Method involves connecting layer material with head-dress top by means of adhesive; connecting all top parts by stitch; stitching ear covers to small thin rubber strip by knitted seam; stitching-in peak; after connecting of ear cover parts, stitching special high-density rubber strip around inner circle of peak; stitching knitted insert into semi-oval cut and sewing mating part of tightening belt and buckle.

EFFECT: improved protection of user in cold time of the year, convenient usage and comfort.

The invention relates to light industry, in particular to hats of the type “baseball caps”.

Known hat type "baseball", made in the form of a semi-rigid sewn construction, consisting of six wedges, with a rigid trapezoidal visor with rounded edges on the outer edge, as well as with a semi-oval neckline at the back and with a narrow belt-drawstring - US patent No. 5603121, cl . The closest analogue of the invention is the well-known headgear of the “baseball cap” type, including an embroidered design consisting of wedges with a semi-oval neckline at the back and a knitted insert, a trapezoidal visor with rounded edges on the outer contour, earphones and a drawstring belt with buckle - industrial design of the Russian Federation No. 54295 S cl. 02-03, 04.16.2004.

A disadvantage of the known hats is the inability to take into account the anatomical features of the structure of the user's head, climatic conditions of the northern regions, inconvenience in operation.

The technical result of the invention is the ability to maximize the anatomical features of the structure of the user's head - the headgear is obtained by sitting comfortably on the head, as well as maximum protection against any climatic influences, such as wind, cold.

The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the headgear, including a sewn construction, consisting of wedges with a semi-oval neckline at the back and a knitted insert having a trapezoidal visor with rounded edges on the outer contour, headphones and a drawstring, the top of the headgear is connected to the lining the material by means of an adhesive substance, the headphones, the visor are sheathed around the inner circumference with the main dense rubber band, and the headphones are made by means of a knitted seam to a thin ezinke and assembled parts are connected stachnym seam.

The texture of the gum used as a trim around the inner circumference of the headgear is specially designed for direct contact with human skin and provides the necessary hygienic and heat-shielding properties.

The method significantly increases the dimensional stability of the headgear, while providing protection from the cold and fully takes into account the anatomical features of the structure of the user's head.
