Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of construction, can be used for the erection of concrete foundations of increased bearing capacity, including for foundations with sole marks characteristic of a part of shallow foundations.
A known design and method of construction of a bored pile (EA Sorochan. Foundations of industrial buildings. - M .: Stroyizdat, 1986. - S.92-129). It was "arranged by a drilling rig of the СО-2 type, having a set of screws with a diameter of 600 mm and a cyclic expander with a diameter of 1600 mm." Such foundations are less time-consuming to manufacture - drilled cavities fill the drilled concrete, they are more economical (compared to shallow foundations) - both horizontal and inclined supporting surfaces and lateral surfaces in contact with natural undisturbed soil are involved. But the disadvantages that arise organically from it are also associated with the same technology: the soil around the foundation remains unconsolidated, the estimated resistance of the foundation soils is the same as for shallow foundations - in most cases, the resistance under the lower end of the pile is much greater than the calculated soil resistance.
The closest technical results achieved, the actions performed, the mechanisms and equipment used are the screw method for erecting a bored pile (Patent RU No. 2135691. Method for erecting a bored pile. B.F. Galay) and the pile itself constructed using this technology. The method includes forming a well during reverse rotation of the screw projectile under pressure loading, which allows to seal the walls of the well, supplying working material through the wellhead during reverse rotation of the screw projectile, compaction of the working material during reverse rotation of the screw projectile, extraction of the screw projectile is carried out under pressure loading by pushing it out of the well with compacted working material. Essential technological parameters that caused the increased bearing capacity of the bored pile is that the diameter of the bored pile D sv exceeds the initial diameter of the borehole, which is equal to the diameter of the screw column d щн. , 1.1 ÷ 2.5 times. It depends on the magnitude of the vertical pressure transmitted through the screw column to the bored pile being formed, and the resistance of the surrounding soil to the expansion of the pile. The expansion of the diameter of the bored pile leads to compaction of the soil in the inter-pile space, to the occurrence of radial "technological" stresses in the inter-pile space and along the side surface of the pile. This leads to an increase in the friction forces between the pile and the surrounding soil, which increases its bearing capacity (Stolyarov V.G. Reconstruction and construction of cities in the North Caucasus: construction of soil and concrete piles by auger method in subsiding soils // Reconstruction of historical cities and geotechnical construction: Tr International conference on geotechnics dedicated to the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg - St. Petersburg, September 17-19, 2003
As the working material in the “Method for the construction of bored piles” use gravel and / or crushed stone, and / or dry loose loam, and / or concrete mortar, and / or sand.
The specified method has the following disadvantages. With a constant section of the bored pile, the specific bearing capacity of the pile (in terms of unit volume of the material of the pile) is small, in order to increase the specific bearing capacity of the pile and increase the loads that can be absorbed by the foundation, it is necessary to increase the proportion of vertical loads transmitted through the lower ends of the bored pile. Concrete piles are not recommended for use in water-saturated clay soils, as well as in seismic areas; therefore, the scope of such piles is limited.
The technical result achieved by the implementation of the claimed invention is to increase the specific bearing capacity of the piles and increase the loads that can be perceived by the foundation, expanding the scope of the foundation, including for the construction of foundations with sole marks characteristic of some of the foundations of shallow laying.
1,5.The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the proposed foundation, the lower stage is formed of four peripheral cylinders with a diameter D St. and of the same height, the centers of which are located at the vertices of the square with the size of the side D St. , and the center of the square coincides with the center of the support; the central support, based on four peripheral cylinders of the lower stage, has a lower broadened part with a diameter D c. = (1,0 ... 1,2) D St. and a cylindrical barrel with a diameter of D St. = (0.6 ... 0.8) D St. ; the edge of the foundation is 0.7 m below the surface of the earth. To achieve the specified technical result, cement-sand mixture and / or cement-sand mixture with segments of reinforcing threads distributed over the volume providing dispersed reinforcement were used as the working material of the four peripheral cylinders and the central support; and / or dry concrete mix and / or dry concrete mix with segments of reinforcing threads distributed throughout the volume providing dispersed reinforcement; and / or hard concrete mortar with segments of reinforcing threads distributed throughout the volume providing dispersed reinforcement. The method of erecting a bored stepped foundation includes the formation of four peripheral cylinders with a diameter D St. , for which wells with a diameter of d d.sub.1 are alternately drilled, each of the peripheral cylinders with a height of D st. ; and the remaining part of the well is filled with soil material, which can also be used as soil from a given object, and a screw of such a diameter is adopted so as to achieve the required diameter D St. use technological methods that allow, to a minimum extent - 1.05 ÷ 1.1 times - to increase the diameter of the pile compared to the screw diameter d SN.1 and 1.1 ÷ 1.2 times compared to d SN.1 to increase the diameter soil piles, and after the formation of four peripheral cylinders of the lower stage, it is drilled by direct rotation and extraction of soil onto the surface of the well with a diameter d d 2, with a center coinciding with the center of the central support, depth to the top of the peripheral cylinders of the lower stage, the lower broadened part of the central support is formed, in the formation of which they achieve the degree of expansion of this section D t.ush / d Шн.2 from 1.5 to 2.0, and in the formation of a cylindrical trunk, the degree of expansion of this section of the pile D St. / d sn. 2 - from 1.2 to 1.5.

Figure 2 shows a plan of a bored stepped foundation.
Figure 3 shows the stage of construction of the peripheral cylinders of the lower stage (section AA in figure 2): on the left is the erected reinforced concrete cylinder of the lower stage, above which the well is filled with soil material; the right side shows the process of laying concrete in a diagonal peripheral cylinder of the lower stage; the well will have to be filled with local soil.
In Fig. 4 (section AA in Fig. 2), the stage of erecting the central support is shown — its widened part has been erected, the construction of the reinforced concrete central shaft of the support has begun.
The construction of a bored stepped foundation (Figs. 1 and 2), consisting of four cylinders of the
фиг.4).The order of construction of four cylindrical supports 1 of the lower stage (Figs. 2 and 3): a
