Abstract

SUBSTANCE: bed has back, cradle pivotally mounted in upper part of back by means of holders, which are pivotally connected with their one end to cradle and with their other end in guiding slots of bed back so as to be moved and fixed in operating position. Holders are made in the form of pipes inserted into one another for displacement with respect to one another, and their ends disposed in back slots are provided with thickened portion having size exceeding that of slot provided at outer side.

Description

The invention relates to the furniture industry and can be used in hotels, rooms for mother and child, in transport.

Known children's bed containing a bed, the contour of which is installed a mesh fence (US patent No. 437618, CL 5/99 C, published. 15.03.83), as well as a bed containing front and rear backs and a bed having cavities with retractable containers (US patent No. 3745596, CL 5/308, published. 1973).

Closest to the proposed is a bed containing the front and rear backs and bed, which is additionally equipped with a cradle pivotally mounted on one of the backs, which has holders pivotally connected to it by one end, and guide grooves communicating with each other are made in the side walls of this back and bed , while the holders with their other ends are located in the grooves with the possibility of movement along them and fixation in the working position.

The disadvantages of this bed are the complexity and the complexity of installing and folding the cradle associated with the movement of the holders in the interconnected grooves of the bed and back. The end of the holders passes when installing the cradle, first along the horizontal grooves of the bed, then along the vertical grooves of the back, and vice versa. Since the weight force acts on the holder, the perpendicular component of which works to remove the holder from the groove, the holders must be supported by hand.

The purpose of the invention is to improve ease of use.

This goal is achieved in that the holders are made of tubes of different diameters, falling into one another with the ability to move relative to each other and fixation in the working position, the guide grooves of the backs on the outside are made with a smaller size than the ends of the holders moving in them. This allows you to change the length of the holders when installing and folding the cradle and eliminates the need for guide grooves of the bed. In addition to the indicated section, the guide grooves and the shape of the holders are selected so that in the process of moving the end of the holder along the groove before installing it in a fixed position, balance the force acting on the separation of the holder from the groove.

Figure 1 shows a bed with a cradle in the working position, front view; figure 2 - cradle inoperative; figure 3 shows the forces acting on the holder; figure 4 is a cross-section of the groove of the back with a holder.

The bed contains a backrest 1, in the upper part of which a cradle 3 is mounted by a hinge 2.

The cradle 3 by a hinge 4 is connected to one end of the holders 5. In the side wall of the backrest 1, guide grooves 6 are made.

When moving the holder 5 along the groove 6 to the center of gravity of the holder O, the force of gravity P acts, which can be decomposed into two mutually perpendicular forces P ₁ and P ₂ .

P _{2 is} balanced by a force P ₃ equal in magnitude and opposite in sign, acting from the side of the hinge 4.

The force P ₁ acting on the separation of the holder from the groove, due to the proposed section of the groove and the holder, is balanced by the force P ₄ acting on the end of the holder 5 from the side of the external wall of the groove.

The device operates as follows.

The cradle 3 rises to the working horizontal position, while the holders rotate on hinges 4, move along the guide grooves 6 and are fixed.

In the claimed technical solution, the use of the holder in the form of several tubes of different diameters, falling into one another with the possibility of moving relative to each other and fixing in the working position for installing the cradle is a new sign.

Therefore, this distinguishing feature gives reason to consider the claimed technical solution as meeting the criterion of "novelty."

In the claimed technical solution, there are other signs that are not found in the known solutions:

- use of the proposed groove section;

- the use of the shape of the holder with a thickening at its end, which moves inside the guide groove.

Based on the foregoing, we can conclude that the claimed technical solution meets the conditions of patentability of the invention:

- is new, as it is not known from the prior art;

- has an inventive step;

- industrially applicable.

A bed containing a back, cradle, pivotally mounted in the upper part of the back with the ability to move to a working horizontal position by means of holders pivotally connected at one end to the frame of the cradle, and the other installed in the guide grooves with the ability to move along them and fix in the working position, different the fact that the guide grooves are made in the side walls of the back, the holders are made in the form of tubes of different diameters, falling into one another with the possibility of moving one relative to the other and fixation in the working position, while the ends of the holders moving in the grooves have a thickening, the size of which exceeds the size of the guide grooves of the backrest from the outside.
