This implementation of BFC and the presence between the units of dehumidifiers and drainage valves can improve the reliability of operation of the ECG by reducing the hydraulic resistance of hydrogen and oxygen, as well as by separating and removing moisture from the connecting lines between the blocks.

Целесообразно, чтобы в исходном состоянии свободный объем Vсв электролитной емкости контура циркуляции электролита, предназначенный для накопления образующейся в ТЭ воды, определялся выражением Vсв=Vн(СнΨн-СкΨк)/СкΨк, где Vсв - свободный объем электролитной емкости, (л), Vн, Vк - начальный и конечный объемы электролита в емкости соответственно (л), Сн, Ск - начальная и конечная концентрации (%) электролита в емкости, размещенной под батареей топливных элементов, Ψн, Ψк - начальная и конечная плотности электролита в емкости (кг/л).It is advisable that, in the initial state, the free volume V sv of the electrolyte capacity of the electrolyte circulation loop, intended for the accumulation of water formed in the fuel cell, is determined by the expression V sv = V n (C n Ψ n- C k Ψ k ) / C k Ψ k , where V sv is the free volume of the electrolyte capacity, (l), V n , V k are the initial and final volumes of electrolyte in the tank, respectively (l), C n , C k are the initial and final concentration (%) of electrolyte in the tank located under the fuel battery elements, Ψ n , Ψ k - the initial and final density of the electrolyte in the tank (kg / l).
The correct choice of the free volume of the electrolyte capacity ensures the accumulation of water generated in the fuel cell when the electrolyte concentration changes in the allowable range and the electrical characteristics are preserved.
It is advisable that the electrolyte capacity was made in the form of two vessels of equal volume, communicating in the lower part of the electrolyte.
This embodiment of the electrolyte capacitance simplifies the layout of the ECG and reduces its size.

The connection of drain valves with different vessels of the electrolyte tank prevents the mixing of hydrogen and oxygen in the tank and the formation of explosive gas mixtures. This prevents the possibility of explosion and increases the operational reliability of the ECG.

Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention.
ECG works as follows. The hydrogen 3 and oxygen 4 supply system periodically through valves 3.1 and 4.1 or through valves 3.2 and 4.2 provides the supply of reagents to the fuel cells, which are consumed by the reaction and provide current generation. The generated heat is removed by the circulating electrolyte and discharged into the heat exchanger 7. The TE is purged from inert impurities contained in the working gases periodically by means of a hydrogen and oxygen purge system through valves 5.1 and 6.1 or through valves 5.2 and 6.2. Moisture separators 13 and 14, respectively, were installed on the lines connecting the blocks along hydrogen and oxygen. Desiccants 13 and 14 are connected to drainage valves 15 and 16, respectively. The drain valve 15 is connected to the vessel 10.1, the drain valve 16 is connected to the vessel 10.2. Desiccants ensure the removal of the liquid phase from the flows of hydrogen and oxygen, the drain of which is carried out through the drain valves 15 and 16 into the vessels 10.1 and 10.2, respectively. Hydrogen and oxygen together with the drainage liquid enter the different vessels of the electrolyte tank, which prevents the mixing of gases and the formation of explosive mixtures. The level sensor 11 provides control of the electrolyte level, which provides control of the volume and concentration of electrolyte in the circulation circuit. The heater 8 is used when starting the ECG from the ambient temperature and maintaining the set temperature of the BFC at low loads. The temperature sensor 9 is designed to control the temperature of the electrolyte and is used to maintain it in a given range. The drain valve 18 is designed to drain the electrolyte from the BFC during prolonged stops of the ECG.
Based on the foregoing, we can conclude that the claimed ECG can be implemented in practice with the achievement of the claimed technical result, i.e. It meets the criterion of “industrial applicability”.
