A known method of wastewater treatment in the meat and dairy industry, including coagulation with a reagent, sedimentation and subsequent clarification of the sediment, in which coagulation is carried out by milling in the amount of 1.0-1.5 l per m 3 of wastewater.
An advantageous implementation of the method, when the wastewater treatment process occurs at pH 7.5-8.5, see patent RU No. 2042642, IPC C 02 F 1/52, 1995
95%.The disadvantage of this method is the insufficient degree of purification, up to 95%.
The closest in technical essence is a method for wastewater treatment of oil and fat and food industries, including the introduction of a coagulant and a flocculant, followed by separation of the precipitate formed, in which aluminum sulfate is used as a coagulant, and a triple copolymer of itaconic, nitriacrylic acid and sodium methacrylate is used as a flocculant.
The preferred implementation of the method, when the coagulant and flocculant is administered in an amount of 0.1-0.5 and 0.01-0.1 g / l, respectively, see patent SU No. 1799364, IPC C 02 F 1/56, 1993
91%.The disadvantage of this method is the insufficient degree of purification, up to 91%.
The objective of the invention is to increase the degree of purification of wastewater.
The technical problem is solved by a wastewater treatment method, including the introduction of a coagulant of aluminum sulfate and a flocculant, in which a polymer is used as a flocculant - the product of the interaction of polyacrylamide with sodium salt of acrylic acid with a molecular weight of 12.6 · 10 6 and the content of ionic units of 19.8 mol. % in the amount of (0.03-0.05) · 10 3 g / l, and aluminum sulfate - 0.4-0.6 g / l.
Решение технической задачи позволяет получить степень очистки сточных вод до 98% (на 4% больше по сравнению с прототипом).The solution to the technical problem allows to obtain a degree of wastewater treatment up to 98% (4% more compared to the prototype).
Reducing the amount of reagents below the specified limit does not provide the necessary degree of wastewater treatment, and an excess of the amount of reagents is economically disadvantageous due to the cost overrun of an expensive flocculant with the same treatment effect.
В качестве коагулянта используют сульфат алюминия Аl(SO4)3·18Н2O, квалификации “чистый” (ГОСТ 3758-65).As a coagulant, aluminum sulfate Al (SO 4 ) 3 · 18H 2 O, qualifications “pure” (GOST 3758-65) is used.
As a flocculant, a polymer of the brand DKS F40 NT1 (Japan Chemical Department) is used - the product of the interaction of polyacrylamide (AA) with sodium salt of acrylic acid (Na-AK). The content of AA and Na-AK units is 80.2 and 19.8 mol%, respectively. The molecular weight of the polymer is 12.6 · 10 6 ; the intrinsic viscosity of a polymer solution is 1970 cm 3 / g.
Experimental studies were carried out on the example of wastewater treatment of mayonnaise production in the laboratory and semi-industrial conditions of OJSC Alex Food Factory of Kazan.
98,0%.Example 1. Waste water from a mayonnaise workshop, with a suspended solids content of 1450 mg / l, fat 1000 mg / l, synthetic surface-active substances (SAS) 80 mg / l is fed into a container, where 5% is added alternately during short-term mixing an aqueous solution of a coagulant at a rate of 400 mg / l and a 0.01% flocculant solution at a rate of 0.03 mg / l. The resulting mixture was sedimented for 20 minutes, the precipitate was separated. After wastewater treatment, the content of suspended solids is 26.1 mg / l, the degree of purification is 98.2%; fat 16.0 mg / l, purification 98.4%; SAS 1.6 mg / l, purification 98.0%.
1.Similar results were obtained when treating wastewater with different impurities and using other concentrations of reagents, see examples 2-4 in table. 1.
1.Data indicating the advantage of the proposed method in comparison with the known, are given in table. 1.
4%.As can be seen from the above data when the content of fatty impurities in the prototype is 15 times less, the degree of purification is less than 4% according to the claimed method.
In the table. 2 shows the translation of the concentrations of reagents.
Thus, as can be seen from examples of specific performance, the inventive method provides effective wastewater treatment up to 98% and 4% better than the prototype.
