Description

The invention relates to the field of loading and unloading in transport and in industry.

A known flyover of a crane operator comprising a flooring with a railing, and the racks of the flyover are the racks of the crane run (see RU 9439 U1, 03.16.1999).

The well-known working overpass of the crane operator does not allow loading and unloading operations along the entire length of the loading area, it does not allow the operator to shelter from the weather and wind and is used only in the immediate vicinity of the loading facility. The well-known work overpass requires constant movement of the loaded object or the movement of the operator along the overpasses, which leads to increased risk with constant descent and ascent to the site.

To eliminate these shortcomings, the crane operator’s proposed working flyover has an integral guard located between the racks of the crane runway, and a canopy located above the flyover, as well as a room for heating the operator.

The working platform of the crane operator is mounted on the racks of the crane track 1 and is located in the space between them. It includes a ladder 2, flooring 3 with a railing 4. To protect the operator from the wind, the working platform of the crane operator has a complete fence 5 of one of the side walls of the overpass in the space between the racks of the crane track (preferably from the back of the operator) or on both sides. From the weather from above (rain, snow) the operator shelters with a canopy 6, performed on the overpass. In order to heat the operator in winter time, a heated room 7 is sufficient on the overpass, sufficient for at least one operator to be located in it.

Before the start of the work shift, the operator steps up the ladder 2 to the work overpass and, moving along the deck 3, controls the crane during loading and unloading operations. At the end of the shift, the operator descends from the overpass.

Due to the fact that the overpass is made above the surface of the earth, it allows the operator to freely move around the overpass, avoiding obstacles located on the earth's surface in the form of several rows of autoclaved rails (as is the case at construction enterprises) or stored cargo, etc.

A working platform for a crane operator comprising a flooring with a railing, and the racks of the overpass are the crane racks, characterized in that it is provided with an integral guard located between the racks of the crane track and the canopy located above the viaduct. 2. The working overpass according to claim 1, characterized in that it has a room for heating the operator.
