Abstract

FIELD: building industry and materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes bituminous concrete mixture comprising the following components, wt.-%: quartz sand, 22.0-30.0; residue after distillation of phthalic anhydride, 5.5-7.0; coal tar, 5.5-7.0; granulated blast furnace slag, 12.0-20.0, and crushed stone, 37.5-53.5. Proposed mixture used for hydroinsulation in building, particularly, for hydroinsulation of building foundations, channels, underground passing, pipelines and roofs.
EFFECT: valuable properties of mixture.

Description

The invention relates to compositions of tar mixtures used as waterproofing in construction.

Known tar mixtures, including tar and fillers / 1 /. A known tar mixture containing, wt.%: Silica sand 39.8-62.4; coal tar 5.7-7.0; phthalic anhydride distillation residue 7.5-12.0; crushed stone - the rest / 2 /. The strength of the material from this mixture is 12.2-19.7 MPa.

The objective of the invention is to increase the strength of the material from the tar mixture.

37,5-53,5.The problem is solved in that in the composition of the tar mixture containing quartz sand, coal tar, the distillation residue of phthalic anhydride, gravel, granular blast furnace slag is additionally introduced in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Silica sand 22.0-30.0; coal tar 5.5-7.0; phthalic anhydride distillation residue 5.5-7.0; granulated blast furnace slag 12.0-20.0; crushed stone 37.5-53.5.

The table shows the composition of the tar mixture and the strength of the material obtained from it.

Granulated blast furnace slag and crushed stone are crushed, for example, to a fraction of less than 3 mm, mixed with quartz sand. The resulting mass is introduced into a liquid-heated mixture of coal tar and the residue of distillation of phthalic anhydride with continuous stirring. The prepared tar mixture is used for waterproofing the foundations of buildings, canals, underground passages of pipelines, roofs.
