Transporting subsystem includes unit for determining individual codes of sold underground tickets having tear-off part that may be separated from ticket and provides possibility for taking part in lottery game.

Description

The invention relates to automated systems that allow for massive gambling, in particular lottery games in the subway system, for example, in the Moscow metro system.

Known lottery game "Sportloto" and a system for its implementation. The game consists in the distribution of specially numbered tickets (cards) with the data block applied to them, the drawing of tickets at a predetermined time, in determining the winners and issuing cash or clothing prizes. The disadvantage of this game is the limited capabilities of the system, leading to a relatively small coverage of potential people wishing to take part in the game and a large period of time between buying tickets and holding a draw, which significantly reduces the game's excitement (Shur E.L. “Everything about sportloto”, Minsk : ed. "Polymya", 1986).

One of the closest analogues is an automated system that allows, in addition to transport services, to receive additional services. The automated system includes a transport subsystem having means for recording an individual code for magnetic subway tickets, means for reading an individual code from the magnetic strip of subway tickets, and cashier workstations containing an individual code reading unit for the magnetic strip of sold subway tickets and matching devices designed for transmitting messages on sold magnetic stripe transport cards via the transport information channel th subsystem. The information outputs of some of the means for reading an individual code from the magnetic strip of a subway ticket are connected to the information inputs of the corresponding individual code analyzers, the outputs of which are connected to the control inputs of access control devices for the underground platforms (RF patent No. 2155988, IPC G 07 B 15/00, 10.09. 2000).

A disadvantage of the known automated system is the lack of the possibility of its use as a gaming system for holding mass collective games, for example, a lottery game.

The objective of the invention is the development of such an automated system, which in addition to providing basic transport services provides the ability to host games, such as lottery games. The technical result achieved by using the claimed automated system is as follows:

- Automation of accounting of funds aimed at participating in the lottery;

- the ability to quickly identify the need for tickets participating in the lottery game;

- the ability to use the trading power of the subway without compromising its core business;

- simplification of the procedure for participating in the game and receiving winnings;

- saving money on the issue of lottery tickets and their distribution;

- stimulating passengers in choosing a mode of transport.

The task is achieved in that the automated system includes a transport subsystem having means for recording an individual code for magnetic subway tickets, means for reading an individual code from the magnetic strip of subway tickets, and cashier workstations containing an individual code reader for the magnetic strip of tickets sold subway and means of coordination, designed to transmit messages on sold transport cards with magnetic stripe th traffic channel transport subsystem. Moreover, the information outputs of some of the means for reading an individual code from the magnetic strip of a subway ticket are connected to the information inputs of the corresponding individual code analyzers, the outputs of which are connected to the control inputs of access control devices to the subway platforms. An automated system for providing transport services of the subway, in particular the Moscow Metro, and conducting the lottery game (AS) (Fig. 2) consists of a central server 7 of the transport subsystem 8, connected by a system multiplex information channel 9 with station complexes (SK) 10 of the subway. The central server of the transport subsystem is connected by the information channel 11 to the central server 12 of the lottery subsystem 13, under the control of which the central computer network 14 of the lottery subsystem operates.

Station complexes 10 (Fig. 3) comprise a station server 16 connected to the system multiplex channel 9, as well as to the first station multiplex information channel 17, to which cashier workstations 18 are connected, and to the second station multiplex channel 19, to which they are connected automatic checkpoints 20.

The automated workstation 18 of the cashier contains (Fig. 4) a cash register made in the form of a personal computer 21 containing an integrated keyboard, a display device (for example, a liquid crystal matrix or a cathode ray tube display) and a printer. Computer 21 is connected to multiplex channel 17 using an integrated interface device (for example, a modem); in addition, a code reader 22 is connected to computer 21 from a magnetic strip of a ticket with a magnetic strip.

The automatic checkpoint 20 (FIG. 5) comprises a central processor module 23 connected to a second station multiplex information channel 19 via an interface device 24 (eg, a modem). A module 25 for reading a code from a magnetic strip of a ticket with a magnetic strip is connected to module 23 through appropriate interface devices. The automatic control point also contains a printing device 26 for applying information of the transport subsystem, a memory unit 27, a control unit 28 of the turnstile drive and a turnstile 29. Carrying out a lottery using an automated metro system, in particular the Moscow Metro, is as follows.

At the initial stage, blanks of tickets with a magnetic strip are made together with a tear-off coupon. On the surface of tickets and tear-off coupons, a drawing, for example, an advertisement, is applied.

Using a printing device, ticket numbers are applied to tickets and additional tear-off coupons.

In addition, information characterizing the type of ticket (a monthly or quarterly ticket or a ticket for one or several trips), as well as the cost of the ticket and its validity period, can be recorded on the magnetic strip of the ticket. The specified information or its individual components can be used as part of an individual ticket code. The ticket number may be used as an individual code or part thereof.

For use in the transport subsystem, if necessary, tickets with a magnetic strip without a tear-off coupon are produced, which can only be used when passengers are boarding the Moscow Metro train.

Tickets with a tear-off ticket and without a tear-off ticket are sold for sale at payment points of the transport subsystem (ticket offices of the Moscow Metro), on which automated cashier jobs are installed.

When buying a ticket, the passenger chooses the type of ticket (monthly or one-time, etc.) and the type of ticket (with or without a tear-off ticket). At the payment points, with the help of automated workstations, 18 cashiers accept payment for transport services and form the basic data set that allows access to transport services (to make an embarkation on Moscow metro trains) in the amount corresponding to the accepted payment for transport services or the type of ticket, after reading the information from the magnetic strip of the ticket.
