Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of processing steel products and can be used to restore worn surfaces of cylindrical products, including those for critical purposes, in particular, sucker rod cylinders.
Б. 64-81).A known method of restoring the dimensions of cylindrical products, including mechanical, chemical processing and ironing of the inner surface (MB Cherkez. Chrome plating and ironing. - M .: Mashgiz, 1961, p. 64-81).
The disadvantage of this method is the low strength of the iron layer deposited on the inner surface of the product by electrolysis.
The closest technical solution adopted for the prototype is the "Method of processing cylindrical products" (RF patent No. 2196191, C 23 F 17/00, C 23 C 28/00, 8/22, publ. 10.01.2003), including machining internal surface, carburization in a gas atmosphere, heat treatment to obtain a troostite structure, and galvanic chromium plating.
The disadvantage of this method is the inability to restore the geometric dimensions of the inner surface of the products due to the necessity of applying a large thickness chrome coating (more than 0.3 mm), in which the coating becomes porous, has poor adhesion to the base metal and is prone to chipping.
The technical problem solved by the invention is to restore the geometric parameters of the inner surface of worn cylindrical products, to increase strength and ensure a given class of surface cleanliness.
The problem is solved due to the fact that in the method of recovering worn cylindrical products, including machining, carburization of the inner surface of the products, heat treatment and galvanizing, according to the invention, after machining, ironing of the inner surface of the products and carburization of the iron layer, and heat treatment of products carried out with isothermal exposure at the temperature of formation of coarse-grained perlite.
To implement the proposed method, the worn-out inner surface of the cylindrical products is first subjected to mechanical processing - for example, boring the inner surface of the product along its entire length is performed to equalize the value of the inner diameter. Then, to obtain the required internal diameter of the product, the internal surface is ironed by the electrolytic method and the formed (obtained) iron layer is hardened by gas cementation. Heat treatment of products is carried out with isothermal exposure at the temperature of the decomposition of austenite into coarse-grained perlite. After cooling to room temperature, the inner surface is subjected to rough machining to obtain the specified geometric dimensions. The coarse plate pearlite structure of the inner layer provides easy machining conditions. Subsequent hardening and tempering provide the necessary mechanical properties of the layer. Heat-treated cylinders are machined in order to obtain the specified dimensions of the inner diameter of the products and the required surface cleanliness. Chrome plating is carried out electrolytically. The chrome-plated cylinders are machined, for example, honed.
The method is implemented as follows.
As a result of wear on the inner surface of the cylinder of the sucker rod pump, the inner diameter increased from a nominal size of 44.45 mm to 45.22 mm.
To restore the size of the inner diameter, the necessary hardness and cleanliness of the surface, the inner surface is bored to 45.55 mm in diameter and subjected to electrolytic ironing at a layer thickness of 0.15 mm.
The iron surface of the cylinder is subjected to high-temperature carburization, for example, in a natural gas environment, cooling to a temperature of 710-730 ° C and isothermal exposure. These conditions ensure the production of coarse-grained perlite of the surface layer and, therefore, its easy and high-quality machining when boring the inner surface to a predetermined size of 44.57-44.60 mm. After quenching and tempering, finishing machining is carried out to obtain an inner diameter of 44.62-44.65 mm.
A chromium layer 0.10-0.12 mm thick is applied electrolytically to the treated surface. By machining, for example, by honing, obtaining a predetermined inner diameter of 44.45-44.50 mm and a surface roughness of not more than 0.25 microns is achieved.
When implementing the inventive method, the worn-out cylinders of deep-well sucker-rod pumps with sizes were restored: outer diameter 57.15 mm; inner - 44.45 mm. At the same time, high operational parameters of the cylinders were achieved.
ч. Using the proposed method for the restoration of worn cylindrical products allows you to restore the geometric dimensions of the inner surface, increase strength and provide the specified class of surface cleanliness to the level of the initial values, this ensures their reliability and performance when operating in critical conditions, including in the oil industry.
