SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with applying the first aid. The kit suggested contains a pack with disposable tampons out of liquid-absorbing material, a sealing device and a holder of disposable tampons designed as a body with two lateral landing surfaces. One of these surfaces is being an edge hollow for a tampon and another - is designed to have the chance for the contact with the neck of the flask filled with antiseptic liquid. The body has got, at least, one through canal for tampon's wetting. The tampon's size provides its placing in the edge hollow of the holder. The innovation provides the comfort in application.

Description

The invention relates to the field of medicine and hygiene and can be used for first aid as an individual tool in the antiseptic treatment of cuts, bruises, etc.

A known technology and device for the continuous production of segments of a tow of absorbent liquid [Description of the invention to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2194482 from 04/26/1996 (04/27/1995), IPC ⁷ A61F 13/20, publ. 12/20/2002 Bull. No. 35]. At one stage of the process, a sealed package with aseptic tampons from a liquid-absorbing material is obtained.

It should be noted that the use of these tampons for the antiseptic treatment of cuts, bruises, etc. It is economically inexpedient due to their strictly defined purpose - as a means of feminine hygiene.

Known disposable antiseptic tampon and method of its manufacture using a disposable tampon of the standard type [Description of the invention to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2232567 from 12/26/2000 (12/29/1999), IPC ⁷ A61F 13/28, 13/20, publ. 07/20/2004 Bull. No. 20]. At one of the final stages of the process, a sealed package is obtained with a set of tampons from a liquid-absorbing material, which are additionally treated with an antiseptic preparation.

A feature of these tampons is their use as a means of feminine hygiene. This explains their desired antiseptic effect and the corresponding geometric shape, due to which they cannot be used for antiseptic processing of cuts, bruises, etc. using, for example, tincture of iodine, an alcohol solution of diamond greens, lotion, etc.

The problem solved by the invention is to create a special kit for the antiseptic treatment of cuts, bruises, abrasions, etc., which can be used in stationary medical institutions, in the field, as well as in clinics, school health centers, kindergartens, enterprises and in everyday life when providing first aid.

The technical result is the creation of a convenient and hygienic kit for the antiseptic treatment of a variety of wound surfaces using standard antiseptics manufactured by the industry.

To solve the problem and obtain the corresponding technical result, the known kit containing a package with disposable tampons of liquid-absorbing material, further includes a sealing device and a holder of disposable tampons, made in the form of a housing with two landing surfaces spaced along its edges, one of which is an end face a recess under the swab, and the other is made with the possibility of contacting with the neck of a bubble of antiseptic fluid, while has at least one through channel for wetting the tampon, and the tampon is sized for placement in the end recess of the holder.

The set for antiseptic processing contains a package 1 with disposable tampons 2 of a liquid-absorbing material and a holder 3 of tampons 2, made in the form of a housing 4 with two landing surfaces 5 and 6 spaced along its edges, one of which is made in the form of an end recess 7 under the tampon 2 and the other in the form of a conical surface of the removable hollow plug 8 or in the form of an internal threaded surface of the removable plug 9 for contacting with the neck 10 (or 11) of the bubble 12 (or 13) of antiseptic liquid, while the housing 4 has at least it least one through duct 14 to wet swab. In addition, the kit includes a sealing device 15, made in the form of a blind conical tube in contact with the end recess 7 under the tampon 2 of the holder 3.

An option of the holder 3 is its implementation with an additional seating surface 16, made in the form of the outer side of the conical tube 17 for contacting the neck 10 of the bubble 12 of antiseptic liquid, while the threaded surface of the tube 9 is made with the possibility of placing a homemade disposable swab 18, rolled up by hand, for example, from sterile cotton.

Hereinafter, the term "removable cork" should be understood as a device for closing small holes of various utensils, which, if necessary, can be installed or wrapped, and also removed or twisted almost an unlimited number of times. The term “blind plug” should be understood as such a plug that is inserted into the hole with the possibility of guaranteed tightness of the closure.

Traditionally, antiseptic treatment of wound surfaces was carried out by making a cotton tourniquet, impregnating it with an antiseptic liquid, which usually consists of tincture of iodine or an alcoholic solution of brilliant green and subsequent wiping of the diseased area. The processing costs are the need to make a unique cotton swab (or many swabs) and the fear of getting dirty with antiseptic liquid. In addition, when treating abrasions, bruises, etc. in several people at the same time, the likelihood of getting dirty increases in proportion to the number of swabs made and used.

Of course, the presence of a technical solution described in the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2172628 (see above) - by the type of “antiseptic felt-tip pen” - is very progressive. However, its use must be individual, which imposes a restriction on the use of a “felt-tip pen” for several people at the same time, for example, at school, after the end of a football match, etc.

The invention was promoted by the public need for a kit for the antiseptic treatment of cuts, bruises, etc. with disposable tampons, which can be used in stationary medical institutions, in the field, as well as in clinics, school health centers, kindergartens, enterprises and at home when providing first aid using standard antiseptics produced by the domestic industry.

The industry produces a variety of tampons from a liquid-absorbing material, usually from cotton wool or cellulose, however, for the implementation of the invention, original disposable tampons 2 are required that can be reliably located in the end recess 5 (7) of the holder 3. Their only difference will be geometric dimensions, depending on geometric dimensions of the end recess 5 (7). In addition to tampons 2, the holder 3 and the sealing device 15 are included in the set for antiseptic processing. The listed elements of the set are sterilized and placed in the appropriate packaging 19, for example, a box, and sealed in polyethylene.

To use the kit, the packaging 19 is opened, the holder 3 is pulled out and a disposable tampon 2 is inserted into it. The difference between the holders 3 is their design features, namely, the design of the seating surfaces 6 for contacting the neck 10 (11) of the antiseptic liquid 12 (13), which has two sizes - for a conical plug 8 or for a screwed screw plug 9. Then take a bubble 12 with an alcoholic solution of brilliant green greens or a bubble 13 with tincture of iodine (or some other antiseptic liquid awn), open it and insert (screw in) the holder 3 into the place of its own plug. Bubble 12 (13) is turned over, the antiseptic liquid through the through channel 14 (or several thinnest through channels) is moistened with a disposable tampon 2, after which it can be used to treat wound or what any surface. The holder 3 can be removed (twisted) from the bubble 12 (13) immediately after inversion, as a result of which the amount of antiseptic liquid impregnated in the swab will be sufficient to treat only a small surface, for example, several acne.

After the wound surface of one patient is treated, the tampon 2 is removed and discarded. A new tampon 2 is inserted in its place and the procedure is repeated. After the treatment of wounds, bruises, etc. will end, the last of the used swabs is removed and a sealing device 15 is installed in its place - a blank plug. The plug 15 maintains the tightness of the bubbles 12 (13). The next time, if necessary, it is removed and the wound treatment process is repeated.

The implementation of the invention will allow you to create a special kit for the antiseptic treatment of cuts, bruises, abrasions, etc., which can be used in stationary medical institutions, in the field, as well as in clinics, school health centers, kindergartens, in enterprises and in everyday life first aid

Set for antiseptic processing, containing a package with disposable swabs of a liquid-absorbing material, characterized in that it further includes a sealing device and a holder of disposable swabs, made in the form of a housing with two landing surfaces spaced apart at its edges, one of which is an end face a recess under the swab, and the other is made with the possibility of contacting with the neck of a bubble of antiseptic fluid, while the body has at least one through channel al for wetting the swab, and the swab has dimensions for placement in the end recess of the holder. 2.
