Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of creating decorative glass materials based on waste from the metallurgical industry.
Б.Г. - 256 с.].Known glass crystal material - quasiker obtained on the basis of blast furnace slag; It was originally intended for the manufacture of tableware, but later found application for the manufacture of insulators, window rails, staircases, etc. [Strnad Z. Glass-crystal materials / Per. from Czech I.N. Knyazeva / Ed. B.G. Varshal. - M.: Stroyizdat, 1988. - 256 p.].
М., 1983. С. 15].Cigran (synthetic granite) is also known. The main crystalline phase of cigran is wollastonite, which provides the material with high physicochemical, mechanical and decorative properties. So, the compressive strength is 500-550 MPa, TKLR - 80-85 · 10 -7 K -1 , heat resistance 502-586 ° C. [Sarkisov P. D. // Sigran - a new decorative building material: Sat. scientific tr / VNIIESM. M., 1983. Ser. 11. Issue 1. S. 15].
However, the decorative properties of this material, in particular the color - the color of granite - significantly narrows the scope of cigran precisely as a decorative material.
с. 23.08.1989].As a prototype, a decorative glass crystal material can be used, including, wt.%: A mixture of phosphoric slag, phosphogypsum, sand and soda - 25-75, cullet - 8-20, liquid glass solution - 5-7 [a.s. USSR No. 1502502 A1, publ. 08/23/1989].
The disadvantages of the prototype are low compressive strength and the absence of saturated color due to the small amount of coloring oxides.
The objective of the invention is the synthesis of a relatively cheap colored decorative glass-crystalline material based on industrial wastes, which has a saturated color with high mechanical and thermal properties.
This problem was solved through the development of decorative glass material of a dark blue color, intended for use in the building materials industry, containing slag waste, borax, soda and liquid glass.
В декоративном стеклокристаллическом материале, включающем шлаковый отход, соду - Na2CO3 и жидкое стекло, используют шлаковый отход металлургической промышленности, имеющий следующий состав, мас.%: Ni - 72-75, Со - 2-5, Al - 15-20, Fe, Si,Cu, Mg, Cr, In, Nb - остальное, и дополнительно буру Na2B4O7·10H2O при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:In a decorative glass-crystalline material, including slag waste, soda - Na 2 CO 3 and liquid glass, slag waste of the metallurgical industry is used, having the following composition, wt.%: Ni - 72-75, Co - 2-5, Al - 15-20 , Fe, Si, Cu, Mg, Cr, In, Nb - the rest, and additionally the drill Na 2 B 4 O 7 · 10H 2 O in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
30 - 75Specified slag waste 30 - 75
5 - 20.Liquid glass 5 - 20.
Decorative glass crystal material has a deep blue saturated color, high mechanical and thermal properties.
To achieve this goal, the slag waste of the metallurgical industry of bright blue color of the following composition is introduced into the charge, wt.%: Ni - 72-75, Co - 2-5, Al - 15-20, Fe, Si, Cu, Mg, Cr, In, Nb - the rest. The temperature of the production process is 2500-3000 ° C. Natural cooling in the air. At the same time, the most important environmental problem is solved - the disposal of industrial solid waste. In addition, the use of slag waste significantly reduces the cost of the technology of decorative glass materials used in the building materials industry.
To reduce the temperature of the synthesis of the material, a mixture of borax and soda along with liquid glass is introduced into the mixture.
1.Example 1

Decorative glass-crystalline material can be obtained by thoroughly preparing the mixture and cooking the latter in allundum crucibles in an electric furnace with silicon heaters at a temperature of 1000-1150 ° C. The exposure time at a maximum temperature of 1 hour. Products are molded by molding. Then the products are subjected to thermal, mechanical and chemical treatment in order to improve the decorative functional and operational characteristics.
