Техническая суть заявленного способа заключается в следующем. Человек находится под влиянием солнечного излучения. Атмосфера задерживает большую часть электромагнитного излучения Солнца, кроме двух частотных диапазонов, так называемых "атмосферных окон", с частотой 0,65-1,2 мкм и метровых волн.
