Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely the operation of horizontal and shallow oil and gas wells.
There is a method of cleaning the horizontal section of the wellbore from mechanical impurities, which consists in flushing the bottom of the well by lowering the flexible tubing to the bottom [Hamidullin A. Experience in the operation of coiled tubing installations at the enterprises of OAO TATNEFT, Koltyubing, No. 1, 2001 ].
The disadvantage of this method is the need to stop the well, create a circulation of flushing fluid, which negatively affects the technical and economic performance of the well and the condition of the bottom hole.
The closest technical solution chosen for the prototype is a method of operating a well using filters that can periodically open and close, which allows you to adjust the diagrams of fluid flow rates along the horizontal section of the barrel and ensure the removal of mechanical impurities from the bottom [Vanifatyev V.I., Dudalad A .TO. and others. Technique and technology of using the KPP-146 complex for controlled separation of horizontal wells. Bulletin of the Association of Drilling Contractors, No. 1, 2002].
The disadvantages of this method are the complexity, low reliability of the filters, the need to stop the well to adjust the filters, in addition, it is not applicable in wells with cased and perforated faces.
The task of the invention is to simplify and increase the reliability of the removal of solids from the bottom of the well.
The technical result of the invention consists in creating a specific arrangement of filters or a specific pattern of perforation of the horizontal section of the casing, which allows to increase the flow rate of the final section of the horizontal wellbore and, as a result, to increase the fluid flow rate on the final section of the wellbore, which in turn will contribute to the removal of mechanical impurities and water from all over the wellbore.
The problem and the technical result are achieved in that in a method for ensuring the removal of mechanical impurities from the bottom of a horizontal well, including the possibility of increasing the flow rate of the fluid in the final section of the horizontal well, in contrast to the known one, the perforation sections or filters are placed so that the fluid flow rate in the last section of the perforation or filter was sufficient for removal of mechanical impurities and water from the bottom, while the distance between the sections of perforation or filters the beginning of the horizontal portion of the barrel must be greater than the distance between the end of the barrel, and perforation density at the beginning of the horizontal wellbore must be less than the density of perforations at the end of the barrel.
Figures 1-3 show plots of flow rates along a horizontal (gently sloping) wellbore for various patterns of perforation and filter placement along a horizontal (gently sloping) section of the well, calculated by a technique similar to that described in [Sokhoshko S.K., Kleshenko I.I., Maslov V.N., Panikarovsky V.V. Profile of inflow to a shallow well. "Oilfield business" No. 11, 2004].
An example implementation of the method.
A shallow gas well with a cased and perforated gently sloping bore with a tilt angle of 88.5 °, a diameter of 140 mm and a length of 400 m reveals a 10 m thick formation. The well has three 50 m long perforation sections with a perforation density of 5 holes / m. Reservoir pressure 20.0 MPa, depression 2.0 MPa. The formation is uniformly anisotropic with
For each specific well, to determine the optimal placement of filters, perforation sections and perforation density, separate calculations are required taking into account mining and geological conditions, the borehole trajectory and other parameters.
