Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to agriculture, in particular to veterinary medicine, and can be used to disinfect objects of veterinary surveillance - the aquatic environment when it is contaminated with carp pathogen aeromonosis.
Источником заражения рыбы является вода, в которой возбудитель сохраняется в течение длительного времени (более 240 дней).At present, aeromonosis is part of a global environmental problem that deserves close attention of veterinary specialists. Aeromonosis is an infectious disease of carps, carp, and their hybrids, manifested by serous-hemorrhagic inflammation of the skin, ascites, necrotic decay of skin and muscle tissue and damage to internal organs. The source of fish infection is water, in which the pathogen persists for a long time (more than 240 days).
There is a method of disinfecting water from the causative agent of aero monomonium of carp fish by acting on water (Instruction on measures to combat aero mononomy of carp fish, approved. August 17, 1998 by the Veterinary Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Russian Federation). In the known method, water is treated with slaked lime at the rate of 150-300 kg / ha of water area 2-3 times during the summer period with an interval of 8-15 days.
However, exposure to hydrated lime is not effective enough, leads to environmental pollution, violates the ecological balance of aquatic organisms and cannot be used for transporting fish.
The technical result of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of disinfecting water from the causative agent of aeromonosis of carp fish, simplifying the method.
The technical result is achieved in a method of disinfecting water from the causative agent of aero mononosis of cyprinids by exposing the active agent to the aquatic environment: the aquatic environment is exposed to ultrasound with a specific power of 25-30 W / l with an oscillation frequency of 20-24 kHz for 20-35 minutes.
In the patent and scientific and technical literature no solutions are known containing features similar to those claimed, i.e. the proposal meets the criterion of "novelty."
The claimed method solves the urgent problem of veterinary medicine - the problem of combating carp fish aeromonosis, i.e. the proposal is “industrially applicable”.
The use of ultrasound to disinfect water from the causative agent of aeromonosis of carp fish only in the claimed modes allows to obtain a new positive result, i.e. the present invention meets the criterion of "inventive step".
The invention is illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1. Disinfection of water from the causative agent of aeromonosis of carp fish was carried out in two pools, selected according to the principle of analogues contaminated by the pathogen of aeromonosis of carp fish 1 × 10 6 CFU / ml. One of the pools was treated in a known manner (slaked lime at the rate of 300 kg / ha of water area 3 times with an interval of 8 days). The second pool was treated according to the claimed method as follows, acting with ultrasound with a specific power of 25 W / l with an oscillation frequency of 20 kHz for 20 minutes once. When checking water samples in both pools one month after disinfecting water from the causative agent of cyprinid fish aero mononomy by a known and claimed method, they found: in water samples after treatment with hydrated lime, the concentration of the microorganism Aeromonas hydrophila decreased 2.0 times and amounted to 0.5 × 10 6 CFU / ml; in water samples after sonication (the proposed method) - the concentration of the microorganism Aeromonas hydrophila decreased by 99.998% and amounted to 2 CFU / ml
Disinfection of water from the causative agent of aeromonosis of carp fish was carried out in two pools, selected according to the principle of analogues contaminated by the pathogen of aeromonosis of carp fish 10 6 CFU / ml.
