Abstract
Description
п.The invention relates to the manufacturing technology of chipboards and other products that are used as facing, decorative, heat-insulating and structural material in industrial, civil and agricultural construction, furniture industry, etc.
A known method of manufacturing wood chipboards with a binder (AS USSR No. 1771967, class. B27N 3/02). In accordance with it, pre-prepared wood chips are mixed with a binder, which is used as a urea-formaldehyde resin, and a hardener - ammonium chloride, then a carpet is formed, which after cold pressing is subjected to hot pressing at a temperature of 205-215 ° C using a carpet blowing with a heat carrier, consisting of from compressed air and carbon dioxide. The disadvantages of this method are the high cost of an expensive synthetic binder, the high temperature and complexity of the process, the low environmental purity of the obtained material, since the manufactured plates contain a volatile toxic substance - free formaldehyde.
There is also a method of producing boards from wood particles using a binder - urea-formaldehyde resin, to which technical aerosil is added to increase the strength of the board (USSR AS No. 1771968, class B27N 3/02), and hot pressing is carried out at a temperature of 160-165 ° C and a pressure of 2.0 MPa. Its significant disadvantage is that it consumes an expensive binder, and the resulting plates have low environmental purity due to the high content of free formaldehyde.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect is selected as a prototype method for the manufacture of plates (RF patent for the invention No. 2048289, CL B27N 3/06). The essence of the invention lies in the fact that a method of manufacturing chipboards with double-sided cladding involves treating wood particles with a binder, forming a carpet and hot pressing together with a facing in the form of paper or film with a layer of glue applied to it. Pressing is carried out with simultaneous extrusion of the pattern in the form of protrusions and depressions in the lining and body of the plate from one or two sides.
The disadvantage of this method is that the resulting plate has insufficient strength and can be deformed after extraction from the press.
The aim of the invention is to obtain an environmentally friendly durable plate.
This goal is achieved in that the method of manufacturing plates from woodworking waste consists in laying laminated decorative paper on the bottom of the mold, adding a waste mixture with a binder, which is covered with paper from above, and then hot pressing is performed. As a binder, use rye flour or bran, which is mixed with wood waste in a ratio of 1:10. The moisture content of the press is adjusted to 20-25%. Hot pressing is carried out under a pressure of 1.0-1.5 MPa at a heating temperature of the mold 200-250 ° C for 4-5 minutes. Then the mold is cooled in a convection-contact refrigerator to a temperature of 70-75 ° C, after which the finished product is removed from it and installed in a prepress device, where it is held for 6-7 hours.
The use of rye flour or bran as a binder makes the resulting boards environmentally friendly, because environmentally friendly natural product is applied. The ratio of binder and woodworking waste in a ratio of 1:10 at a moisture content of the press mass of 20-25% allows you to reliably bind the waste to the manufacturing process of the plate and give the plate high strength.
Pressing under pressure of 1.0-1.5 MPa and at a temperature of 200-250 ° C for 4-5 minutes allows you to get a high-quality durable plate.
Cooling the mold in a convection-contact refrigerator to a temperature of 70-75 ° C allows you to remove the finished product. Installation in a prepress device, where the product is kept for 6-7 hours, helps stabilize the plate and prevents possible deformations.
The figure illustrates a method of manufacturing plates.
A method of manufacturing plates is as follows. Woodworking waste - sawdust - is mixed with a binder. As a binder, use rye flour. To improve the decorative properties of the plate use facing paper. The paper is laminated from the outside. As a laminate, a lavsan film is used. In the mold 1, the paper 2 is laid with the laminated side down. Then it is coated on the inside with starch diluted in water. After that, the necessary amount of a mixture of sawdust with a binder 3 is placed in the mold 1. The volume of the sample is determined by a calibrated vessel. The mixture of sawdust with a binder is leveled. A sheet of paper 4, intended to cover the inner surface of the plate, is coated on one side with a solution of starch in water and the coated side is placed in a mold over a mixture of sawdust with a binder. The filled mold is installed on the press plate and kept under pressure at a temperature of 200-250 ° C.
The outer decorative side of the plate may have a smooth surface or may be embossed, which increases its decorative properties.
An example of the method. Woodworking waste, namely sawdust of coniferous and deciduous species is mixed with a binder - rye flour in a ratio of 10: 1, respectively. Water is added to the mixture to a moisture content of the press mass of 20-25%. Sawdust after the sawmill usually has a moisture content of more than 20%, so adding water to the press pulp is not required. Cladding paper 2 is subjected to lamination with mylar film on the outside. In the mold 1, the paper is laminated side down. Then it is coated on the inside with starch diluted in water. After that, the required amount of a mixture of sawdust with a binder 3 is placed in the mold. The volume of the sample is determined by a calibrated vessel. The mixture of sawdust with a binder is leveled. A sheet of paper 4, intended to cover the inner surface of the plate, is coated with a starch solution in water and placed in a mold on top of a mixture of sawdust with the binder smeared side down. A pressure plate 5 is installed on top. A filled mold is placed on the press plate and is held at a pressure of 1.0-1.5 MPa at a temperature of 200-250 ° C. for 4-5 minutes. Then the mold is cooled in a convective-contact refrigerator to a temperature of 70-50 ° C. After that, the product is removed from it and installed in the prepress device, where it is aged for six to seven hours.
Thus, the implementation of the present invention allows to utilize the waste of large-tonnage production with obtaining environmentally friendly cheap durable plates.
The inventive method can be carried out on existing equipment with available technical means.
