The receiver is made with a recess. The latch is installed in the breech-bolt lever on a pivot for engagement with the recess of the receiver. The locking screw is installed in the latch for limiting the displacement of the pivot.

Description

The present invention relates to sports and hunting weapons, namely, rifles and shotguns with a longitudinally-sliding bolt with rotation when locking, which can be used for hunting and sports shooting.

The invention relates to the section MKI, F 41 A 3/68.

Technical solutions are known from the prior art that are similar to those proposed, such as, for example, the Mauser 98 rifle, which is described in the Russian gun magazine “Shotgun” No. 2 for 1998 on pages 24-31. This rifle, by its technical solution, is closest to the invention and contains a receiver and a longitudinally-sliding bolt with a handle, as well as a hammer with a mainspring and a fuse. The advantages of this design are structural simplicity and high reliability. The disadvantage of this design is the possibility of accidentally opening the shutter when the fuse is off. This can lead to the loss of a cartridge and to a failure to produce a shot due to the operation of the interlock, which prevents the production of a shot with an unlocked shutter.

Also known as a single-shot rifle Ruger No. 1, a description of which is given in the Franconia-Jagd catalog for 1997-1998 on p. 106. This rifle contains a receiver, a bolt and a latch bolt lever. The lever latch prevents spontaneous opening of the shutter and prevents a possible failure to produce a shot. At the same time, since the latch release movement is aligned with the shutter opening movement, the shutter can be opened unintentionally if the lever is accidentally acted upon, which can also lead to cartridge loss.

When developing the proposed shutter lock device, the main objective was to reduce the likelihood of accidentally opening the shutter.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the convenience and reliability of weapons.

To achieve this goal in the known design of the rifle, containing the receiver and a sliding bolt with a handle, the following design additions are made. The device contains a spring-loaded latch installed in the shutter handle with the possibility of restricting the rotation of the shutter, and the design of the latch allows it to turn off when a force is applied in the direction of closing the shutter.

In addition, the device contains an axis and a locking screw, the receiver is made with a cutout, while the latch is installed in the shutter handle on the axis with the possibility of interaction with the cutout of the receiver, and the locking screw is installed in the latch with the possibility of restricting the movement of the axis.

The device according to the invention is illustrated by drawings, on which is indicated:

figure 1 is a transverse section of the device with a locked shutter;

figure 2 is a transverse section of the device when unlocking the shutter.

The device contains a receiver 1 with a cut-out 2, in which a shutter 3 with a handle 4 is installed. The device also contains a latch 5, a spring 6 of the latch 5, an axis 7 and a locking screw 8. At the same time, the latch 5 is installed in the handle 4 on the axis 7, fixed at using the locking screw 8, and is spring-loaded with the spring 6 of the latch 5.

The device operates as follows. When the shutter 3 is opened, the arrow covers the handle 4. With the thumb and forefinger, the thumb presses the latch 5, squeezing the spring 6 of the latch 5. Turning on the axis 7, the latch 5 leaves the cutout 2 of the receiver 1, releasing the shutter 3. After that, acting on the handle 4, the shooter turns the shutter 3 and produces a reloading cycle. When you turn the shutter 3 when locking, the latch 5 is recessed with your thumb and the shutter 3 freely rotates to the stop. When the handle 4 is released, the latch 5 rotates under the action of the spring 6 of the latch 5 and enters the notch 2 of the receiver 1, blocking the shutter 3. Since the turn-off movement of the latch 5 is opposite in the direction of movement of the shutter 3, accidental exposure to the latch 5 will not lead to spontaneous opening shutter 3, which eliminates the accidental loss of a cartridge and increases the convenience and reliability of the weapon.

Weapons with a longitudinally-sliding bolt, comprising a receiver and a longitudinally-sliding bolt with a handle, characterized in that it contains a spring-loaded latch installed in the bolt handle with the possibility of restricting the rotation of the bolt, and the design of the latch enables it to turn off when force is applied in the direction shutter shutter. 2.
