Abstract
Description
Очень часто при исследовании почв перед почвоведами встает задача выяснения взаимосвязи свойств почв с соотношением катионов в почвенном поглощающем комплексе (ППК).The invention relates to agriculture and soil science, and in particular to methods for producing soil samples for research. Very often, when studying soils, soil scientists are faced with the task of clarifying the relationship of soil properties with the ratio of cations in the soil absorption complex (PPC).
A known method of producing soils with a certain cationic content in PPC [1], which consists in treating the soil with a solution containing the necessary cations in the right proportion and washing the soil sample from excess salts.
The main disadvantage of this method is the possibility of uncontrolled disturbance of the soil structure when washing the sample from salts.
The aim of the invention is to develop a method for producing soils with a controlled filling of the BCC with cations in the desired ratio without disturbing the soil structure when washing the sample by eliminating this stage of the process.
The problem is solved by placing soil of natural moisture in the middle chamber of a three-chamber electrolyzer, separated from the extreme chambers containing a solution of salts in a selected ratio, cation-exchange membranes, placement of electrodes in the outer chambers, and intensification of ion exchange between the chambers by passing electric current between the electrodes with periodic change of electrode polarity .
The technical essence of the invention in bringing into contact a soil sample with a solution containing cations in a selected ratio during the ion exchange process between the soil and the salt solution, making contact between them through cation exchange membranes, intensifying the process of ion exchange by electrolysis when electrodes are placed in containers with salt solutions in contact with soil, and periodically switching the polarity of the electrodes.
The proposed method allows to obtain soil samples without violating their structure. The use of electrolysis significantly intensifies ion exchange, and periodic polarity switching eliminates the segregation of soil colloids due to electrophoresis and violation of the colloidal structure of soils.
The following examples reveal the essence of the invention.
A sample of the greenhouse substrate was placed in the middle cell of a three-chamber electrolyzer (each cell was 15 × 7 × 10 cm in size). 1 n was poured into the outer ditches. sodium orthophosphate solution. Extreme cuvettes were separated from the middle by cation-exchange membranes. Carbon electrodes were placed in the outer cuvettes in the solution and a current with a density of 0.05 A / cm 2 on membranes was passed through the system. Polarity switching was performed every 15 seconds. As a result, a soil sample was obtained in which the sodium content increased from 0.7 mg / g of soil to 14 mg / g of soil.
Thus, the present invention allows to obtain soil samples with the necessary cation content in the PPC without disturbing the soil structure.
