The device contains two corner strips located in parallel with the vertex in one direction. The planks are interconnected by transverse planks pivotally with the formation of an articulated parallelogram. In the hinges, load and pitch adjusters can be installed. During training, both planks are captured with brushes and compressed at the same time with both hands or alternately.

При создании данного изобретения решалась задача создания устройства для реабилитации с биологической обратной связью (БОС).When creating this invention, the problem of creating a device for rehabilitation with biological feedback (BFB) was solved.
The technical result in solving this problem is to expand the functionality of the claimed device, which leads to a reduction in the rehabilitation time of patients with central nervous system damage and motor impairment.
The specified technical result is achieved in that the device for rehabilitation, including a manual spring simulator, further comprises a puppet doll connected to the simulator, a control unit located under the patient’s brush, a personal computer for collecting, processing and storing information. Manual spring trainer and control unit are located on the armrest of the patient’s chair. The claimed device can be equipped with a visual communication unit located opposite the patient’s chair and an audio communication unit. The control unit contains strain gauges, environmental parameters sensors, an electronic system for preliminary collection and processing of information. The claimed device can also be equipped with a printer for receiving information on paper.
The introduction of a puppet doll connected to a hand-held spring simulator allows you to implement a kinematic model for the development of fine motor skills of fingers with controlled parameters of biological feedback (BFB) - visual and sound.
The significant prevalence of diseases of the nervous system, injuries and tumors, the complexity and persistence of dysfunctions, accompanied by prolonged disability, put the problem of rehabilitation in neurology and neurosurgery among the most important medical and social problems. The restoration of movements in paresis resulting from lesions of the central nervous system, despite significant advances in neurorehabilitation, still remains an urgent problem that needs to be addressed at a new theoretical and technical level. According to numerous publications, the use of biofeedback in rehabilitation is quite successful. Biofeedback is understood as a complex of procedures during which the patient, through the external feedback loop, is provided with information about the state of certain physiological processes with the aim of teaching “conscious” control of these processes. Biofeedback with feedback allows the patient to achieve control (self-control) over the parameters of these processes, to cause and consolidate this control in the desired direction. The claimed device allows you to "synthesize" two methods - motor (mechanical) recovery of lost fine motor skills of hands and art therapy method of psychotherapy - a game with a puppet doll. In this case, the puppet can be considered as a projective object of transfer and expression of emotions. In the claimed device, the puppet is used as one of the controlled parameters of the biofeedback. The finer, more diverse and coordinated the movements of the restored limb become, the more movements the puppet doll makes. The patient is presented with an audible, tactile controlled signal through strain gauges and a visual controlled signal - the movement of the puppet, reflected in the mirror or on the monitor. The puppet doll acts as an external controlled object, allowing to move the patient out of the movement, and therefore make them more controlled by the mind, which makes it possible to more effectively use the principle of biofeedback. The control unit located under the patient’s brush and a personal computer allow you to collect, process, save information in the course of the rehabilitation course. The combination of psychotherapeutic and functional techniques during rehabilitation expands its functional capabilities, allows to improve the quality of rehabilitation and significantly, by 20-30%, reduce the time of rehabilitation.

9.The rehabilitation device comprises a
In an example implementation of the claimed device, a hand-held simulator is connected to a control unit enclosed in a housing where strain gauges or force sensors of the FSL05N2C type are located, environmental parameters sensors including a pressure sensor of type 40PC015G1A and a temperature sensor HEL700-U-1-A, an audio communication unit in the form TA-56M brand microphones and batteries - UR1,2-6 batteries. An electronic system for preliminary collection and processing of information based on a PIC 16F876-201 / SP type microcontroller transmits preliminary information to a PENTIUM-4 personal computer via a multicore cable via a PC connector, where this information is finally processed and stored. If necessary, this information can be printed on an HP-1300 printer. As a visual communication unit, you can use a 500 × 600 mm mirror, or a video camera with a SONY brand monitor. The puppet is selected individually according to the rehabilitation course based on the age and condition of the patient. With group rehabilitation, a theatrical performance is possible.
The claimed device operates as follows.
The patient, sitting comfortably in
4.Performing finger movements with programmed post-threshold efforts, the patient turns on the
The results of the rehabilitation process of patients with central nervous system lesions are significantly meteorological. Therefore, the control unit contains a system for monitoring environmental parameters - atmospheric pressure and temperature. This system includes
20-30%.The power elements of 9 load cell systems, sound communication, environmental parameters can be located either in the control unit or in a separate unit connected by a cable to the control unit. All data on the course of the rehabilitation course is stored in a computer and, if necessary, can be printed using a printer and entered on the patient’s medical record. The device allows you to conduct both individual rehabilitation classes, and group, which is a game training. Thus, the claimed device for rehabilitation, providing biological feedback formed by the patient, compared with the prototype, significantly exceeds it in terms of functionality and reduces the rehabilitation time by 20-30%.
