SUBSTANCE: quick-disconnect coupling can be used for fastening flywheels and handles onto shafts. Quick-disconnect coupling has male and female items and elastic member disposed between those items. There is flat onto male item and there is profiled groove on female item. There is a slot made in perpendicular to longitudinal axis of both items. Slot has transfer from female to male items. Elastic member is made in form of C-formed bracket. Working part of the bracket is disposed inside slot. One end of C-shaped bracket is fastened inside female item.

EFFECT: simplified process of disconnection of items.

Description

The invention relates to threadless joints of machine parts and is intended for mounting flywheels and handles on shafts.

A compound is known that contains male and female parts, an elastic element placed between them, installed with the possibility of turning and tipping [1].

A disadvantage of the known construction is the difficulty in disconnecting the female and male parts.

The technical result achieved by the claimed solution is to facilitate and accelerate the process of separation of the covering and covered parts.

This result is achieved by the fact that in the fastening connection containing the male and female parts and the elastic element placed between them, the flange is made on the male part, and a curly groove is made on the female part, a slot is made perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of both parts with a transition from the female to the male part and the elastic element is made in the form of a C-shaped bracket, the working part of which is located in the slot, and one end of the C-shaped bracket is fixed in the enclosing part.

The proposed technical solution is illustrated by drawings, where:

The connection contains a male part (shaft) 1 with a flat 2 and a female component (handle base) 3 with a figured groove 4 and a hole 5. A slot 6 is made perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of both parts on the female component 3 with a transition to the male part. The elastic element 7 is made in the form of a C-shaped bracket with a working part 8 located in the slot, and one end of the C-shaped bracket is fixed in the enclosing part 3.

The connection works as follows.

One end of the elastic element 7 is inserted into the hole 5 of the female part 3, and the working part 8 of the elastic element is inserted into the slot 6. Then, the male part 1 is inserted into the figured groove 4, while the working part 8 of the elastic element 7 is first lifted along the input chamfer of the male part, and then it enters the slot 6 of the male part and fixes this connection in the longitudinal direction.

The rotation of the male part 1 relative to the female 3 is prevented by the flat 2 and the figured groove 4.

To remove the female part 3 from the male part 1, it is enough to raise the free end of the elastic element 7 and remove the female part 3.
