In the description of the technology for conducting the lottery, this second detachable part of the lottery certificate will be called a control winnings coupon, and the certificate may also print, for example: “Control coupon. Winning a lottery participant. ” After confirming the authenticity of the lottery certificate, the lottery organizer fills out the control winnings as follows. After the control number has already been affixed during the implementation, the expert enters the individual control mark of the certificate participating in the draw and becomes the winning one, puts down the amount of the win, puts the date of the examination and his signature. Next, the expert or another employee defined by the operator draws up a winning document for the legal entity, extinguishes the certificate with a special stamp, separates (cuts / opens) the winning control coupon and attaches it to the winning document transmitted to the legal entity (more precisely, to its representative by proxy).
