Description

The invention relates to the technology of knitwear production.

A known method of knitting knitwear [1], in which during the operation of laying the thread and the formation of the loop when receiving open loops, the thread is laid behind the back of the needle. Next, the thread wraps around the needle, thereby forming a turn. In this case, the thread guide performs a complex movement: along the needle bar in front of and behind the needles, and also crosses the needle plane. The method is carried out at the stand of a flat knitting machine "Simak".

The disadvantages of this method are the impossibility of mechanical implementation of the knitting process on the machine, the unevenness and instability of the resulting structure of knitwear.

The prior art technological process for the production of delicate lace knitwear obtained with the additional process of transferring loops or drafts. Upon receipt of such knitwear, loops can be transferred to adjacent loop stitches both with removal from the needles on which they are formed and without removal from the needles; similarly, you can also transfer drafts. Openwork weaving knitwear can be produced on single-contour and double-contour machines with hook and tongue needles. The transfer of loops can be performed using a decker, by bending the needles, using needles of a special design [2].

The technical result of the invention is to improve the appearance of the resulting knitwear, accelerating the production process due to the mechanization of the process.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the thread is laid on the needles of the front and rear needle beds, forming sketches, then the sketches are transferred from the needles of one needle box to the sketches of the needles of another needle box with the formation of coils and the coils formed on the needles of the receiving needle bar are knitted into open loops.

The knitting process of knitwear is carried out on a two-loop machine using reed needles, structurally designed for transfer. During the laying operation, the thread is laid on the needles of the front and rear needle beds (Fig. 1). Outlines form on the needles. Next, the needle bar is shifted, which is necessary for reliable operation of transferring drafts from the needles of one needle bar to the needles of another needle bar (Fig. 2). A rod mechanism is used to hold the drafts on the needles. During the transfer, the transmitting needle rises to a level above the full conclusion, the receiving needle captures the transferred sketch (Fig. 3). Next, the transmitting needle is lowered, and on the receiving needle as a result of transferring one sketch to another, a coil is formed (Fig. 4), which, when knitted, forms an open loop (Fig. 5).

Thus, the method of knitting knitwear knitwear allows you to get a knitwear with a uniform structure and speeds up the production process.

Claims (1)

A knitting method for knitwear knitting, consisting in the fact that the thread is laid on the needles of the front and rear needle beds, forming drafts, then the drafts are transferred from the needles of one needle bed to the needle drafts of the other needle needle to form coils and the coils formed on the needles of the receiving needle needle are knitted into open loops.
