Abstract
Description
The invention relates to techniques for cleaning dusty gases and can be used in the chemical, food and metallurgical industries, as well as in the building materials industry.
Г. 759-762].The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect is a filter designed for separating heterophase systems, consisting of a rectangular housing, a nozzle for introducing a heterophase system, a nozzle for discharging a purified medium, and a filter partition that divides the housing into chambers of a contaminated and purified heterophase medium, a little higher in the case there is a hatch for unloading sediment [Kasatkin A.G. The main processes and apparatuses of chemical technology [Text] / A.G. Kasatkin. Mos. Chem. - those. in - t. - M .: Chemistry, 1971. - 784 p .; Bibliography: p. 759-762].
The disadvantage of the prototype is unreliable, ineffective manual regeneration of the filter element, leading to a periodic mode of operation of the filter and secondary environmental pollution.
An object of the invention is to increase the efficiency of cleaning the filter element from sediment, increasing the reliability of the filter, as well as ensuring continuous operation.
The problem is achieved in that in the filter for cleaning heterophase systems, containing a rectangular housing with a filter baffle separating it into chambers of contaminated and cleaned media, pipes for input and output of the medium, the new thing is that in the camera of the polluted medium, additionally equipped with a pipe for the output of the concentrate, by means of traverses and flexible inserts, a dividing partition is placed parallel to the filter partition with the possibility of movement in a vertical position.
The technical result is to increase the efficiency of cleaning the filter element from sediment, to increase the reliability of the filter, as well as to ensure continuous operation.
Figure 1 shows a filter for cleaning heterophase systems (at the time of filtering), section; figure 2 - gas filter for cleaning heterophase systems (at the time of regeneration), section.
10.The filter (FIGS. 1, 2) comprises a housing 1, a
The filter works as follows.
Удаленный с фильтровальной перегородки осадок с частью гетерофазной среды удаляется через патрубок концентрата 10 в аппарат предварительной очистки (на схеме не показан).A heterophasic medium under the influence of a differential pressure enters through the
The proposed gas filter provides:
- непрерывный режим работы;- continuous operation;
- эффективную систему регенерации фильтровальной перегородки;- an effective system of regeneration of the filter partition;
- высокую надежность в работе.- high reliability in work.
