Abstract

FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, confectionery packages for storage, transportation and realization of confectioneries, in particular, chocolate candies.

SUBSTANCE: package for confectionery products is made in the form of construction which is folded into three-dimensional article including casing with lateral walls, cover and bottom. Each of flat blanks has rectangular, triangular and trapezium-shaped sections, portions and petals adapted for bending. Package is made n-tiered, where n ≥ 2, and comprises inserts for candies, said inserts being made in the form of rectangular boxes and placed within casing on respective tiers one above another, with i box resting upon (i-1) box. Lower box is located on casing bottom. Rectangular boxes are equipped with viewing windows provided through upper surface and may be retracted from casing by means of petals adapted for bending. Thrust members formed on internal side of casing lateral walls are made in the form of steps from respective portions of flat casing blank. Cover for casing has triangular lateral walls and rectangular front wall and is made drop-type so that it may be dropped toward casing rear wall for closing said tiers from front side of casing. There may be one retractable box on each tier or there may be m retractable boxes for candies on individual tiers, with m > 1. Casing blank consists of three rows of sections and portions adjoining one another along fold lines.

EFFECT: wider operational capabilities owing to providing selective access to contents of certain parts of package.

Description

The invention relates to the food industry, namely, packaging for confectionery products intended for storage, transportation and sale of sweets, mainly chocolate.

Known packaging [1] for confectionery products containing a flat cardboard box consisting of side walls, bottom and cover, and a fastening element. The fastening element of the lid with the bottom is located inside the box in its central part and when the box is filled with sweets and the lid is installed on the bottom, it rigidly interconnects the central parts of the lid and the bottom. EFFECT: invention allows preventing arbitrary mutual divergence of the central parts of the lid and the bottom under the pressure of sweets when the box is in position on the rib.

The disadvantage of this package is the complexity of its manufacture, due to the special design of the box, lid and fastening elements.

Also known is a box for a set of chocolates [2], containing a bottom equipped with walls, a lid and fastening elements, the lid is made in a rectangular shape in the form of a baguette, with glass fixed in it with glazing beads, cardboard with art painting is placed and fixed on the bottom, placed above the cardboard a passe-partout attached to the cardboard by means of an intermediate element, while on the inner edges of the passe-partout a cylindrical-shaped slip is fixed in cross section, above the passe-partout there is a candy insert made in the form of two flat of rectangular elements fastened together by an element with holes, while holes are made in the upper flat rectangular element, next to which are strips for applying names of sweets, fastening elements are made in the form of loops located on one side of the box with attachment to a baguette and a wall, and locking mechanisms located on the opposite side of the box with attachment to a baguette and wall.

The disadvantage of this packaging is its structural complexity.

The closest in technical essence to the proposed technical solution is packaging [3], which is a collapsible design, assembled into a volumetric machine along contour lines from a reamer, including five longitudinally spaced parts that form the body and bottom and have foldable sections with process valves and locks, and on the extreme parts of the reamer, semicircular pairwise located sections forming wheels are made, while the middle part of the reamer is formed by a central rectangular section made with trapezoidal folding sections on its sides, the lateral trapezoidal sections are connected with adjacent internal parts of the reamer, and additional folding rectangular sections are attached to other trapezoidal sections, which form the hood and the rear wall of the body; on the free sides of the internal parts of the reamer, folding technological valves are attached, made with narrow slots forming locking tongues, mating with the corresponding tongues of similar process valves, located symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the sweep, while the process valves are located on the ends of the middle and extreme parts of the sweep with the possibility of folding, and the semicircular sections of the sweep are located on the bend lines of the outer and inner parts with the possibility of combining them when assembling the structure with additional semicircular sections, which are also made on the extreme parts of the sweep facing convex surfaces to the first semicircular sections and separated by fold lines, with some locks placed on the side st on the sides of one of the additional rectangular sections with the possibility of entering the corresponding slots made on the bend lines of the internal parts of the reamer, and other design locks are made in the form of folding longitudinal elements with folding petals at the ends and fixed on the longitudinal side of the extreme section, while in the rectangular central section window is done.

The disadvantage of this package is the low strength of the package, which is caused by insufficient rigidity of the package, as well as low operational capabilities, since this package does not provide optimal use of the usable volume and does not allow quick access to the contents of individual parts of the package without violating the integrity of other parts.

The technical result, which consists in eliminating the noted drawbacks, namely, the expansion of operational capabilities by providing selective access to the contents of individual parts of the package, is achieved in the proposed packaging for confectionery products, made in the form of a structure assembled from flat blanks in a three-dimensional product, including a case with the side walls, the lid and the bottom, while the flat blanks contain rectangular, triangular and trapezoidal sections, sections and folding petals, so that it and it is made n-tier, where n≥2, and contains candy inserts made in the form of rectangular boxes placed in the case on the corresponding tiers one above the other with the i-th box resting on the (i-1) th, where i = 1 ÷ n, while the bottom box is located on the bottom of the case, and the rectangular boxes are made with viewing windows on the upper plane and with the possibility of their extension from the case for bending petals made on the front side of the drawer boxes, at the rear corners of which there are box travel limiters, made in the form of elastically x petals, and on the inner side of the side walls of the casing there are thrust elements made in the form of steps from the corresponding sections of the flat blank of the casing, and the cover of the casing contains triangular side walls and a rectangular front wall and is hinged towards the rear wall of the casing with the possibility of closing the said tiers with front side of the case.

At the same time, on each tier there is one drawer for sweets or on separate tiers there are m drawers for sweets, where m> 1.

The formation of the necessary housing design is ensured by the fact that the housing blank consists of three rows of sections and sections adjacent to each other along the fold lines, the first row contains three foldable sections and a rectangular section, which is the back wall of the housing and contains a foldable strip with short cuts on the fold line , the second row contains a bendable trapezoidal section and four rectangular sections, which are the lateral sides, the bottom and the upper plane of the housing in which the viewing window is made, the third row contains four bent sections, two of which are made with a stepped shape and are resistant elements.

At the same time, the formation of the required design of the drawer boxes, which ensures the achievement of the indicated technical result, is achieved by the fact that the blank of the drawer box consists of three rows of sections and sections adjacent to each other along the fold lines, the first and third rows contain two foldable sections and one rectangular section, which are the side walls of the box, these sections contain two foldable strips with short oblique cuts, the second row contains a foldable trapezoidal section and four p rim-shaped sections, two of which are the back and front sides of the box, the third is the bottom, and the fourth is the top plane of the box in which the inspection window is made, and in the front side of the box there is a foldable petal in the form of a semicircle, which is a gripping element when the box is pulled out of the case .

Packaging for confectionery products is made in the form of a structure assembled from flat blanks in a three-dimensional product (figures 1, 2, 3).

The package includes a housing 1 with side walls 2, a cover 3 and a bottom 4.

The packaging is multi-tiered with the number of tiers n≥2 (figure 3 and figure 4 show two-tier packaging, i.e. n = 2).

The package contains inserts for sweets, made in the form of rectangular boxes 5 with viewing windows 6 on the upper plane 7.

Rectangular boxes 5 are placed in the housing 1 on the corresponding tiers one above the other with the support of the i-th box on the (i-1) th, where i = 1 ÷ n, while the lower box is located on the bottom of the housing 1.

Rectangular boxes 5 are installed with the possibility of their extension from the housing 1 beyond the folding petals 8, made on the front side of the rectangular boxes 5.

The housing cover 3 comprises triangular side walls 9 and a rectangular front wall 10 and is hinged towards the rear wall of the housing 1 with the possibility of closing the said tiers from the front of the housing 1.

On each tier there can be one pull-out box 5 for sweets (Fig. 3) or on separate tiers there can be m drawers 5 for sweets, where m = 2 (Fig. 4).

Figure 5 shows a set of boxes 5, taken out of the housing 1. In this case, the boxes of the upper tier are made 2 times shorter than the box 5 of the lower tier.

At the rear corners of the retractable boxes 5, there are box travel limiters made in the form of elastic petals 11 (Fig. 5 and Fig. 8), and on the inner side of the side walls 2 of the housing 1 there are thrust elements made in the form of steps 12 from the corresponding sections of the flat blank housing 1.

The housing 1, the lid 3 and the drawer 5 are made of flat blanks containing rectangular, triangular and trapezoidal sections and sections and folding petals.

The blank of the housing 1 (Fig.7) consists of three rows of sections and sections adjacent to each other along the fold lines (shown by a dashed line).

The first row contains three foldable sections 13, 14, 15 and a rectangular section 16, which is the rear wall of the housing 1 and containing the foldable strip 17 with short cuts 18 on the fold line.

The second row contains a bendable trapezoidal section 19 and four rectangular sections 20, 21, 4, 7, which are respectively the lateral sides, the bottom and the upper plane of the housing in which the viewing window 6 is made, the third row contains four bendable sections 22, 23, 12 and 12 , two of which (12) are made with a stepped shape and are persistent elements.

The blank of the extendable box (Fig. 9) consists of three rows of sections and sections adjacent to each other along the fold lines. The first and third row contains two foldable sections 24 and one rectangular section 25, which are the side walls of the box, these sections contain two foldable strips 26 and 27 with short oblique cuts 28.

The second row contains a bendable trapezoidal section 29 and four rectangular sections 30, 31, 32 and 33, two of which are the rear and front sides (30, 32) of the box, the third (31) are the bottom, and the fourth (33) is the upper plane box, in which the inspection window 6 is made, and in the front side 32 of the box is made bendable petal 8, made in the form of a semicircle and which is a gripping element when pulling the box out of the housing 1.

The embodiment of the lid shown in FIG. 10 comprises triangular side walls 9, a rectangular front wall 10, an upper wall 34, and communication elements 35 and 36 with the package body 1.

The flat blank for the lid shown in FIG. 11 comprises a series of rectangular sections 37-42 with a trapezoidal folding section 43, folding sections 44, 45 and triangular sections 46-50.

Sections 45, 43 are folded along the fold lines (shown by dashed lines) and are glued to the rectangular section 42 to form the first communication element 36 with the housing 1.

The sections 44 are folded along the fold lines and glued to the rectangular section 41 to form a second communication element 35 with the housing 1.

Triangular sections 46-50 are designed to strengthen the corners of the hinged part of the lid, fold along the fold lines and stick together.

The assembly of the body, boxes and lid is carried out by bending the respective blanks along the bending lines and fastening the individual parts with glue.

Other methods of fastening can be used, for example, using special locking joints (not shown in the drawings).

When assembling the housing 1 (Fig.6), it is essential to form on the inner surfaces of the side walls of the thrust elements 12, designed to prevent the complete "loss" of the boxes 5 from the housing 1.

When assembling the drawer boxes 5 (Figs. 3, 4, 5), it is essential that there are elastic petals 11 at the rear corners of the boxes, designed to mesh with the stop elements 12 at the maximum extension of the boxes 5 from the housing 1.

Viewing windows 6 on the upper planes of the housing 1 and boxes 5 are intended for visual familiarization with the contents of the boxes 5.

The assembly of the cover 3 (Fig. 10) is carried out by bending the workpiece (Fig. 11) along the lines of bending and fastening the individual parts with glue. In this case, flat bonding elements 35 and 36 are formed with a high degree of stiffness.

After the assembly of the housing 1 and the cover 3, they are fastened together.

In this case, the lower horizontal communication element 36 is glued to the bottom 4 of the housing 1, and the vertical communication element 35 is glued to the rear wall of the housing 1, further increasing the rigidity of the structure. The upper part of the cover 3 can freely rotate around an axis that coincides with the rear upper edge of the parallelepiped of the housing 1.

On the outer surfaces of the packaging are artistic visual elements and information areas with the details of the manufacturer, a bar code and information on the use of confectionery products (not shown in the drawings).

Packaging is used as follows.

After assembling the packaging of the housing 1 with the cover 3, the sliding boxes 5 located outside the housing 1 are filled with chocolate candies. Moreover, in each box can be placed sweets made in various forms, with various fillings, etc., which increases the attractiveness of confectionery products to the consumer.

To fix their position in boxes 5 are “corrections” of a special form (not shown in the drawings). Then, a transparent protective film (not shown in the drawings) is fixed on the viewing windows 6.

After that, the boxes 5 are inserted in a certain order into the housing 1, the viewing window 6 of which can also be closed by the above-mentioned transparent protective film (not shown in the drawings). When you insert the boxes 5, the elastic petals 11 are bent and do not impede the movement of the boxes 5 towards the rear wall of the housing 1.

Then the hinged lid 3 closes and its front wall 10 completely covers the front side of the package, preventing the spontaneous extension of the boxes 5 from the housing 1. The package with sweets placed in several tiers is ready for storage, transportation and sale. When closed, under specified environmental conditions, the packaging can be stored for a long time.

The presence of several tiers in the proposed packaging allows you to expand operational capabilities:

- increasing the variety of types of confectionery products, which can be placed in one package;

- reduced the area occupied by the packaging on the table, with an increased useful volume of packaging;

- provides easy access to the contents of the package and quick selection of one or another type of candy;

- thanks to the sufficiently high rigidity of the structure, its durability and reliability are ensured.

To access the contents of the package, it is necessary to open the hinged lid 3, which, unlike the known similar packages, cannot be separated from the case. Improving the convenience when closing and opening the lid is provided by the triangular shape of the side walls 9, which allows you to hold the package by the housing 1.

Then, using the semicircular petals 8, a box 5 with the desired contents (sweets of the desired shape or a specific filling) is put forward on the corresponding tier and the consumer, having separated the protective film, takes out the candy.

Moreover, with the maximum extension of the box 5, it cannot “fall out” of the housing 1, since this is prevented by the elastic petals 11 interacting with the thrust elements 12.

When completely exempted from sweets, packaging can be used for household purposes to store small household items.

The case with a lid and insertion boxes are made on special equipment from the flat thin cardboard blanks described above.

A polyethylene terephthalate film is used as a protective film on the viewing windows.

Graphic and information elements are printed on the outer surfaces of the packaging in a printing way.
