Based on the proposed technical solution, it is possible to create a number of designs that differ in purpose, design of the handle and blades, shape and size, depending on the purpose of use.

The knife contains a main blade 1, having a slit-like hole 2 in the butt, an additional blade 3 and a handle 4. The main blade 1 is connected to the handle 4 movably (Figure 1, Figure 2) or motionless (Figure 3).

In the case of rigid fastening of the blade and the handle (Figure 3) when using the additional blade 3, its handle 5 is disconnected from the handle 4 of the main blade, while receiving two tools. This option of a compound knife is convenient for storage, and if necessary makes it possible to provide a backup tool.

The advantages of the claimed design are the additional strength of the connection node of the main blade and the handle, the small dimensions of the handle, the ability to quickly replace blades, the convenience and reliability of use, safety during storage.
