Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к медицине, эргономике и может быть использовано для диагностики состояния центральной нервной системы (ЦНС)The invention relates to medicine, ergonomics and can be used to diagnose the condition of the central nervous system (CNS)
Known medical methods for diagnosing the state of the central nervous system, including examining a child by a neurologist, psychopathologist, speech therapist, etc. and a number of psychological tests. A known method for determining the state of the central nervous system (see ed. Certificate of the USSR No. 1274672), including ECG registration and diagnostics by its registered parameters, but it does not allow diagnosis at the time of the study, does not provide visualization and does not allow diagnosis of the personal state of the central nervous system in children 4-5 years old.
The goal is instrumental visual express diagnostics of the state of the central nervous system in children 4-5 years old.
The essence of the proposed method for diagnosing the state of the central nervous system, including ECG registration and diagnostics by its recorded parameters, is that they are compared using a scatterogram (i.e., graphs obtained by the method of correlation rhythmography when sequentially plotting the coordinates of two neighboring coordinates on the X and Y axes) RR intervals) the duration of the RR intervals and its location on the coordinate plane relative to the norm diagnose the personal state of the central nervous system.
The essence of the proposal is illustrated in Fig.1-5 - scattergrams, on which the axes X and Y are the values of the previous and subsequent values of the intervals R-R in ms.
The method is carried out by recording the duration of the R-R intervals of the ECG, constructing the scattergram and comparing its location on the coordinate plane with the location of the scattergram characterizing the personality state of the central nervous system in normal.
Example 1 (figure 1). In a state of calm wakefulness in a practically healthy 4-year-old child (balanced state of the central nervous system), the durations of the R-R intervals have a small scatter of values and the scaterogram has an elongated shape along the bisector between 510-650 ms.
Example 2 (figure 2). In a 5-year-old child with a tendency to anxiety (fear) and a predominant passive-defensive reaction (avoidance), the durations of the R-R intervals had a larger scatter of values, the scatterogram is located along the bisector in the center of the coordinate plane between 510-685 ms.
Example 3 (figure 3). In a 4-year-old child with a pronounced negative attitude and a passive-defensive reaction, the scatterogram is shifted along the bisector to the lower left corner of the coordinate plane, it is dense and located along the bisector between 405-465 ms.
Example 4 (figure 4). In a 5-year-old child with increased anxiety and unstable attention syndrome, the scatterogram has a blur between 370-1000 ms with a core (attractor) in the center, between 615-720 ms.
Example 5 (figure 5). In a 5-year-old child with increased aggressiveness and a tendency to conflict, the scatterogram is shifted to the lower left corner of the coordinate plane, has blur, gravitates to the shape of a square, and stretches across the bisector between 370-650 ms.
Thus, the above examples show that the proposed method for diagnosing the state of the central nervous system of children by assessing the dynamics of the duration of R-R intervals and constructing scatterograms makes it possible to quickly diagnose and urgently visualize the state of the central nervous system, and reveal the characteristics of a particular person.
The proposed method is characterized by such advantages as visibility, objectivity, significantly reduced diagnostic time while increasing its accuracy. In addition, with the appropriate program, the method allows for computer analysis, comparison and archiving of the subject’s scattergrams, which reflect the balance of processes in the central and autonomic nervous systems at the time of the study.
