Description

The invention relates to signaling devices and is intended for the automated search for a TV remote control, video, audio and other household and electronic equipment.

A feature of using a TV, video, audio and other equipment is the user's presence in various places: in a bed, in an armchair, at a table littered with papers, etc. As a result, an integral element of the television, video, audio, or other equipment, namely, the control panel, is often torn off from it and often it has to be sought for operational control of the equipment.

A signal device is known that contains an alarm unit located at the owner’s location, including a transceiver antenna, a square-wave pulse generator, an amplifier, a detector, an audible warning device, and an electromagnetic oscillation source with a capacitor installed in a wearable item (EP, application 0268349, class G 08 V 27/00 1988).

The disadvantage of this device is that it operates at a distance of several millimeters from the wearable item.

We know the signal device adopted by us as a prototype to prevent the loss of wearable items, such as bags, wallets, and other valuable things, including a resonant circuit and an alarm unit with inductive coupling between them at a distance of up to 0.5 m (RU No. 2111153, Mkl. ⁶ : A 45 C 13/18).

Devices of the type mentioned above are successfully used on an industrial scale, in particular for the automatic detection of a radiotelephone handset that rings after pressing a special button on the device.

The disadvantage of the prototype is its lack of readiness for use as a signaling device for the loss of the TV remote control, video, audio and other equipment.

The objective of the present invention is to eliminate the noted disadvantage of the prototype.

The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that the signal device that prevents the loss of wearable items, consisting of a resonant circuit and an alarm unit with a rectangular pulse generator, a “burst” generator, an amplifier, a detector, and an audio signaling device, is used to automatically search for a remote control unit by placing a resonant circuit, amplifier, detector, and buzzer alarm unit on the control panel and the inclusion of a rectangular pulse generator and a generator "packs" the signaling unit into electrical power button supply circuit of electronic equipment; the device can work from a separate button.

The proposed detector consists of a resonant circuit located in the remote control of the equipment, a signaling unit with an antenna, the elements of which are included both in the design of the control panel and in the electrical circuit of the power button.

The resonant circuit is a coil of wire with a capacitor and is built into the design of the control panel of electronic equipment.

The signaling unit is equipped with a transceiver antenna, consisting of a coil with a ferromagnetic core and a capacitor, an amplifier with a high-impedance input, shunted by overvoltage with on-board diodes, a “burst” generator, a square-wave generator, a detector, an audio signaling device. The rectangular pulse generator is equipped with a voltage switch, which is also a button to turn on the electronic equipment. A separate power button can also be used.

To protect against interference, the antenna is enclosed in an electrostatic shield.

The paraphase outputs of the square-wave pulse generator are connected to the start-up input of the “burst” generator by the gate input of the amplifier, the output of the “burst” generator and the input of the amplifier are connected to the antenna, and a detector and an audible warning device are connected in series with the output of the amplifier.

The operation of the device (for example, the TV remote control) is as follows.

If the remote control is lost (under papers, in bed, etc.), the user presses the TV’s power button while simultaneously turning on the square-wave generator, alternately opening the “burst” generator and amplifier, providing alternating radiation and reception of oscillations by the antenna. In this case, the resonant circuit, which is located outside the zone of inductive coupling with the alarm unit (if it were located up to 0.5 m from the TV, they would have already seen it) and tuned to the frequency of the “bundle” generator, “swings” the circuit, accumulating in the capacitor and coil vibration energy. During the pauses between the “packs”, the resonant circuit becomes a source of electromagnetic damped oscillations, which are induced in the antenna, amplified by the amplifier, rectified by the detector, and fed to the sound signaling device, which works for a specified time, sufficient to detect it, until a time relay or other switch turns off the unit alarm with antenna.

Hearing a sound signal, the user finds a remote control, with the help of which he controls the operation of the TV already turned on (channel switching, volume, etc.). If the remote control does not ring when you press the power button of the TV, it means that it is in the inductive communication zone (up to 0.5 m from the TV) and can be detected visually.

Thus, the claimed proposal allows us to implement simultaneously with the well-known function - turn on the TV or other device a new function - the automated search for the lost control panel, which is especially important for these autonomous parts of a single complex.

The noted circumstance determines the inventive step of the claimed proposal, namely, in it, the known device, together with its intended purpose (signaling about the lost item), exhibits a new property - the inclusion of electronic equipment in the work. On the other hand, any inclusion of, for example, a TV by pressing a button resembles a sound signal about the remote control, with which you need to control the TV.

In the proposed proposal, the used signaling device works in a new way, exhibiting new properties. If in the prototype all of its elements are located at a distance of 0.5 m from one another and an increase in this distance activates an audible alarm, then in the proposed invention, the device for emitting and receiving pulses are initially outside the limits of inductive coupling. As a result, the audible warning device is put into operation as soon as the square-wave pulse generator is turned on. So, the function of known devices is different. This is not a theft warning, but an alarm about the location of the remote control.

As you know, the proposed resonant circuits do not require a power source and maintenance, have an almost unlimited service life.

Given the low cost of the proposed signaling devices, their small size, which does not cause problems when they are placed in the equipment, the absence of changes in existing technologies (even a new button for turning on the device is not required), the achieved effect - reliable automated search for the control panel - is important for advertising factor (providing a new function at almost the same price of the TV, which may be a decisive brand).
