Abstract
Description
The invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to pendulum dampers of vibration of engineering equipment operating in vibration mode.
A device for damping vibrations according to A.S. USSR, F 16 F 7/10, No. 676782, containing an elastic lever, one end of which is rigidly attached to the vibrating structure, and a vibration absorber is fixed on the other end, made in the form of a hollow body, partially filled with bulk material and closed with a lid with axial movement and volume changes, a mass that consists of a body filled with bulk material.
The disadvantages of absorbers containing bulk media are the large mass and dimensions and the effect of particle sizes on the parameters of the system.
The proposed design does not contain such disadvantages, in addition, it allows damping both in vibro-shock and conventional shock-free damping modes of various amplitudes in the required frequency range.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of damping due to the use of combined damping, which consists in the use of pendulum vibration damping at large amplitudes of oscillation and pendulum shockless damping at small amplitudes using a hydraulic motion converter, which reduces the design parameters of the pendulum damper.
1.The pendulum vibro-shock dynamic absorber is shown in figure 1.
The pendulum vibro-shock dynamic damper comprises a housing 9 mounted on a lever 3. The lever 3 is fixedly connected to the oscillating object 1 by means of a shaft 2. In the housing 9 filled with a working medium there is an inertial transformer made in the form of an insert 4 fixed in the middle of the housing 9. Insert 4 divides the housing into two chambers 6 and 10 filled with a working medium (for example, a liquid with a low degree of viscosity). The housing on both sides is closed by membranes 7 of easily deformable material, capable of deforming, creating a deflection of more than 10% of the diameter of the membrane when interacting with the limit stop 5, which provides vibration-damper damping when threshold amplitudes are exceeded.
Figure 2 presents one of the embodiments of the insert 4, as the body of the inertial channel 8 in the form of an Archimedes spiral, which allows for more compact placement of the channel in the housing.
In Fig. 1, the inertial channel 8 is conventionally presented in the form of a tube in a fixed insert 4. Structurally, it is made in the form of several spiral channels connected to each other in a certain sequence (Fig. 2). Input 1.1 is smooth to reduce local resistance. For this, the diameters of the inlet 1.1, outlet 1.9, the middle and lateral transitions are larger than the diameters of the rows of the spiral channel 1.3, 1.5, 1.7 and 1.8. Spiral channels form rows, in each of which the working fluid swirls in a certain direction. As a result, a moment of force is formed having a finite value in a row. Therefore, the next row of the Archimedes spiral is performed so that the rotation is directed in the opposite direction and the moments of the two rows when added give the resulting moment, ideally equal to zero. Similarly, you can create an unlimited number of spiral-shaped rows and provide the required kinetic energy of fluid motion to effectively damp vibrations. So in figure 2, in the first row 1.3, the fluid moves counterclockwise, in the second row 1.5 clockwise, in the third row again clockwise, in the fourth row counterclockwise and the exit is at the same point as the entrance. Thus, symmetry is achieved, which ensures the same parameters when striking the two membrane ends of the pendulum damper.
The operation of the pendulum vibro-shock dynamic damper is as follows. On the oscillating object 1 at the point where the oscillations have a maximum amplitude (“antinode”), one or more pendulum vibration-shock dynamic dampers are placed, tuned to the oscillation frequency of the object or to the desired frequency range. The vibrations of the object 1 are transmitted through the lever 3 to the fluid located in the housing 9. Due to the inertial properties, the fluid begins to oscillate in antiphase to the vibrations of the main object.
When moving along any curved trajectory, Coriolis forces arise, which lead to the appearance of force moments acting on the partition and the damper body. The occurrence of the Coriolis forces can be compensated for by making spirals of the dynamic channel alternately in different directions with transitions between the channels in the center and along the edges, as shown in FIG. This will allow you to direct the moments acting on the partition from the various rows of the spiral-shaped dynamic channel in opposite directions and mutually extinguish them.
300.As long as the vibrations do not exceed a certain amplitude, a “soft” damping of the vibrations is carried out due to the inertia of the fluid and the partial conversion of pressure energy into energy of motion in a hydraulic motion transducer. Due to the low load transfer, the gain does not exceed 300.
When the oscillations of the pendulum increase, the soft membranes 7 interact with the stops 5. The transmission coefficient sharply increases to 0.6-0.9 and the gain of the hydraulic motion converter increases to 10000. A sharp increase in the equivalent mass of the pendulum occurs due to the use of hydraulic effects.
