Abstract

FIELD: sanitary engineering.

SUBSTANCE: receptacle has casing and bowl composed of two halves. Casing is equipped with branch pipe whose internal cavity is closed with bowl. Bowl halves are adapted for overturning relative to their horizontal axes and for resting with their pivot joints upon branch pipe wall in its opening and connected with mechanism for overturning thereof. Casing is connected with members for providing communication between internal cavity and receiving apertures of feces accumulating vessels of different toilets, and connection with user.

EFFECT: reliable protection of people and environment from detrimental effects of feces and provision for visual controlling healthiness of individual's organism.

Description

The invention relates to devices designed to meet the vital needs of a person with the exception of the harmful and unpleasant effects of excrement, in particular, especially during bowel movements, including preparatory and final actions, without the use of any systems (water, sewage, electricity, etc.) and consumables materials.

The invention is intended for use mainly in new and existing toilets, individual and public, stationary and mobile, in which it is not advisable or impossible to use these systems.

In the well-known modern existing stationary public toilets with accumulative capacity of excrement (hereinafter referred to simply as storage capacity) such as a cesspool and mobile public toilets such as separate cabins — single or multi-seat on wheels with storage tanks in the form of tanks, as a rule, reception openings are generally not are closing. In individual toilets, more often for sitting, less often for squatting, they are closed with lids in between uses. In this regard, they lack sufficient or even protection for a person from the harmful and unpleasant effects of excrement, especially sensitive bare parts of the body during bowel movements. Effects may be exerted on humans, for example, by transport by air; spray from falling excrement; insects in contact with accumulated excrement. In addition, in such toilets, it is not possible to monitor the state of the body of users through a visual analysis of freshly excreted excrement.

At the same time, inventions are known that solve such a problem. Inventions "A fully automatic toilet device that does not require flushing with a pressure stream of liquid" (RU 2150225 C1, CL A 47 K 11/00, 06/10/2000) and a similar device "Toilet bowl that does not require flushing with water" (RU 2173949 C1, class A 47 K 11/00, 09/27/2001 provide complete isolation of excrement from the environment immediately after their isolation by packing in a plastic sleeve.In addition, they can be used in both family and public toilets, even when executed with a seat due to sterilization of the contact points of the open human body with the seat, provided by the automatic change of film on it after each use.However, these toilets require consumables in a rather large volume - a plastic sleeve and, by virtue of this alone, can no longer be attributed to the claimed field of technology.

There are others that have similar characteristics of the invention, but are no longer suitable for analogues, for example, “Composting automated dry closet” (RU 2164373 C1, class A 47 K 11/03, 05.27.2000). It requires for work not only consumables - peat, but also power supply for the electric motor and heating elements.

The invention "Lavatory without washing" (RU 2149578 C1, class A 47 K 11/00, 05/27/2000) is quite close to the claimed field of technology. But it can only slightly reduce the negative impact on humans, mainly by dehydration of solid excrement. The latter suggests that despite the similarity of the task, its features providing the result are significantly different from the stated ones. Therefore, it cannot be an analogue, but it is an example of the absence on the priority date of solving the problem of the invention in the main scope indicated at the beginning of the description.

However, in the toilet that requires connection to the power supply system according to the patent US 5337422 A, cl. And 47 K 11/02 from 08/16/1994, the receiving device in design and task is the closest to the proposed invention. Therefore, it is adopted by the closest prototype analogue.

Replacement in the prototype of its receiving device by the present invention improves the solution of the problem (shown below) while simplifying the design (excluding the lid of the tank with its drive mechanism). This can serve as an example of the extension of the claimed main scope of the invention.

The prototype has a bowl, consisting of expandable half-shells, which are hinged to the body to protect a person from the effects of excrement, providing a visual analysis of fresh secretions. But the protection of a person by this device is not enough due to the possibility of contamination of the surfaces of the seat and its cover in contact with the human body, which are located with the cover closed in a common space with half-insulated contaminated surfaces insulated from them. Even worse protection is provided to them in toilets without a lid, for example in toilets intended for use in squatting positions, due to the lack of isolation of contaminated surfaces in general from the external environment.

The main objective of the invention is to remedy these disadvantages of the prototype, i.e. providing sufficiently reliable protection for humans and the environment from harmful and unpleasant influences with the ability to control the state of the body through visual analysis of fresh secretions in various types of toilets.

This is achieved by using in the device containing the casing and the cup, consisting of two half-cups, new technical means in the form of a housing having a nozzle, the inner cavity of which is closed by the cup, while the half-cups are made tilting relative to their horizontal axes and resting on the pipe walls in the pipe holes and associated with the mechanism of their overturning, and the housing is connected with the elements providing the connection of the internal cavity of the pipe and the receiving openings of the storage containers of excrement times personal toilets, as well as communication with the user.

The problem is also solved in that the elements providing the connection of the cavity of the pipe and the receiving opening of the storage tank are made in the form of a flange attached to the body with holes for fasteners on the periphery of the edge of the receiving opening or in the form of a stand having an internal cavity at the top coinciding with the pipe cavity and connected with it, and at the bottom a flange similar to that indicated.

It is also solved by the fact that a seat is installed on the housing with the indicated connection elements, the hole of which coincides with the internal cavity of the nozzle.

It is also solved by the fact that the seat is covered with a hinged lid associated with the half-tipping mechanism.

It is also solved by the fact that under the body there is a floor for a person’s feet, the opening of which coincides with the internal cavity of the nozzle and the curved edges of the first enter the second.

It is also solved in that the polik is connected to the housing through a horizontal hinge on one side, and on the opposite, by hinges connected to the half-tipping mechanism and springs with stops on the housing.

From the above description of the invention it follows that all the technical results of the objectives of the invention are provided by technical means, presented in it by a set of features.

The proposed toilet receiving device is illustrated by the drawings shown in figures 1-4.

Figure 1 shows a General view of the receiving device in the working position with a cut along its vertical longitudinal-axial plane with connecting elements connected directly to the housing in the form of a flange according to one of the possible options (see paragraphs 1, 2 of the formula).

Figure 2 shows the same General view of the receiving device in the working position with the stand attached to it (see paragraphs 1, 2 of the formula).

Figure 3 shows the same General view of the receiving device in the idle position with a flange attached to the housing, as well as a seat and a lid for using the toilet in a sitting position (see paragraphs 3, 4 of the formula).

Figure 4 shows the same General view of the receiving device with a flange attached to the housing, as well as a floor for using the toilet in a squatting position (see paragraphs 5, 6 of the formula).

The toilet receiving device (Fig. 1) comprises a housing having a nozzle 1 (the outer shell is not shown to simplify the drawing), the inner cavity of which is closed by a bowl consisting of two half-bowls 2, supported by trunnions 3 on the walls of the nozzle 1; element 4, which provides the connection of the internal cavity of the pipe 1 with the receiving opening 5 in the form of a flange; element in the form of a stand 6 (figure 2); a seat 7 with a cover 8 (figure 3); polyk 9, hinge 10, connecting the polik with the housing; a hinge 11 connecting the polik with the half-tipping mechanism (not shown), with springs 12 and with stops 13.

In addition to the above, the device contains half-tipping mechanisms, which can be different (for example, lever, thread-lever, etc.). To simplify the drawings, they are not shown.

The operation of the receiving device is carried out depending on its performance for a specific use case, but in general it seems to be as follows.

The receiving device is connected using the connecting elements 4 (Fig. 1) or 6 (Fig. 2) with the receiving opening 5 of the storage tank (not shown).

In the inoperative position of the device (FIGS. 3, 4), the internal cavity of the pipe 1 is blocked by overturned half-cups 2 and, in addition, in the variants having a seat 7 with a cover 8, it is still blocked by the latter (FIG. 3). Accordingly, in this case, the receiving opening 5 (Figs. 3, 4) of the storage capacity (not shown) is blocked.

Before using the toilet, the device is brought into working position using the half-tipping mechanism 2, which can have various designs, including its drive, it is not shown. For example, in the case of the drive of the mechanism from the cover 8, the transfer to the operational state is carried out by simply opening it (Fig. 3) or when driving from the polic 9 (Fig. 4) by simply standing on it. Under the action of the tipping mechanism, the half-shells 2 rotate on the trunnions 3 to a position forming a bowl, which overlaps the internal cavity of the pipe and, accordingly, the receiving opening of the storage tank (Figs. 1, 2).

After using the toilet, the device is transferred to the above non-working position by reverse actions. For example, closing the lid 8 by the user until it comes in contact with the seat 7 (Fig. 3) or descending from the shelf 9, which, under the action of the springs 12 (compressed when rising to the lower stop 13), rises to the upper stop 13 (Fig. 4) , the mechanism is activated, tilting the half-shell 2 upside down (Figs. 3, 4). In the process of overturning and in the overturned state, the half 2 are released from the contents.

The next time you use the toilet, the cycle of the device is repeated.

The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the elements for connecting the cavity of the pipe and the receiving opening of the storage tank are made in the form of a flange attached to the housing with holes for fasteners on the periphery of the edge of the receiving opening, or in the form of a stand having an internal cavity at the top coinciding with the cavity of the pipe and connected to it, and at the bottom a flange similar to that indicated. 3.
