and cyclovir are somewhat less common - Indian ointments, which include acyclovir. Of other anti-herpes drugs in Russia, Hungarian ointment ointment is registered.

An analogue of the invention are acyclovir-containing preparations in the form of ointments and skin creams.

Disclosure of the invention.

The essence of the invention as a technical solution is expressed in the use of alcohol-water 8 ÷ 10% formaldehyde solution as a means to achieve a positive result for the prevention and treatment of rashes of herpes on the lips and skin of people. Those with frequent exacerbations of herpes are often better off having a formaldehyde solution on hand. They begin to apply it by tingling the lips - a sore spot is moistened with a formaldehyde solution 2-3 times a day. The drug should be used even if this moment is missed, as there are more chances to block the way for viruses and reduce the chances of infection for others. With self-treatment of herpes rashes on the skin or lips, the appearance of new inflammations and small vesicles stops, the existing vesicles dry out, and at the same time the crust appears on the site of inflammation, which subsequently falls off.

The application of the invention solves the problem of expanding the arsenal of means for the prevention and treatment of rashes of herpes on the lips and skin of people, the technical result is to realize this purpose.

Features used to characterize compositions.

The described tool is a composition for the characterization of which are used, in particular, the following features:

- high-quality composition (ingredients);

-quantitative composition (content of ingredients).

The composition has the following composition per 100 g:

Formaldehyde 8 ÷ 10 g

Ethyl alcohol 50 g

Distilled water 42 ÷ 40 g.

It is possible to use the Formidron sweating agent dispensed by pharmacies without a doctor’s prescription with the following composition per 100 g:

Formaldehyde 10 g

Ethyl alcohol 50 g

Distilled water 39.5 g

Cologne 0.5 g.

The implementation of the invention.

Reliable data confirming the suitability of the invention for the purpose was obtained by the repeated use of a formaldehyde solution by the author of the invention and his relatives in the independent treatment of herpes rashes on the skin or lips. If you start to apply lip wetting with a formaldehyde solution when tingling, then rashes may not appear. The start of treatment with a feeling of numbness and the appearance of small vesicles at the site of inflammation leads to the cessation of inflammation and rapid drying of the vesicles, while a crust appears at the site of inflammation, and the pain sensations decrease, and then pass for about a week without the use of acyclovir-containing drugs.

In 2000, the author of the invention developed a strong form of herpes zoster. Rashes began on the left side, and then began to develop rapidly and covered the left half of the chest and back. The acyclovirs prescribed by the doctor to take in the form of tablets and cream, as well as the use of brilliant green on the advice of a doctor to cauterize the vesicles, could not stop the spread of the rashes, and the doctor decided to put me in a hospital. Having stopped taking acyclovir-containing preparations and brilliant green, I began to moisten rashes with formaldehyde 10% 3-4 times a day, which turned from small vesicles into large fusions. Within a few days, I managed to stop the further spread of rashes, dry the vesicles, preventing them from bursting and releasing herpes viruses into the environment, and, without resorting to treatment in a hospital, suppress the outbreak of herpes zoster.

Harmful consequences for a period of more than 15 years of using the invention in people with self-treatment of rashes of herpes on the skin or lips were not noted.
