Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to ophthalmology, and can be used for intraocular vision correction after cataract extraction.
A 61 F 2/16, 1995г.).Known artificial lens of the eye (IHG) containing a lens and a supporting part in the form of c-shaped arcs mounted on the optical part diametrically opposite (RF patent, No. 2026039, CL. A 61
When the lens of this design is located in the capsule bag, the support area of the hapticeal elements in the equatorial zone of the capsule bag is relatively small, which leads to decentralization of the lens, deformation of the capsule bag occurs, which manifests itself in the formation of longitudinal folds in the contact meridian of the arcs with the capsule bag.
A 61 F 2/16, 1995г.).Lime IHG containing an optical element and a support part in the form of a protrusion with two c-shaped arches connected with it (RF patent No. 2026652, Cl. A 61 F 2/16, 1995).
A disadvantage of the known lens is its increased invasiveness during implantation, because it is necessary to make a scleral incision commensurate with the diameter of the lens.
Known IHG containing a lens and a supporting element in the form of arcs connected between each other and a jumper lens (Ophthalmology No. 2, 2000, p. 39, M., MNTK “Eye Microsurgery”; patent of Ukraine No. 20628A, prototype).
The supporting element of the known crunch, essentially, is an open ring and allows you to hold the equatorial part of the capsular bag almost around the entire perimeter.
However, for the implantation of such a lens, a corneal incision is required, comparable with the size of the lens of the lens, i.e. 5-6 mm. The lens is made of hard plastic, so it is impossible to reduce its external dimensions due to bending, and hence the excessive invasiveness of the operation.
The invention ensures the achievement of a technical result, which consists in reducing trauma during implantation of an artificial lens of the eye, reducing the likelihood of postoperative complications and pathologies.
The problem is solved in that the ICH, containing a lens and a support element in the form of two arcs symmetrically located relative to the vertical axis of the lens, is configured to double, and the connection of the lens with the support element is made in the form of two rods, the ends of which are fixed in one elastic quadrant lenses and symmetrically with respect to its vertical axis at a distance from each other of at least two internal bending radii of the lens when folded, the rods are located in the main plane of the lens and are inclined to it Vertical, the axis of the other ends of the rods with bends conjugate arcs supporting part. In the proposed invention, the elastic part is combined with the use of a solid haptic part, which allows folding the IHG and, in combination with the new design of the compound, halves its linear dimensions. These circumstances impose restrictions on the placement of the ends of the supporting part in the body of the lens, because with their greater convergence, they will prevent the latter from bending and may themselves collapse.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing, where
на фиг.1 - вид хрусталика в плане,figure 1 is a view of the lens in plan,
на фиг.2 - ИХГ в сложенном состоянии.figure 2 - IHG in the folded state.
1.IHG contains an elastic lens 1, a support element in the form of two
According to the standard method, znidocapsular cataract extraction is performed, while a corneal incision for the passage of IHG is made 3-3.5 mm long.
IHG is folded in half (the fold line coincides with the vertical axis) using a special grip developed at the MTC “Eye Microsurgery” and is inserted through the corneal incision into the capsular bag. After releasing the IHG from the capture, the lens, by virtue of its elasticity, expands and the IHG is installed in the capsule bag.
