Such construction allows hinged accessories to be repeatedly repositioned, when necessary, at any level of partition suitable for user, said partition being made from any material, including glass.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities by allowing hinged accessories to be repositioned at any level of partition suitable for user, and reduced damage to partition panel material.

Description

The invention relates to furniture production, namely to interior design, mainly office space by dividing it by mobile partitions into zoned spaces and forming separate functional and maximum comfortable workplaces provided with various hinged accessories, such as shelves, paper or office trays accessories, cassettes, fixtures, etc. These accessories are removably mounted on office partitions, both solid and combined with glass or made entirely of translucent material, such as, for example, glass.

There are known designs of hinged shelves and trays, the edges of which are bent from above or from the sides with the possibility of engagement with a partition from above or at the grooves of its side racks (Catalog of the company "NAYADA" 2000 "Systems of mobile partitions", a copy is attached). The proposed design does not provide for the use of additional means of fastening, but at the same time it does not provide the possibility of expanding the assortment of accessories necessary for the employee, while a number of items, such as leaflets related to reminders or reference information, the employee is forced to pin directly in front of himself to the partition panel , thereby spoiling her appearance. Moreover, such a fastener is extremely unreliable, and if the partition is made of a transparent material, then the use of adhesive material is required, which is also not aesthetically pleasing.

The proposed invention is intended to solve this problem by providing an easily swappable, convenient and reliable to use design of fastening means for a wide range of mounted accessories, which, moreover, will not depend on the material of the partition panel and will not spoil its appearance.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the partition with a removable element for installing mounted accessories contains at least one module in the form of a panel made of both opaque (chipboard) and translucent (glass, polycarbonate) material with side profile insulated stands . The element for mounting the mounted accessory is made in the form of a strap, one side of which has means for connecting to the accessory, and the other is made with the possibility of connection with the mounting device, which is installed in the groove of at least one side stand with the possibility of moving along this groove and fixing in it at any level convenient for the consumer. The bar has a flat back surface, which is designed for contact with the partition module. The front surface of the plank is convex, and at least one curly recess is formed on the outer part of it in the longitudinal direction relative to its lateral sides, intended for attaching accessories, which is simultaneously a guide for longitudinal movement, if necessary, of one or another accessory. The specified recess has a predominantly T-shaped cross section for reliable connection with the reciprocal part of the accessory. The means for connecting to the accessory formed on the film can also be made in the form of at least one protrusion. An embodiment is possible on the film at the same time of a recess and a protrusion.

The bar has a shape and dimensions that provide strength and rigidity when using fully loaded accessories along the entire length.

Each side pillar of the partition module has one or more grooves, mainly T-shaped in cross section, the shape and dimensions of which allow fasteners to be placed in them and, if necessary, move them freely along the profile.

The fixing device is at least one nut, rectangular or round with flats, that can move freely in the groove of the side rack of the partition module, but cannot turn when tightened with the screw that secures the bracket to the module.

These nuts, placed in the groove of at least one rack, are tightened with the bar by means of screws passing through the through holes formed mainly along the edges of the bar closer to its ends.

The strap can be equipped with a removable part in the form of a rail having a channel profile (bracket-shaped), designed to fix the accessory anywhere along the entire length of the recess guide, and a pair of end caps.

The proposed design allows you to fasten to the partition, including with glass panels, a wide range of accessories necessary for the employee, such as shelves, paper trays and stationery, lamps, CD holders, magnetic panels and much more, as well as reinstall accessories from place to place in height or remove them together with the bar without compromising the appearance of the partition.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where in Fig.1 depicts workplaces detached from each other by means of partitions (general view); figure 2 shows the mounting plate (view in perspective view); figure 3 is a section aa in figure 2; figure 4 - latch in the form of a rail; figure 5 is an accessory in the form of a shelf; figure 6 is the same in the form of a lamp.

At present, partitions 1 are widely used in interior decoration of large-area office premises, allowing to create autonomous workplaces in these premises (Fig. 1). The partitions consist of a module in the form of panels enclosed in a frame including two side racks. They are easily and quickly rearranged from place to place, which allows you to equip the workplace to the taste of employees. To ensure the workplace, everything necessary is, in particular, various related items (accessories) in the form of attached parts, such as, for example, the disk holder 2 and tray 3 for office supplies shown in Fig. 1, which make it possible to compactly and conveniently arrange the workers accessories

The main element of the mounting structure is the strip 4 (Fig. 2), which has a flat back surface in contact with the partition wall panel 1 and a convex front surface 6 on which a recess 7 is formed that extends along the entire length of the strip and is simultaneously a guide. The recess 7 is formed along the lateral sides of the strip 4. The drawing shows one of the options for the execution of the strip, which does not exhaust other possible variants of its implementation.

The recess 7 has a curly T-shape (figure 3). This form is dictated by the need to ensure a reliable connection with the shape-responsive part of the hinged structure. At the ends, the bar is closed with plugs 8.

Through holes are drilled in the rear wall of the strip 4, into which the fastening means are inserted in the form of screws securing, for example, rectangular nuts (not shown) installed in the grooves of the two side posts 10 of the partition (FIG. 1).

Figure 4 shows the fixing device in the form of a profile rail 11, which is installed in the recess 7 for fixing the accessory anywhere along the entire length.

Figures 5 and 6 respectively show attachments in the form of a lamp 12 and a shelf 13. Communications for the lamp can be placed inside a specially provided wiring channel passing inside the partition.

The accessories shown in the illustrations do not exhaust the entire list of accessories necessary for the employee in their daily activities.

A partition for installing a hinged accessory, comprising at least one module in the form of a panel with side profile racks having grooves for installing a hinged accessory, characterized in that the panel is enclosed in a frame including side racks, and the hinged accessory is installed by an element made in the form of a bar, the front side of which is convex and has on the outer part at least one longitudinal figured recess - a guide - and / or at least one ledge, its rear side made with the possibility of connection with a mounting device installed in the groove of at least one side rack with the ability to move along this groove and fixations in it at any convenient level of the partition. 2. The partition according to claim 1, characterized in that the mounting device is made in the form of a side rack installed in the groove of at least one rectangular or round flats nut with a screw passing through a hole formed in the bar. 3. The partition according to claim 2, characterized in that the strip is equipped with an accessory position lock made in the form of a removable rail having a channel-shaped cross section installed in the recess-guide and a pair of end caps. 4. The partition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the recess of the strap and the groove of the side strut have a T-shaped cross section. 5. The partition according to claim 1, characterized in that the module panel is made of opaque or translucent material or a combination thereof, and the side stand is made of aluminum profile. 6. The partition according to claim 1, characterized in that the accessory is made in the form of a shelf, or a tray for stationery or papers, or a lamp, or a holder for CDs, or a magnetic panel.
